They were simply 4 kids, they were on a school field trip from Chicago, Illinois to Lincoln, Nebraska. It would be a 2 day trip, the three got to share a hotel room. This was supposed to be a fun trip, they got their own hotel room and as long as they kept it down they wouldn't get in trouble with the teachers. Everyone remembers that Friday, it was a normal day. Well, as normal as it could get for a bunch of teenagers on a bus for the next 8 hours (maybe 9 and a half depending on bathroom/lunch breaks). This is the furthest the kids have ever traveled from their home but the 3 friends were thrilled. But upon arrival the one apocalypse everyone feared took place. The Super volcano in Yellowstone Park finally blows after being overdue for 500,000 years.Elizabeth Claire Williams, or Lizzie for short, is determined to get her friends back home to their parents.
