Recap: shivay and Anika in India

Part 38

" Where are we going now", asked an impatient Anika.

" Wait for few minutes. You will get to know soon. Till then it's a suspense", shivay puzzled her.

" But shivay I hate suspense. Please tell me", she pouted like a kid.

Shivay thought she was so cute. He couldn't control himself. He pecked her lips slightly. Anika was too shocked to react.

" Shivay what did you do now?", She questioned him.

" Kissed you", he said happily.

" Chalu cheez Singh oberoi", she gave birth to another name.

" Only for you darling", he gave his million dollar smile.

After sometime they reached their destination.

They entered into a house. Shivay sat on the sofa whereas Anika was still looking at him. Suddenly someone threw stick on her. She looked up and saw Chanda standing before her.

" It took 7 months for you. I hate you Anika. You forgot your friend. You didn't even care to inform me about your whereabouts. You don't know how much i wasworried thinking about you. I never expected this from you", chandha bursted her anger out.

" Chandha I am sorry. I want to talk to you but I didn't want to disturb you. Already you helped me a lot when was in trouble. I didn't want to trouble you more", Anika apologized for her behavior.

" Whatever you say I am not going to talk to you", chandha was stubborn. She was not ready to accept anika's apologies.

Before Anika could say anything.

" Question Kumari tum yahan", said mahi who was beyond shocked seeing Anika.

" Mahi", anika was equally surprised to see him in chandha's house.

" Why the hell he is here?", Mahi pointed towards shivay.

" Mahi actually", shivay was stopped in middle.

" I don't need your explanations", mahi said in a cold tone.

" Guys what's happening here? Why both of you are fighting? Don't forget you both are brothers", asked a confused Anika.

" He is not my brother", mahi stated.

" Mahi what are you saying", questioned Anika.

" Let me explain Anika. After I accepted mahi he came to oberoi mansion. Then he asked me about you. I didn't hide anything from him. After listening to me he slapped me in anger. He said how can I do this to you. He didn't accept us and left oberoi mansion in rage.", Shivay told her the truth.

" Mahi but he apologized for his mistake. Moreover you need a family. Only we can understand the pain of being an orphan", Anika tried to convince him.

" Question Kumari why are you taking his side?" He did very bad to you. You are right I need a family but I can't live in a place where sacrifices are not respected", mahi was not convinced.

" I do agree mahi I was hurt by his actions. But he did all this for his family. He love his family more than anything in this world. You are his family. Moreover I did all this for him. It was not his mistake alone. I manipulated him to do it. He is incomplete without his family and mahi you are his family. Forgive him and accept him as your brother", Anika told Mahi.

" What about you then? Are you not his family?", Mahi questioned her.

" Woh", Anika stammered.

" She is my wife Mahi", shivay said proudly.

" I didn't ask you Shivay. Don't interfere in between", Mahi warned shivay.

" Mahi please try to understand", Anika said.

" Not today question Kumari. He treated you very badly. I consider you as my sister. Hence it's my duty as a brother to protect you. How dare he hurt my sister?", Mahi sounded like a protective brother.

Anika was overwhelmed by his words. She couldn't control anymore. She hugged mahi tightly. She never thought she will get a brother like him. She was so happy. Maybe God took away her loved ones far away but still he gave her many reasons to live.

" Thank you bhaiya", Anika said breaking the hug.

" Anika I want you to be happy", Mahi expressed his wish.

" Mahi bhaiya will fulfill my wish", she asked hopefully.

" Anything for you behen", mahi said.

" If you consider me as your sister please forgive shivay and move to oberoi mansion. You are deprived of love for many years. You deserve a family bhaiya. I can't see you like this. Please", Anika said her wish.

" How can you be so selfless anika", Mahi expressed his doubt.

" Bhaiya you said you want me to be happy. My happiness lies in shivay's happiness. So I am not selfless but I am being selfish", said Anika.

" But", mahi stammered.

" Bhaiya it's your sister's wish.
Please", Anika said to Mahi.

" Anything for you", mahi said.

Anika and mahi hugged each other.
Shivay and Chandha witnessed the duo's bond. They too had tears of happiness in their eyes.

" Shivay what are you doing there? Won't you come and give your brother a hug", Mahi ordered shivay.

Shivay immediately went and hugged Mahi. He was so happy that he got his brother back. They broke the hug.

" Shivay this is a warning. If you try to harm my sister again I won't spare you", mahi warned shivay.

" I will never be the reason for her tears", shivay promised him.

" Mahi bhaiya now that everything is fine I have a doubt. How come you are in chandha's house?", She questioned.

Mahi and Chandha blushed at her question.

" Woh mein actually", mahi stammered like a kid.

" Mahi tell me man", shivay demanded an explanation.

" I love chandha", mahi declared his love to shivay and Anika.

Chandha was blushing at his confession.

" I am so happy for you chandha", Anika hugged her friend tightly.

" Today we have a birthday to celebrate. Happy birthday Mahi", shivay said.

" Happy birthday to you too shivay", mahi wished his brother.

" I think it's time to celebrate", shivay said.

" Not without us bhaiya", omru said.
