Prompt Pop-up #1: 

Lynn (or your choice of name) has uncovered the secret to space-jumping technology. Now, she must open a portal large enough to make a leap to Mars, as the planet is shifting dangerously close to Earth's orbit. With time running out, she races to perfect her jump before Mars gets close enough to threaten both worlds with total destruction.

Here are three questions to consider for this prompt:

1. What risks does Lynn face by opening such a massive portal, and how might it impact Earth and Mars?

2. Why was the secret to space-jumping hidden, and who or what might stand in Lynn's way?

3. How does the approaching alignment of Mars affect the stability of her portal, and what backup plan, if any, does she have if the jump fails?
