After few days,

"Siddharth kaha bhagh raha ho?" Sid's dad asked .

"Actually dad Mr. Dhawan ka call aaya tha he said meeting is been preponed and it's going to be tonight through online..." Sid replied.

"Oh so I hope you are prepared." Sid's dad asked.

"Yaa " Sid said being little nervous

Further said.. "Dad are you free now, I have something imp to discuss..."

"Yeah sure.." Sid's dad replied.

"Okk I'll just go fresh and come.." Sid said.

*After 20 mins*

Sid with lots of file knocked the door of his dad's room.

"Yess beta come" Sid's mom said.

"Have you eaten something??" Sid's mom asked.

"Batme kar lunga.." Sid replied.

"Beta please yaad se kha kena.." Sid's mom said.
"Haa" Sid replied.

"Ok then you guys continue, I'll come..." Sid's mom said excusing herself .

"Dad check this, this is the whole analysis of the project, umm  n this is the presentation and this....
Sid said .

"Sidharth, wait what happened? Have you discussed this with Mr.Dhawan?"  Sid's dad asked seeing his nervousness...

"Yes dad" Sid replied.

"Did you shown him your presentation , reports and everything"  dad asked.

"Yes dad" Sid replied.

"Then what is the problem Sidharth Why are you so nervous don't worry alright, Mr Dhawan is brilliant in his job.." his dad said.

"Yes he is, but he said me to take up few decisions and I need your.." Sid said.

"So what Sidharth" Sid's dad interuped.

"Dad how could I,  I can't approve or reject I mean, I have 0 experience dad the lives are dependent on me." Sid said..

"Sidharth you are working on this project you have made your presentation, you have also done necessary research  So what's wrong in taking up the decision.. In future you only have to make your own decisions every time dad will be not there beta" Sid's dad said.

"Hmm" Sid said.

"Umm ok fine let's make it easy,  So tell me what do you think weather to approve or reject give me ur clear answer." Sid's dad asked.

" To be really honest in my opinion, I don't find any problem. This client is not working with us for the first time but at the end it is not a simple presentation in college it's a real life project and I'm just scared what if my decision goes wrong"  Sid said being worried.

"Hm, This is the problem.  You are  scared which means lack of confidence.." Sid's dad in very serious tone.

"Sidharth you need to believe in your self and a  kind of decisions you will take now and in future.."  his dad said.

"But dad still what if everything goes wrong.." Sid asked.

"How can you say your decision is right or wrong Sidharth remember.
It will be just a decision you will take now your end result or your output will decide weather your decision is right or wrong. So you need to work on that to make your decision right.. got it." Sid's dad said.

"Hmm" Sid said.

"It's ok if your decision goes wrong this is a business world Sidharth. If you won't fail you won't get success.." his dad said.

Sid was trying to understand everything, what is dad was explaining and suggesting.

"Don't be so under confident sidharth. You have to handle this whole Shukla Enterprise you have to believe your instincts sometimes. Instincts will always be right if you are experienced.. And if you ask me, experience should always be bad or worst it helps you to grow in long run.." Sid's dad said..

"Hmm yes" Sid said.

"Sidharth don't stress" Sid's father said while keeping his hands on his shoulders and further said,
" I understand Sidharth. Few years back my dad said me this same thing and you know what the funniest thing is, I understood nothing I'm sure you too might not understand this completely but trust me, now when I think about the struggles, failures and losses that I have had everything thing that my dad said was absolutely true.." Sid's dad said..

"I can understand.. How much dad is  passionate about business and passionate about me becoming the one..." Sid thought.

" Dad can I ask you something?" Sid asked.

"Sure.." Sid's dad said.

"Do you expect me to be like you" Sid asked
His dad slightly smiled and said.. Like every other parents I want you to be more than me.. that's only wish of mine.. Good luck"
Thank you dad... Sid said..

First time in his life... He felt a responsible,  responsible towards his dad mom and the employees going to work under him.

On the other hand:

" Sanna...Sannnnnnaaa.. Sanaaaaa..." Baaz screaming comes in her room.

"Ky h?" Sana said.

"Ye mail dhek" baaz said.

"Ky h yaar tuhi dhek mail hi toh h " Sana said being irritate

"Abe pagal, Ye koi normal mail nahi h.. dhek toh.." baaz said.

"Ha dhikha" Sana said.

She starts reading.. Good evening Shehnaaz, we are hereby want to inform you....
As she ends reading she looked at baaz and scream as loud as possible.

She jumps on bed dances like cray screams like anything.
"Hayee rabba iss ladki ko ky hua h.?" Sana's Mom said.

Sana came running from her room to her living room...
And starts dancing and singing,
"Main to ainvayi ainvayi ainvayi ainvayi lutt gai.. Main to ainvayi ainvayi ainvayi ainvayi lutt gai.. "
she was crazily Dancing all over the living room..

"Ky hua h bolegi??" sana's dad said.

"Papa agar maine ab ko bata diya na.. aap bhi jhoom uthoge...." Sana said
and again she starts dancing and singing.

"Meri maa ab bata bhi de.." Sana Mom said.

She finally stop dancing and  starts breathing heavily,  sit down on the floor watches everyone standing and looking at her..
" Mera na fir se nachne ka man ho raha h... Oyee main toh ainvayi..... Baaz interrupted n said"Sana ab ruk ja aur ab bolde.."

"Ha koi na... Usske baat nachlenge..." Sana said 😂

"Papa maine ab ko bola tha na placement ke bare mai..." Sana says.

"Haa" her dad replied.

"Toh college walo ka  mail aaya h ki M.I.T Enterprise ne select kiya h aur muje interview keliye bulaya h. Unka official mail bhi aaya h.." Sana said.

"Sachhi ...." Sana's dad said in amusement.

"Ha papa" Sana said.

"Bhot badi company h ye bhot sunna h maine iske bare mai" sana's dad said.

"Ha Papa" Sana said.
Further she touches her parents feet and hug's them...

"Hayee ruk jao mai kuch meetha leke Aati hu.." Sana mom said in excitement.

She feeds everyone ladoos. Sana again starts dancing and singing...
The whole Gill family was happy and super proud of her..
" Sana ruk ja ab tak job mili nahi h... Interview keliye prepare bhi toh karna h pata h na 3 rounds hotay.." Baaz said.

"Haa ha pata h " Sana said.

" Ab itna acha moka mila h pass toh hona hi h.." sana's dad said.

"Ji papa" Sana replied

Late night In Sid's house :

"Ab tak ab soye nahi ab.." Ritu asked
"Nahi, Siddharth ki conference meeting chal rahi h uske baat so jaunga.." Ashok ji said.
Ritu ji smiled at his concern and sit beside him..

"Don't worry acha hi hoga.." Ritu ji said.

"Vaise kaise chal rahi h usski training..?" Ritu ji asked.

"Aachi chal rahi h vaise thoda under confident hojata h, I understand starting h issiliye maine hi bola tha Mr Dhawan ko thoda pressure dalo uspe let him take the decision be in the toughest situation where everything is messed up and let him handle everything at the end. Tabhi toh sikhega.." Sid's dad said.

"Yaa true.." Sid's mom replied.

"Ab ne kuch socha h kab introduce karna h " Ritu ji asked.

"Hmm socha toh h" Sid's dad said.

"Ky" Sid's mom asked.

"Usske MBA ke final exam ke baat, I'll give him some big imp projects  then let's see uska performance kaisa h.." Sid's dad said.

" I was thinking usske birthday ke din hi rakte h.." Ritu ji said.

"Actually Maine bhi vohi socha h par performance pe depend karta h.." Sid's dad said.

"Haa voh sab toh thik h.But you don't forget we have to go Australia to meet your doctor there. Dr Yash ne kabse recommend kiya h after this introduction wali party we have to go that's it.. Ritu ji didn't said he ordered..

"Ha baba chal lenge and ha Sid ko bhi bhi le jana h remember Mr. Shah ka call aaya tha... They want to meet him..." Sid's dad said.

"Aree ha ye acha h dono kaam sath ho jayegenge .. " Sid's mom said.

"Sid ko Matt batana..The conversation we had with Mr. Shah yesterday he won't come if he knows the real reason..." Sid's dad said.
