In the city, Card Shark keeps swiping out his cards and trapping things and people, hearing people scream and panicking inside the cards, it seems to be music in Card Shark's ears.

Card Shark: Ahh, the sound of people's misery is music to my ears.

???: How's this for music in your ears? *Soon, a lightning bolt struck Card Shark, he turned around, and saw the heroes, Fairies, and Pixies. *

Card Shark: Great, it's the no fun police. You're right on time, I'm just about to start on a new deck of cards.

Firefly: What kind of deck of cards?

Miss Fawn: (placing her hand on Firefly's shoulder) Why are you doing this?

Card Shark: (holding out his empty deck of cards) I'll be happy to answer both questions... while trying to capture you all for my new deck. *He starts swiping out cards at them, they evade them as best as they can. * I am Card Shark. People ridicule my card tricks, saying I'm the worst and an embarrassment, but I'm gonna show them all. I'm trapping everything and everyone that's in my path so I can be the best card master in the world. And I don't need anyone like you to stand in my way! *Mister Quills ducked from one card that flew over his head, Blue Feather blocked off the card with her fan, but the card trapped her fan. *

Blue Feather: My fan! *The card flew back to Card Shark, he looked at it, and smirked. *

Card Shark: Well I got your weapon, guess that's an added bonus. Now for your miraculous, bird. Hold still, I'm about to catch me a caged bird.

Musa: That won't be necessary. Harmonic attack! *She shoots out a magenta ray at Card Shark, Card Shark threw one card out, caught Musa's energy beam in a card, the card flew back, and Card Shark caught it. * He caught my power. 

Stella: How did he do that?

Card Shark: Simple with my card. *He showed them the card that has Musa's power in it. * 

Musa: Give that back to me!

Card Shark: Nope. Not happening. this is just the beginning for me and the end for you all.

Leo: (balled his fists) That won't be necessary, buddy.

Card Shark: We'll see about that. *He starts swiping out more cards and everyone either evaded the flying cards or blocks off the cards being swiped by Card Shark. *

Uncanny: (opening her third eye) This villain is like a double hitter. *She shoots out one flying card, it is turned into a pile of ash. *

White Fang: Like a combination of Simon Says and The Collector. 

Firefly: (skidded back) What? Who's Simon Says and The Collector?

White Fang: (swing his scepter, point it out, and fired at Card Shark) Simon says was a villain me and Ladybug dealt with in the past. His power was hypnosis with cards. The Collector was also a villain we dealt with. 'Of course it was my fault he got Akumatized into The Collector because I took the grimoire from his safe.' He has the power to absorb people and objects in his book.

Firefly: Oh, okay. *Soon, a card flew by, tagging White Fang until he was trapped inside a card. Everyone gasped at what happened. *

Vibrant Monarch: (in the Lair) Yes! He got White Fang. Time to get the rest of them and their miraculous along with it. Card Shark, you got one hero, time to get them all to make your deck more powerful.

Card Shark: I like the sound of that. *The Scarlet Akuma symbol disappeared from his face and he smirked at the others. *

Miss Fawn: Now what?

Card Shark: (looking at White Fang) Looking for a fellow hero? Here you go. *He showed them a card with White Fang inside. *

Melody: Get him out of there!

Card Shark: No can do. I am Card Shark and do you know what Sharks do? We hunt our prey and boom! We catch them. That's what I do; now you're next. 

Ladybug: Don't let his cards hit you. *Card Shark starts swiping out more cards, trying to catch them, but they keep evading the flying cards. Uncanny opened her third eye, firing out a laser beam burning the cards into ashes. *

Card Shark: Hey! Stop messing up my cards! *He keeps swiping more cards out, Eagle twirled her bullroarer, threw it out, but they caught her weapon. * 

Eagle: Hey! *The card came back to Card Shark, he held it, and see what he caught. *

Card Shark: Another weapon? I want a hero not just a weapon. Time to up my strategy a bit more. *Soon, the Scarlet Akuma symbol appeared in his eyes. *

Vibrant Monarch: (in the Lair) Stop fooling around, Card Shark. I want their miraculous and I want them now!

Card Shark: You'll get them, Vibrant Monarch. I promise.

Vibrant Monarch: (in the Lair) You'd better or I'll strip you away from your powers. *Card Shark groaned as the Scarlet Akuma symbol disappeared again. *

Card Shark: Okay, no more fooling around. Time for the ultimate shuffle. *He starts shuffling his cards, then swiped them out again, they all evaded the cards flying. Tecna floated up, and flew away from the flying cards. *

Tecna: Super Prism! *She forms a green and purple vortex-shaped energy shield and blocked off the cards from hitting her. *

Gemma: How come we have to deal with this villain?

Tecna: Must be our lucky day. 

Gemma: Well that won't do at all. Steel armor! *She shoots out an orange energy beam, trapping Card Shark in a steel armor. * That should block him from distributing more cards. *But the steel armor started to shake and disappeared, Card Shark laughed. * 

Card Shark: Not even your little powers can stop me. *He added the card to his deck, just when he was about to swipe out more cards, Juniper shoots out vines, and tied up Card Shark, but he gets out a card, touched the vines, and trapping them in the card. * No matter what you throw at me, nothing will ever stop me. I got an unlimited stack of cards in my hands, I'm practically invincible. 

Miss Fawn: (points and fire her wand) This is a tough one to beat.

Ladybug: (twirling her yo-yo) Nothing is too tough, Miss Fawn. Sometimes not all problems have solutions. *Card Shark tried to get the Pixies, but he caught Maria, Chatta, Cake, and Digit. *

Card Shark: (looking at the cards) Hmm... little Pixie cards, perfect catch. *He put them in his deck and looked around. * Who's next?

Stella: Alright, I've had enough with cards. Sun dance! *She shoots out a yellow energy beam, hitting Card Shark on the ground. *

Tecna: (shield disappeared) Thanks, Stella.

Stella: (looking at her nails) No problem. *Then, Card Shark got up from the ground, holding his deck of cards, and scowling. *

Card Shark: You thought that was funny, huh? Well tell me what you think of this? *He gets out another pair of cards from his pockets. *

Serena: He has more?

Card Shark: That's right. Now, you all fold. *He threw them out and they started flying all over the place, they tried their best to not get tagged by them no matter if they used their powers or used their defense shields. * 

Leo: They're too quick. One almost touched... *Soon, a card touched Leo and he was inside, a card went back to Card Shark, and he looked at it. *

Card Shark: Another miraculous hero in my deck. This is too easy.

Vibrant Monarch: (in the Lair) This is it. He's actually doing it. This is too good to be true. *Back in Paris, Card Shark surrounded them, and saw all his cards flying all over the place. One card hit a street lamp post where Madame Raya is standing on, she started to fall, but she made a bubble cushion, and bounced off of it. Bloom, Roxy, and Flora evaded many cards as they could, and Piff hid behind Blue Feather in fear as tears started to form in her eyes and her lips start to quiver too. *

Nellie: (shooting out balls of light) Any idea where the Akuma is hiding?

Ladybug: The Akuma must be in his deck of cards.

Firefly: How do we get them without getting tagged and imprisoned?

Ladybug: (holding her yo-yo) Hopefully something good comes to mind. Lucky charm! *She threw her yo-yo up, a swarm of magical Ladybugs appeared, and made a Chinese prayer bead appear. * What is this?

Espadon: Looks like a Prayer bead necklace.

Firefly: Should we make a prayer?

Ladybug: Not now for that. But it's telling me something. Distract Card Shark, I'm gonna get some reinforcement. *She sprouted her wings and fly away. *

Card Shark: (looking up, watching Ladybug flying away) Hey, get back here! I'm not done with you yet. *Soon, the Scarlet Akuma symbol appeared in his eyes. * 

Vibrant Monarch: (in the Lair) Worry about her later, Card Shark. Just focus on getting the others. 

Card Shark: With pleasure. *The Scarlet Akuma symbol disappeared once again. *
