After WWI ended Russia went missing. Considering that the Russian Empire (his grandfather) was already too occupied with helping his allies and recovering his country from the war and Soviet (his father) wasn't in the right position to make any decisions at that time, they didn't searching for Russia for quite a long time. About a year later Soviet received a message from Nazi, his old childhood friend, that he's coming over to bring a gift as an apology for all his father did during the war. Once he arrived at the The Senate Palace he indeed got them a special gift. A creature so horrifying that no one could look at it without their blood running cold from fear.
