Me and Seiya were in Tokyo, simply strolling around since I just finished school. We visited a bubble tea shop but I wanted to enjoy the sun some more, so Seiya offered to go inside to buy our drinks. That was when a stranger approached me "Are you alone?"
Looking at the person blocking the warm sun, I quickly noticed the way he was looking at me a little too overconfident. I snickered through my nose. In my mind I was laughing at the irony of having to go through such a cliche scenario and I started to wonder whether I should just go inside.
Seeing the smile on my face, the stranger asked "What's so funny?"
"I'm just laughing at the irony. Of all days, today is the least day I want to be flirted with by a person that is clearly not my boyfriend." I looked back to the bubble tea shop but Seiya was still not back.
"Well, I see no ring on your finger."
Of course he didn't see one, I was still a minor, which should have been clear with the school uniform I was wearing. That being said, the man was clearly older than me, since he didn't wear any uniform nor wearing any punky clothes. Slightly annoyed in the way he didn't just leave me alone, I started to be more clear "I don't want your company. Leave me alone."
"Don't be so harsh. I just want to get to know you." He swiftly sat next to me, completely ignoring the glare I was giving him "So? What is your name, beautiful?"
I sighed, hearing someone exit the bubble tea shop behind us "Let me be more clear. I have a boyfriend and I am quite happy with our relationship." Discreetly I looked behind and immediately noticed the familiar brown hair.
The stranger was very confident because he simply didn't let go "I bet I would make a much better boyfriend. Let's exchange phone numbers and I will prove it to you." He held out his phone expectantly, smiling like he had won an argument.
I didn't need to be saint to notice the rage building up within Seiya, so I tried to be kind "I'm saying this because I don't want anyone to get hurt." Seiya didn't move, waiting for me to continue "My boyfriend is a very loving young man. But he doesn't look kindly to men bothering me. You are biting more than you can chew. Leave while the both of us are still kind towards you."
"Oh? Is that a challenge?" Intrigued, he boasted "I am quite skilled in judo. I bet I could beat that boyfriend of yours with even half of my powers."
I couldn't help but chuckle at that exclamation. There was no way that he could win, when his opponent was a fully trained saint, who fought worse opponents. I really tried to be kind because I disliked people getting hurt on my behalf. But that stranger really stretched his luck, when he suddenly placed his hand on my shoulder.
Well, there goes my good will.
A second after the hand was placed on my shoulder, it was quickly yanked away and I was pressed flush against the hard chest of my boyfriend. Our drinks were safely positioned on the bench next to me, a light speed movement that not even I noticed. With his chin on my shoulder in place of the unfamiliar hand, Seiya glared at the other man "You really think you could win the challenge."
Seiya was being kind, considering the fact that he didn't throw the first punch. It didn't take much to scare the stranger away, leaving me and my boyfriend behind with a baffled crowd. Annoyed, I took our drinks and nuzzled my boyfriend's cheek "Let's go. I don't want to be here anymore."
We quickly left the place and sat down at a nearby park. I drank a sip of my drink, trying to calm myself down. But the moment my lips touched the straw, Seiya placed his head on my shoulder, visibly pouting.
He was probably angry because he couldn't punch the bastard.
Drinking my sip, I pressed a kiss on Seiya's nose "You did well in holding back."
My breath tasted like the drink I just sipped, making Seiya crave a taste with his own mouth "Maybe I should buy a ring..." He muttered, hoping to ward off pests like that in the future.
I chuckled, pressing a kiss to his lips "All with due time."
