As my friend Reneqade says, "Silva Love!"
I'm guessing you guys want a lemon eventually.
Reader POV
All week, Nozel avoided me and I avoided him.
"Hey, (y/n)!!" Simon and Curtis called to me as I walked past the dining room in the Silver Eagles' base.
"Hello there!" I smiled at the pair.
"Where are you off to?" Simon asked.
I shrugged. "Nowhere, honestly."
"Well, if Captain Nozel lets me, you can accompany us to the shopping district,"
Curtis nodded. "I think Simon is going to make moves on the special person he likes,"
Simon's face went red. "Shut up, Curtis!"
"Let's go ask now!" Simon grabbed my hand with Curtis.
"EH?!"
Nozel raised a fine eyebrow at the three of us. "You three...you want to go to the shopping district?"
Simon put his hands together and bowed slightly. "I know she is supposed to be within the same premises as you! But Curtis and I will take care of her!"
"Well..."
"Please?!"
Nozel sighed and looked at me with stern eyes. "Be back before five, got that?"
I nodded. "Thank you."
I could feel his purple eyes burning into my back.
"Let's go!!"
..
"(y/n), you're a girl. What would you want as a gift?" Simon asked.
I thought for a moment. "Maybe some chocolate. What's the occasion?"
"I'm going to ask my friend Emerald on a date," he looked down with a blushing face.
My eyes widened. "Aw, Simon!!! Okay! What are her favorite flowers?"
And so, I helped the strawberry-blonde shop for his almost-girlfriend. Curtis had to dash back to his home, leaving us alone.
"I can't thank you enough," Simon said as we walked back to the base.
"It was no problem," I smiled at the male.
He looked down at his shoes. "If you want to say no, then say it. But let me say this first."
He got down on both knees and took my hands.
"Please, will you join me in a mixer? I know she's going to be there and I need a friend to go with me! Curtis is married and I don't think his wife would take kindly in him being in a mixer!"
I sweatdropped. "Um..."
"It's okay if you say no,"
"Are you stupid?" I grinned at him. "Stand up, Simon."
He did so and I pulled him into a hug.
"Of course I will! In fact, when is it?"
"In two nights. Does that work for you?"
I nodded. "Yes, it does."

"I really can't thank you enough!" Simon sighed as we walked together to the restaurant where the mixer was taking place.
"Look!" I smirked as I motioned to a dark-haired female with green eyes.
"It's her..." Simon's face began to heat up.
"You've got this, Simon!"
On the left side of the table were two males. Simon and another member from the Golden Dawn named Siran.
On the right side of the table was me, Emerald (Simon's crush uwu), and Rachel.
The seat across from me was empty.
"He's got something to take care of first," Siran smiled at me. "Don't worry, he'll be here."
The waitress came around and took orders of drinks.
Poor Simon was so nervous.
I could tell that Emerald was also nervous.
Siran and I exchanged glances. It was obvious both of them liked each other.
"Please excuse me for being late,"
I moved my head and looked across the table, only to stare in disbelief.
Sitting in all of his Royal glory was the one and only Nozel Silva.
"Surprise," Simon smiled at me. "You were asking who the other guy was. Well, he's here now."
"Nozel! You said you were busy tonight!"
The eldest Silva looked away with a slight blush. "Yes. I'm busy in a mixer." Then he changed his demeanor and glared at Simon. "I didn't expect one of my subordinates to play matchmaker."
Simon sheepishly smiled. "I have no idea what you are talking about."
"What can I get for you?" The waitress asked Nozel.
He was obviously unused to eating commoner food. "Um..."
"He'll have water," I said.
"Right." Nozel glanced at me with appreciation.
I sat awkwardly as I ate my meal. Despite what Simon tried to set up, I was still enjoying my time.
Siran and Rachel were flirting the entire time, as was Simon and Emerald. Only Nozel and I were quiet.
"This food is...surprisingly good," Nozel began after he cleared his throat.
I glanced at him with a slight smile. "Oh? The Royal tastebuds aren't being harassed by peasant food?"
"No,"
The meal ended and before I could place some money down, Nozel did the same and his laid on top of mine.
"M-My apologies," Nozel blushed.
I was internally screaming in shock.
"Y-Yeah."
We both retracted our hands and then we did it again!
"Please, let me pay for it," Nozel said.
"Not a chance, Mr. Royalty."
He frowned and was about to say something when the waitress took his money.
She bowed, knowing who he was.
"We hope you enjoyed the meal! Please come again!"
I walked outside, taking note of how Nozel opened the door for me.
"Well, we're going to go on a walk," Simon said as he held Emerald's hand.
I flashed him a thumbs-up and gave him a wink which he stuck his tongue out at me playfully.
Siran and Rachel went off on their own.
Leaving Nozel and I alone.
Alone.
"I didn't expect to see you here," I began.
"Neither did I. Okay, fine. Maybe Simon mentioned it once or twice."
Nozel and I started walking towards the market.
"You know," I said as the wind blew around us and snow picked up. "You're actually a really nice guy."
"Hm?"
"I'm saying that maybe I was wrong before," I frowned. "I'm sorry for being a bitch."
Nozel shook his head. "No, (y/n). I'm at fault. I called you terrible names and didn't treat you the way you should be treated."
