I awoke on a work bench. I couldn’t move my arms and legs where bounded down with chains. I couldn’t seem to scream my mouth wouldn’t it refused. I heard footsteps creaking on staircase steps.                                “...!” I tried to open my mouth but it didn’t.                                                                                                                      “You’re awake...” I saw the face of the man who killed Fliss.

I tried to scream again but still nothing happened. He must have seen me try to speak.                                        “You’ll ruin your stitches,” He smiled to himself.

Stitches? I felt weaker than before hearing him say that. I pulled against the chain to touch my lips. I touched my lips and could feel half my mouth stitched together. I looked towards him frightened. Do whatever he say.             “...!” I shook against the table trying to get up.                                                                                                         “You want to tell me something?” He asked playing with a few different sized needles.

I nodded unable to speak. He walked over to me and unloosed my hands while handing me a pad of paper and pen.

-I’ll do anything you want please just let me go!- I wrote and handed it to him.

The killer read the piece of paper a few times before throwing it on the floor.                                                      “I can’t let you go Zetanya Mary Howler.” He said using my full name.

He leaned towards me and touched my lips. His eyes seemed psycho and sad. I started writing on my hand.

-Please... I won’t tell anyone I promise.” I wrote on my hand and showed it to him.

For a moment I thought he was going to yell at me but he didn’t say anything. He grabbed my face and stabbed a pin into my lip; blood flowed into my mouth choking me. It was almost impossible to breathe through my mouth. All I was able to see was him stand over me and continue to stitch my mouth shut. Fliss I’ll be with you soon... I struggled to keep my eyes open I wanted to keep on trying for Caleb’s sake but it seemed pointless. The thought of losing Caleb stung threw me melting away in my non existing heart. The man who stood over me was the complete opposite of Caleb, I wondered if I was going to ever see him again. Remembering him was tearing me apart. I blocked out every image and laid here to die...
