Navya stood in the doorway of her new rented room, a small but cozy space in a quiet neighborhood of the bustling city. It was a fresh start for her and Ayaan, away from the painful memories of the Dixit Mansion. She unpacked their few belongings, trying to make the room feel like home.

**Navya’s Mind:** *This is our chance to start over, Ayaan. We’ll make this place our own.*

As she arranged their meager belongings, thoughts of Dev lingered in her mind. Despite everything he had put her through, she couldn’t shake the love she had once felt for him. Her heart ached with the memories of their failed marriage and the dreams she had once had.

Later that day, Navya ventured out into the hallway to meet her new neighbors. She was greeted with curious stares and whispered conversations. It didn’t take long for someone to ask about her husband.

**Neighbor 1:** "So, where’s your husband, dear?"

Navya hesitated for a moment, unsure how much to reveal to strangers.

**Navya:** "I’m divorced. It’s just me and my son now."

**Neighbor 2:** (whispering to Neighbor 1) "Divorced? Poor thing."

**Neighbor 3:** "You must have been through a lot. Don’t worry, dear, things will get better."

The neighbors’ sympathetic words only served to remind Navya of the pain she was trying so hard to leave behind. She forced a smile and nodded politely, retreating back into her room with Ayaan.

As Navya sat on the edge of the bed, watching Ayaan play with his toys, a wave of sadness washed over her. She knew she had made the right decision to leave Dev, but it didn’t make the heartache any less painful.

**Navya’s Mind:** *I have to stay strong for Ayaan. He’s my reason to keep going.*

Ayaan looked up at her with innocent eyes, oblivious to the turmoil in his mother’s heart.

**Ayaan:** "Mumma, why are you sad?"

Navya forced a smile, brushing away her tears.

**Navya:** "Oh, sweetheart, I’m not sad. I’m just thinking about all the adventures we’ll have in our new home."

Ayaan grinned, his laughter filling the room.

**Ayaan:** "I love our new home, Mumma. It’s cozy."

Navya hugged him tightly, her love for him overflowing.

**Navya:** "I love it too, Ayaan. As long as we’re together, we’ll be okay."

As the day drew to a close, Navya tucked Ayaan into bed, kissing him goodnight. She sat by his side for a while, watching him sleep peacefully.

**Navya’s Mind:** *We’ll make a life for ourselves here, Ayaan. Away from the pain and heartbreak. We’ll find happiness again.*

With a renewed sense of determination, Navya leaned back against the wall, closing her eyes. The road ahead would be challenging, but she knew she had made the right choice for herself and her son. They would face the future together, one day at a time, building a new life filled with hope and possibility.

Dev and Hina strolled along the sandy beach of Maldives, the gentle waves lapping at their feet. The sun was beginning to set, casting a warm glow over the horizon. They walked hand in hand, enjoying the tranquility of the moment.

**Hina:** "Isn't this place just perfect, Dev? I can't believe how beautiful it is."

**Dev:** "It really is. I'm so glad we decided to take this vacation together. It feels like a dream come true."

They found a secluded spot and settled down on a couple of beach chairs. Dev couldn't help but admire the way Hina's laughter filled the air, her smile lighting up his world.

As they watched the sun dip lower, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, they began to talk about their dreams and aspirations.

**Hina:** "Do you ever miss your life before everything got so complicated?"

**Dev:** "Never. being here with you, it's like I've found a new sense of peace. You make everything better, Hina."

They shared stories from their past, laughing and sometimes sharing moments of vulnerability. Dev felt a sense of connection he hadn't felt in a long time, grateful to have someone like Hina by his side.

During their stay, Dev and Hina explored the island together, trying out local cuisine and experiencing the vibrant culture. They went snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, marveling at the colorful coral reefs and tropical fish.

**Dev:** "I've never seen anything like this before. It's like a whole other world under the sea."

**Hina:** "I'm so glad we decided to do this trip. It's been so refreshing to get away from everything and just enjoy each other's company."

They lounged on hammocks strung between palm trees, sipping coconut water and watching the waves roll in. Dev felt a sense of contentment he hadn't felt in a long time, grateful for the chance to create new memories with Hina.

In the evenings, they watched the stars come out, lying on the beach under a blanket of twinkling lights. They talked about their hopes for the future, sharing dreams of what their life together could be like.

**Hina:** "I can't wait to see what the future holds for us, Dev."

**Dev:** "Me too, Hina. With you by my side, I know it's going to be amazing."

As they held hands and watched the moon rise over the ocean, Dev knew that this vacation had been more than just a getaway. It had been a reaffirmation of their love and a glimpse into the happiness that lay ahead for them.

Dev and Hina had spent several blissful days in Maldives, soaking in the sun, enjoying each other's company, and exploring the beauty of the islands. As they sat together one evening, watching the sunset paint the sky in vibrant hues, Dev felt an overwhelming sense of certainty about their future together.

**Dev's Mind:** *I can't wait any longer. I want Hina to be my wife, officially and forever.*

He looked at Hina, her laughter ringing out across the beach as they reminisced about their time together.

That night, as they walked hand in hand back to their villa, Dev turned to Hina with a sparkle in his eyes.

**Dev:** "Hina, I have something important to ask you."

Hina looked at him, curiosity mingled with excitement in her eyes.

**Hina:** "What is it, Dev?"

**Dev:** "I want us to get married. Here. In Maldives. Within a week."

Hina's eyes widened in surprise, a smile slowly spreading across her face.

**Hina:** "Dev, are you serious?"

**Dev:** "Absolutely. I've never been more sure about anything in my life. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Hina."

Hina's heart swelled with happiness. She couldn't believe that Dev wanted to marry her so soon, in such a romantic setting.

**Hina:** "Dev, I love you. Yes, let's do it. Let's get married."

They embraced tightly, the sound of the waves crashing against the shore providing the perfect backdrop to their joyous moment.

**Dev:** "I want everything to be perfect for you, Hina."

**Hina:** "It already is, Dev. Being here with you is all I've ever wanted."

Dev was filled with anticipation and excitement as he prepared for his wedding with Hina. The atmosphere was festive yet intimate, with only their closest college friends invited to celebrate their special day.

**Dev's Mind:** *Finally, I'm starting a new chapter of my life with Hina. No more complications, just happiness.*

#### Sangeet Ceremony

**Dev:** (Smiling as he walks hand-in-hand with Hina) "The setup is incredible. They’ve outdone themselves."

**Hina:** (Gazing around) "It’s perfect, Dev. Just like I imagined."

Their friends gather around, admiring the picturesque view of the sunset over the ocean, with a beautifully decorated stage in the background.

**Rahul:** "This place is amazing! The perfect spot for a Sangeet."

**Rohan:** "I can already feel the magic in the air. Let’s get this party started!"

**Host:** "Ladies and gentlemen, let's welcome the stars of the evening, Dev and Hina!"

**Dev and Hina:** (Taking the stage, beaming at each other)

**Dev:** (Whispering to Hina) "Ready to make some memories?"

**Hina:** "Always, with you."

The music begins, and Dev and Hina perform a beautifully choreographed dance, their movements synchronized perfectly. Their friends join in, clapping and cheering, creating an electric atmosphere.

**sagar:** (Taking the microphone) "Alright, everyone! Let’s keep this energy going. Time for some performances!"

A group of friends steps up, performing a fun and lively dance number, bringing even more excitement to the evening. Laughter and cheers echo through the venue.

**Rahul:** "This is incredible! Dev and Hina, you two have really set the bar high."

**Hina:** (Laughing) "We couldn’t have done it without all of you."

**Rahul :** (Raising a toast) "To Dev and Hina, may your love continue to grow stronger with each passing day. We’re all so happy to be here celebrating this beautiful journey with you."

**Dev:** (Holding Hina’s hand) "Thank you, everyone. Your support means the world to us."

**Hina:** "We’re so grateful to have each and every one of you in our lives."

The night continues with more dancing, music, and laughter. Fireworks light up the sky, adding to the magical atmosphere.

**sagar :** "This has been the best Sangeet ever! Maldives was the perfect choice."

**Dev:** (Smiling at Hina) "Here’s to many more unforgettable moments together."

**Hina:** "With you, every moment is unforgettable."

**Navya:** (Setting the table) "Ayaan, dinner’s ready! Come to the table, sweetheart."

**Ayaan:** (Walking in slowly, looking sad) "Okay, Mama."

**Navya:** (Trying to sound cheerful) "I made your favorite, macaroni and cheese. How was  the play time with  your new friends ?"

**Ayaan:** (Poking at his food) "It was okay... but I miss Dad "

**Navya:** (Forcing a smile) "I know, darling. But we’ll have our own fun. Maybe a movie night after dinner?"

**Ayaan:** (Nodding half-heartedly) "Sure, Mama."

**Navya:** (Sitting on the bed, reading a story) "And the brave little knight defeated the dragon and saved the kingdom."

**Ayaan:** (Snuggling closer, looking up at Navya) "Mama, do you think Dad misses me too?"

**Navya:** (Heart aching, brushing his hair gently) "Of course he does, Ayaan. He loves you very much."

**Ayaan:** (Sighing) "I wish he was here."

**Navya:** (Kissing his forehead) "I know, baby. But remember, no matter what, I’m here for you. Always."

**Navya:** (In the living room, pacing and on the phone with a friend) "It's been so hard, Rekha. Ayaan keeps asking about Dev, and I don’t know what to tell him."

**Rekha:** (On the phone) "Navya, you’re doing an amazing job. Just keep being strong for Ayaan. He needs you now more than ever."

**Navya:** (Wiping tears) "I know. I just wish things were different. It breaks my heart to see Ayaan so sad."

Next day

**Navya:** (Helping Ayaan get dressed) "Alright, let’s get you ready for the day.

**Ayaan:** (Nodding, looking distracted) "Yeah, but Mama, can we call Dad later?"

**Navya:** (Hesitating) "We’ll see, okay? Let’s focus on the day"

**Ayaan:** (Sighing) "Okay."

**Navya:** (Sitting alone with a cup of tea, looking out the window) "I have to stay strong. For Ayaan. He deserves all the love and happiness in the world. I can do this."

She takes a deep breath, determination shining in her eyes, ready to face the day and all its challenges.

#################################

Dev paces nervously near the beautifully adorned altar, his tailored suit crisp against the backdrop of vibrant floral arrangements. Guests murmur softly, their anticipation mingling with the scent of fresh blooms.

Dev: (Pacing, checking his watch every few seconds) "Where is Hina? Why isn't she here yet?"

Rohan, a calm presence amidst the pre-wedding jitters, approaches Dev.

Rohan : (Placing a reassuring hand on Dev's shoulder) "Dev, weddings always have a bit of delay. Maybe she’s just caught up with last-minute details."

Sagar joins them, his infectious grin attempting to lighten the mood.

Sagar: "Hey, man, relax. She'll be here. It's her day too, remember?"

Despite his friends' attempts to soothe him, Dev's worry deepens, etching lines of concern on his face.

Dev: (Growing more agitated) "I know, but she's never late like this. Something feels off."

Rohan : "Do you want me to go check on her?"

Dev hesitates, then shakes his head, determination setting in as he makes up his mind.

Dev: (Voice tense) "No, I’ll go. Just... keep things calm here."

With quick strides, Dev heads towards the bridal suite, his mind racing with a mixture of anticipation and worry.

*Dev bursts into Hina's room to find her and Rahul together, their proximity and demeanor immediately raising alarm.*

**Dev:** (Bursts in, eyes widening in disbelief) "What the hell is going on here?"

**Hina:** (Pulling away from Rahul, her voice defensive) "Dev, I... It's not what you think."

**Rahul:** (Smirking, mocking) "Oh, it’s exactly what you think, Dev. She's just been playing you all this time."

**Dev:** (Voice trembling with anger) "Playing me? Hina, tell me this isn't true."

**Hina:** (Avoiding eye contact, defensive) "You don't understand, Dev. It’s complicated."

**Dev:** (Voice rising, furious) "Complicated? You’re with him, on our wedding day!"

**Rahul:** (Casually, enjoying the situation) "It’s all part of the plan, Dev. Remember how you ruined me in college? Consider this payback."

**Dev:** (Voice filled with betrayal) "You set this up? Hina, I trusted you!"

**Hina:** (Coldly) "Maybe you shouldn’t have been so blind."

*Dev stands there, stunned and hurt, as the realization sinks in.*

*Dev confronts Hina and Rahul, struggling to process the betrayal amidst his anger.*

**Dev:** (Voice trembling with disbelief) "Hina, after everything we’ve been through, how could you do this?"

**Hina:** (Coolly) "You were never there for me like you should have been. You were always too busy with your own ambitions."

**Dev:** (Voice cracking) "I loved you. I wanted to build a future together."

**Rahul:** (Mocking) "Oh, how sweet. Too bad you didn't see this coming."

**Dev:** (Voice growing colder) "And you, Rahul. You're enjoying this, aren't you? Ruining my life was just a game to you?"

**Rahul:** (Smirking) "It was all just a little payback for what you did to me."

**Dev:** (Voice filled with rage) "You think this is justice? This is just sick."

**Hina:** (Indifferent) "You brought this upon yourself, Dev. Maybe now you’ll learn."

**Dev:** (Struggling to contain his emotions) "How could you betray me like this, Hina?

Hina: (Unapologetically) "Dev, you’re overreacting. You did the same to Navya."

Dev: (Stunned, his anger momentarily giving way to realization) "What are you talking about?"

Hina: "You treated Navya like she was nothing. You were so obsessed with me that you never gave her a chance. How is that any different?"

Dev: (Reeling from the truth, his voice softening)  Nooo..."

**Hina:** (With a cruel smile) "Navya? the girl you discarded like trash? You never cared about her feelings."

**Dev:** (Shocked) "What are you talking about?"

**Hina:** "You treated Navya like she was disposable, just a distraction from your obsession with me. I saw how you hurt her."

**Dev:** (Realization dawning, voice softening) "Navya... I..."

**Rahul:** (Mockingly) "Looks like the hero has finally realized his mistakes."

**Dev:** (Voice growing cold) "So meeting me at the reunion was just another part of your sick game?"

**Rahul:** "Exactly. Hina is my girlfriend, and we thought it would be fun to mess with you again."

Dev: (Voice trembling with rage) "So this was all a game to you? You ruined my life for revenge?"

Rahul: "Exactly. Your father saw through Hina’s act, but you were too blind with love."

Dev: (Turning to Hina, his voice filled with disbelief) "Hina, how could you? I trusted you. I loved you."

**Dev:** (Through gritted teeth) "You think you can just walk in here and destroy everything I had?"

**Rahul:** (Laughing, taunting) "You brought this upon yourself, Dev. You were so blind, you never saw it coming."

*They grapple fiercely, knocking over furniture and decorations in their fury.*

**Hina:** (Watching with detachment) "Stop it, both of you. This is pointless."

**Dev:** (Struggling with Rahul) "You’re a coward, Rahul! Using her and me for your twisted revenge."

**Rahul:** (Landing a punch) "You deserved this, Dev. You ruined my life, and now it’s payback."

**Dev:** (Bloodied but determined) "I won’t let you get away with this."

*Security and guests rush in to break up the fight, separating Dev and Rahul.*

*Dev is restrained by security guards, his face bruised and bloodied. Rahul stands smirking, while Hina adjusts her dress calmly.*

**Security Guard:** (Separating them) "That’s enough! Break it up!"

**Dev:** (Breathing heavily, staring at Rahul) "This isn’t over."

**Rahul:** (Smirking, wiping blood from his lip) "Whatever you say, Dev."

**Hina:** (Fixing her appearance) "You should have known better, Dev. This was bound to happen."

**Rohan:** (Helping Dev up) "Dev, are you okay?"

**Dev:** (Nodding slowly, voice hoarse) "Yeah... yeah, I’m fine."

*Dev stands there, his mind swirling with a mix of anger, hurt, and determination.*

**Sagar:** "What are you going to do now, Dev?"

**Dev:** (Gritting his teeth) "I need to be alone......

**Dev:** (firmly) "I don't want to see either of you ever again. This is over."

With that, Dev walked away, leaving Hina and Rahul behind, their betrayal echoing in his mind. He knew he had to find a way to heal from this heartbreak and rebuild his life.

Dev found himself walking aimlessly along the beach, the sound of crashing waves providing a backdrop to his tumultuous thoughts. He clenched his fists, his jaw tight with anger as he replayed the scene in his mind. The memories of happier times with Hina now felt tainted and false.

**Dev's Mind:** *How could she do this to me? After everything we shared...*

As he paced back and forth, Dev's anger grew with each passing moment. He kicked a loose pebble angrily, sending it skidding across the sand. He felt betrayed not only by Hina and Rahul but also by his own naivety and trust.

**Dev:** (to himself, bitterly) "I trusted her. I loved her, damn it!"

He punched a nearby tree trunk in frustration, feeling the sting of physical pain briefly overriding the emotional turmoil within him.

After what felt like an eternity of wrestling with his emotions, Dev finally sank down onto the sand, his shoulders slumped. He took deep breaths, trying to calm the storm raging inside him. His thoughts turned to Navya, the woman he had pushed away and mistreated for years.

**Dev's Mind:** *Navya... She loved me unconditionally. And I treated her like dirt.

With a heavy heart, Dev made a decision. He couldn't undo the betrayal or the pain it had caused, but he could choose how to move forward. He needed to apologize to Navya, to make amends for his past mistakes, and to find a way to heal from the wounds inflicted by Hina and Rahul.

**Dev:**  what will i do now."
