Apparently, the watching chunin are watching us in case we cheat. Every time they catch us they deduct two points. If they catch us five times we'll be dismissed before the test is over. Maybe this test is about cheating if you get caught you shouldn't be a real ninja.

I just rolled my eyes because he's is exaggerating people are really believing him.
