Recap: Matsumi & Co have raided Hikaru's mansion to retrieve Dan and Naomi. Sayato confronts Hikaru, Matsumi is engaged with Shiina & Aorin while Koshiro has decided to take on Kuino.

Stuck inside the Edo-era Japanese environment, Matsumi stands dazzled yet prepared. The only thing he has is a bamboo in his hand given to him by his foe, Shiina.
Matsumi: "Rats! I really wanted to strangle that sick fuck, but now I'm stuck with you two."
Shiina: "I'll go easy on you, after all you're weak on land aren't you? I mean it's already two against one."
Aorin: "Ohh and he doesn't have regeneration either! Better not forget that."
Matsumi: *smirks* "Akihito! What say?"
A phantom Akihito, apparently only visible to Matsumi appears on the side.
Akihito: "Let them cook! We'll give them our surprises here itself."
Shiina: "Time for destruction!"
She speeds towards Matsumi, flinging her bamboo around.
Matsumi: "Hmph! This is how I'm supposed to fight? How lame!"
She rapidly tries to strike Matsumi, however it turns out that he is quite proficient at defending himself against Shiina. He leaps in the air and falls back.
Matsumi: "She's fast! I'll give her that."
Aorin: "You're better than that cute yet weak foreigner. It was fun tormenting him, but considering how much you resist - it'll be even more fun to break you."
Matsumi: "Hey bitch with the glasses, can you shut up? My fight is right now with her, your turn comes next."
Aorin gets extremely furious, as his words were like an extreme blow to her ego. Shiina and Matsumi continue to exchange bamboo strikes against each other.
Aorin: "Don't forget that I have something valuable to give that dear French couple."
She shows him the pen, giving Matsumi the clear picture as well as trying to distract him. Matsumi feels distracted, however in a few minutes regains his focus and fights off the bamboo girl.
Matsumi: *huffs, pants* "This is....actually somewhat tiring."
Shiina: "Ready to throw in the towel?"
Matsumi: "Nope! Not now!"
Akihito: "Dude! This fight is lame and generic, can we not add our twist to it?"
Matsumi: *sighs* "You've gotten quite impatient, okay do it!"
Aorin: "I'm going to make a bloody stew out of this guy once you're done with him, Shiina."
Shiina: "Can you keep your gross fantasies to yourself?"
Matsumi throws his bamboo towards Shiina.
Aorin: "Hah! Finally reached your limit there?"
Matsumi: *huffs, pants* "Seems like it!"
Shiina: "Okay then! Time for me to end you."
Shiina is about to land an extreme concussion using her bamboo as she speeds up towards him.
Matsumi: "Now!"
As soon as she prepares to strike Matsumi Kendo-style, shockingly seaweed starts to arise from the ground and stabs into Aorin who was simply watching. Shiina manages to deliver the strike to his head, making him bleed. However, Aorin is extremely injured and the pen is stuck in a strand of seaweed.
Matsumi: *huffs, pants* "You got me there! You're good at bamboo kendo or something but......look at your friend."
Shiina feels shocked, as seaweed is piercing through several spots in Aorin's body.
Matsumi: "This bitch was annoying, simply yapping on the sidelines so we just got annoyed you know."
Aorin: *coughs blood, chokes* "He....he got me!"
Matsumi: "I didn't get her vital organs this time, but I'm sure that must've hurt her big time."
Shiina: "How dare you! I'm gonna make you pay for....."
Matsumi: "Too late for that!"
More seaweed comes out of his body as well as the ground itself, targeting Shiina who fights back with bamboos coming out of the ground. The strife is like a tug of war, with the seaweed wrapping around and pulling on the bamboo shoots while the bamboos resist stubbornly.
Matsumi: "So strong!"
Akihito: "No kidding!"
Shiina: "This is making me tired!"
It is a match of resolve, as both try their best to wear out their opponent. However, Aorin has unimaginable resolve, as she painfully pulls the seaweed out of her stabbed parts bleeding profusely and paining.

Aorin: *huffs, pants* "That weasel! He's too fast and too agile, but how? And what is his power? I was told that he's a Shark therianthrope, but.....he's a seaweed mossform?"
Matsumi and Akihito hold their ground against Shiina to the best of their ability. However, Aorin who has broken free from the shackles of the seaweed is now filled with rage and fear.
Aorin: "SHIINA! I'LL FINISH HIM OFF, JUST KEEP HOLDING HIM BACK!"
Akihito: *giggles* "Check this out, dude! The lady over there still thinks it's a two against one scenario."
Matsumi: *smirks* "Yeah right!"
Aorin spawns her human-sized Higanbana flowers in front of Matsumi, and they have blood dripping out of them.
Akihito: "Are you ready for this?"
Matsumi: "Yeah! But....what's her ability though?"
Aorin fires the blood at Matsumi, causing his arms to burn.
Matsumi: "OUCH!!! WHAT THE FUCK?"
He has lost the tug of war due to intervention, and a massive burn scar is formed on his arm.
Matsumi: "The blood.....it's like lava!"
Aorin: "That's for badmouthing, tricking and stabbing me."
Shiina then encloses him in a cage made of her bamboo shoots. Matsumi groans in pain, as his arm is burned.
Akihito: "That mossform ability is real dangerous!"
Matsumi: "Yeah I know.....AAAH! THAT STINGS!"
Aorin and Shiina look at him, giggling.
Shiina: "With this, we'll just leave you alone. You're already in so much pain from 1 splash of my blood, it's not going to be fun if you'll die."
Aorin: "I changed my mind, it was actually more fun torturing that Dan guy. After all, he could regenerate as many times as we struck him."
Matsumi feels shocked and extremely horrified at the very thought of the heated blood splatters on Dan despite the latter's regeneration.
Aorin: "I made him cry and scream so much, it was just satisfying. And he couldn't even complain cause it was a scene of infinite regeneration!"
Every word coming out of Aorin's mouth made Matsumi and Akihito angrier. The former goes into his rage mode, wanting to spawn a water sphere without them noticing.
Shiina: "This guy would simply die if he were covered in your Higanbana blood further. Let me just execute him, will ya?"
Shiina keeps kicking Matsumi through the gaps in the bamboo cage, he however shows little to no reaction.
Shiina: "Hey buddy, hanging okay in there? We're just deciding how to put you out of your misery. Will it be the bloodbath or a big bamboo bashing?"
She kicks him even more, however his concentration doesn't reduce in the slightest.
Aorin: "So bloodbath it is, huh?"
Before they could notice futher, Matsumi's water sphere has been completed. It breaks into several smaller spheres after passing through the bamboo cage and strikes both Aorin and Shiina causing them to bleed from the mouth and fall backwards. Akihito then spawns more seaweed to break off the bamboo cage. Matsumi gets back up, holding his burned arm in agony with rage-filled eyes.
Matsumi: "That was a close one! I'm glad atleast these bitches got shown their way out."
He sees the pen near the fallen girls.
Matsumi: "The pen! We need to destroy it, don't we?"
Akihito: "Gives me an idea!"
He hears out the ghost mossform and immediately makes a run for the pen.
Matsumi: "THE PEN! LET'S DESTROY IT!"
Aorin and Shiina keep attacking him with their respective blood as well as bamboo projectiles in order to avoid him from getting to the valuable. Matsumi tries his best to dodge the projectiles and manages to reach the pen.
Aorin: "I NEED TO STOP HIM!"
Aorin fires a huge mass of blood at his hand which is about to reach the pen.
Akihito: "TIMING MATSUMI, TIMING!!!!"
Matsumi immediately removes his hand, falling sideways while Aorin's blood splashes onto the pen immediately melting it like butter. Shiina and Aorin are extremely shocked, and they look at Matsumi in horror.
Matsumi: "Thanks ladies! You did the job better than I could."
Aorin: "He.....he....."
Matsumi: *huffs, pants* "That was such a close gamble, I swear I could've screwed it up if the timing had been off."
Shiina: "AORIN YOU STUPID BITCH!!! HOW COULD YOU FUCK UP LIKE THAT?"
Aorin: "But I....I just...."
Akihito: "Look at the despair on their faces!"
Matsumi: "No shit! I won't mind toying with them either."
Akihito: "Ooh getting sadistic, are we?"
Matsumi: "Time for another surprise!"
Akihito & Matsumi (together): "FLORAL TERRITORIAL!!!!"
With their command, a maelstrom takes over the entire edo era landscape turning it into a flooded tragedy. Underwater, Aorin and Shiina are trapped and struggling to breathe.
Aorin: "Hah! You think we didn't train underwater?"
The two of them try to swim upwards, however large strands of seaweed tightly wrap around their bodies holding them firmly underwater. One of the seaweed strands slits Aorin's leg, making Shiina panic and lose more air.
Shiina: *thinks* "This is bad!"
At the sight of Aorin's overflowing blood, Matsumi transforms into his Shark Therianthrope and speedily swims towards his trapped prey. However instead of instantly killing them, he lashes them using his slender shark tail and makes more cuts on them using the seaweed simultaneously.
Matsumi: *monstrous voice* "Are you doing the.....death by a thousand cuts thing?"
Akihito: "It's pretty gruesome, no?"
Matsumi: "I'm ending it, let's finish them off."
After performing a significant amount of cuts on both ladies' bodies, the Shark bites Aorin's torso entirely, while a large seaweed mass chokes the already drowning Shiina, appearing as if mummifying her.
Matsumi: *monstrous voice* "Oh God! This was so nasty and exhausting."
Akihito: "Let's just be glad we didn't have to use our Draconization."
Matsumi: *monstrous voice* "No shit!"
Outside of the floral territorial, Dan watches anxiously as Koshiro faces off against Kuino.
Kuino: *high pitched screeching voice* "ASAGI! HELP ME OUT HERE!"
Asagi however is nowhere to be seen.
Kuino: *high pitched screeching voice* "ASAGI! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU? YOU NUTJOB!"
Koshiro in his Snow Leopard Therianthrope form continues to face off against Kuino's Secretary Bird Therianthrope, continuing to attempt to freeze her.
Koshiro: *monstrous growling voice* "Good lord this is a difficult one, she's good at dodging."
Chisaki finally wakes up, and is feeling better. Looking up at him are Asagi and Naomi.
Asagi: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you're okay YAY!!!!"
Naomi gives him water to drink, hydrating him timely.
Chisaki: "What's with her? I don't get it....."
Kuino: *high pitched screeching voice* "ASAGI! WHERE ARE YOU? AND WHERE'S THE STUPID KID? WE NEED TO LEAVE!"
Chisaki: "Huh? Who do you think you're calling a stupid kid, you kidnapping witch?"
Asagi: "HUEHWAHAHAHAHA I must go! Otherwise Kuino will torture me again HUEHWAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
Chisaki: "What? Why are you going back to someone who's going to torture you?"
Dan suddenly undergoes a pulsating in his head, screaming loudly. Naomi runs to him, while Wendy and Jerry watch in surprise.
Dan: "WHAT IS THIS NOW?"
He falls to the floor, convulsing and yelling. Asagi is stopped by Chisaki from returning to the kidnapper herself.
Dan: *thinks* "No way! I remembered more things, did....did Matsumi destroy the pen?"
Out of a portal, Matsumi comes out, and then runs towards Dan and Naomi.
Chisaki: "Hey crazy hyena girl! Do you wanna be beaten and hurt again? Why are you going back to that lady?"
Asagi: "HUEHWAHAHAHAHA I can't help it HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I am her personal....."
Chisaki is extremely shocked, and Kuino reverts to her human form in order to approach them with anger on her face. Koshiro is extremely disappointed and confused, especially when Dan has a meltdown in the middle due to another portion of the memories returning. The Snow Leopard Therianthrope however, runs towards Chisaki and Asagi as they're about to confront Kuino.
*Flashback begins*
In an abandoned dark house, a little girl is brought. Sitting on a chair in front of her is a younger Kuino, smirking.
Little Girl: "Um....hi!"
Kuino: "So you're Asagi huh? Always beaten up and targeted by the bullies on the streets, aren't you?"
Asagi: "Y-Y-Yes!"
Kuino: "What about your parents?"
Asagi: "D-Daddy hates me, and mommy left long ago."
Kuino: *sighs* "How old are you?"
Asagi: "El....eleven?"
The kidnapper lady smiles in glee.
Kuino: "Fresh for her to experiment, aren't you?"
Asagi: "Experiment? What's that?"
Kuino: "I know someone who can get you some amazing powers. You wanna know what it's like to become strong? Don't you wanna hurt the bullies that keep treating you like a ragdoll?"
The little Asagi trembles, shivers and recalls several experiences of being thrown into water puddles as well as beaten by her peers.
Kuino: "Come on then, my child! I'll be your mother from now on. Just cooperate, okay?"
Asagi is taken to a secret facility wherein she is tortured horribly and experimented on. She is being treated worse than she was on the streets, however this time she holds on to the hope that her new 'mother', Kuino will save her. Contrary to a motherly bond, Asagi is beaten and bruised by Kuino for practice and eventually has to get rid of all her emotions just to result in smiles and laughter. Many of the beatings result in her scalp being injured and eventually stitched.
Kuino: "You may think I'm being rough and awful on you! But this is all....all for your good my girl."
Asagi, now 15 is a laughing lunatic who cannot properly form a sentence without laughing hysterically. Eventually, Kuino's abuse and torment pays off as Asagi has finally managed to manifest her true form .i.e a Hyena Therianthrope.
Kuino: "Wonderful! We did it, my sweet little girl. We did it!"
Asagi: "HUEHWAHAHAHAHA WE DID IT YAAAAAAY HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
*Flashback ends*
Chisaki: "That is....that is really scary and horrifying!"
The kid trembles on his knees, thinking that the Guardian Angel could've used him in a similar manner and he would've possibly been treated worse than Asagi.
Koshiro: "How inhumane and pathetic! You're just as bad as the Guardian Angel, you bird-brained bitch!"
Kuino: "Oh yeah? What gives you the right to judge me?"
Koshiro: "You shouldn't have run away from the fight if you were going to badmouth us anyways."
The mad kidnapping lady chuckles.
Kuino: "My plans here were foiled anyways, I don't think I have a chance against all of you here. However if I can take this kid and my subordinate away from here, maybe I can save face in front of the Guardian Angel."
Koshiro: "You're welcome to try!"
Asagi however, pushes both Chisaki and Koshiro aside running towards Kuino hugging her.
Asagi: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I'm sorry mistress, I lost!"
Kuino pushes Asagi back, kicking her in the stomach.
Kuino: "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING WHEN I'D CALLED YOU ATLEAST THREE TIMES, YOU IMBECILE?"
She keeps stomping on the hyena therianthrope's gut, making her spout blood.
Kuino: "WHY? JUST WHY DO YOU HAVE TO DOOM MY NAME!!!"
Chisaki holds tightly onto Kuino's arm, however she then turns to him and stomps on his leg.
Chisaki: "AAAAAAAAAAH YOU F***ING B****!!!!"
Kuino: "DON'T MESS WITH ME, STUPID IDIOTS! YOU'RE THE REASON I DON'T HAVE ANY FACE HERE!"
Koshiro runs towards Kuino, however she threatens to choke the kid. Chisaki's entire squad looks at the psychotic Kuino.
Matsumi: "LET HIM GO!!!!"
Asagi: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA CHISAKI IS GOING TO DIE HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
Matsumi: "IT'S NOT FUNNY YOU PSYCHO.....wait what?"
Asagi is in tears, her voice obviously heavy even though she laughs maniacally. Naomi, even though she's trying to handle Dan is absolutely trembling as she sees Kuino abuse and torture Chisaki.
Kuino: "I'LL MAKE YOU PAY YOU STUPID KID, I LOST MY MEN BECAUSE YOU RAN AWAY!"
Chisaki: *coughs, huffs, pants* "Try it!"
Kuino: "YOU'LL PAY!"
To everyone's shocker Naomi jumps right in, releasing Chisaki. She then glares at Kuino, and uses her hand for a shocking display - summoning crimson red flames that burn the kidnapping queen while she screams loudly in agony.
Dan: "N-Naomi? NAOMI DON'T!!!!! THAT......THOSE FLAMES...."
Despite being the mute girl of the group, she was screaming and crying in anger while burning Kuino. Dan runs towards her, risking getting slightly burned and then stops her. Koshiro, Matsumi, Chisaki and everyone is shocked at the scene. Kuino has been burned to a crisp, being unrecognizable. Asagi is in tears, and hugs the burn victim despite all the torture she had endured.
Asagi: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA DOES IT HURT, MISTRESS? I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY!"
