Every now and then, the gang actually does what Wolfgang WANTS to do... not what he NEEDS to do. This lovely little jaunt to the catacombs of Paris is just one of those fun little adventures! That, of course, goes horribly wrong, all Hell breaks loose, and Wolfgang finds himself trapped under Paris in a flooding part of the catacombs. This is, naturally, why you don't carry out underground expeditions into unknown, unchartered, and extremely dangerous and highly illegal areas of said catacombs filled with corpses. Hence, his wonderful companions; Abigor, a demon from hell who kinda, sorta happens to be a vampire also. Due to an unfortunate event ending in an escape from hell in a golf cart. And, the love of his life, Gilles des Rais. The prolific and artistic French child rapist, murderer, failed alchemist, Necromancer, and fantastic guitar player of the 14th century. Who better to spend the rest of your somewhat immortal life with, no?Well, they got lost...And Wolf, well. Some figures stayed at the bar. Not that he ever minded of course. He did enjoy some company. Always offering a deck of playing cards to the few who did stay. The smooth deck of cards always seemed to be intact despite how many times people wrongly bent them or spilt their drinks onto them. Perfect and hypnotizing in all of their amazement. As were the drinks, what was in these things? That didn't matter to the crowd. The sleazy bartender persuaded the few who would stay to play. If they wouldn't play against him, he would make them play against somebody else. Usually they'd partake in playing, finding their minds wondering how he convinced them to stay at the bar before being pulled right back into the trance...โฆ
