Katie Shankley has been in and out of care homes ever since she was a baby. Katie is the daughter of Tracy; tracy was only 14 when she got pregnant with Katie and knew she wouldn't be able to take care of her so she wrapped Katie up in a blanket along with a teddy a letter and a photo aiming to get her daughter back when she was older herself but years went by and Katie had never been adopted.
