(skip a few weeks to where it's a day before the sports festival. Also, I forgot if I established this so I'll just say it. Kestu has turned 11 along with Shoto is 15 like in the show, just to clarify)

3rd>>>

She grabbed the backpack and slung it over her shoulder, her uniform being a theme with the built-in school she had no choice but to attend. She was the only kid in her grade, so it was still lonely regardless if she went to 'school.'

She walked out of the 'classroom' which looked more like an office, Hinana, the mysterious woman who gave her food the first day, waited for her down the hall, she wasn't nice to Kestueki. Hinana hated her for no reason and refused to feed her or even beat her from time to time. Not like the commission gave a crap though, they just let it happen.

Hinana handed Kestueki a piece of paper, Kestueki looked at it curiously. It was a ticket to something, it had the sign UA on it. Her eyes widened, 'what does this mean?'

"Huh?" She looked up at Hinana with curious eyes, waiting for the scary woman to talk. Hinana sighed, annoyed with her already, "The board decided it could be a good 'field trip' to see the Sports festival in person rather than on TV. You'll be seated near the UA staff so don't try anything. They are aware of you're appearance but they don't know what you look like or who you are, so for all they know, a Hero Commission Trainee will be observing. And they'll make sure to have their best on, so have yours you rat."

'So like a needle in a haystack or like an undercover food critic in a restaurant?' She wondered to herself looking back down at the ticket. She thought of Shoto, and a tiny but unnoticeable smile reached her face. She'd get to see him again, maybe not be able to talk to him, but it was good enough. She just wishes he would see her.

"Is it only me?" She asked, wondering if other kids were going, "As usual dumbass. You're the only one worth the money as they say. Be ready by 7, we leave at 8, also wear you're uniform," And with that Hinana walked off, leaving Kestueki who just walked back to her room, who just went to bed without a care in the world.

As asked she was waiting for the car by 8, her phone in her uniform jacket along with the ticket, her hair in a neat ponytail. The scars on her nose, one under her left eye, two on her right cheek, and one tiny one that lay on the end of the right side of her mouth were glowing. The purple burnt scars on her hands were hidden by the white uniform gloves specialized for her so they wouldn't irritate her skin. A big purple burn scar on her right thigh, which was stapled to the regular skin.

She stepped into the black Secret Service car, the black uniform boots making her look older than she was.

She scrolled through her phone until they reached UA, stepping out of the car with Hinana behind her. She got odd looks from other visitors, some UA business students admiring her beauty from afar, they were there because they were selling snacks and merchandise.

She smiled at them and asked Hinana If she could get a snack and a soft drink, who replied with a grumbly yes. She got chips and soda. In her eye, the commission was slightly better than her Father, as they gave her more freedom.

They took their seats, and as they waited Kestueki stared in awe at the UA staff, admiring them from a row above. A woman with spiky hair, red glasses, a shit ton of makeup, and... a 'nice' costume turned around and gave the girl a thumbs up, Hinana glared at the hero, who didn't seem to take the hint and smiled at her.

Kestueki looked up at the beautiful sky, with a bored expression. She turned to look at Hinana, who was staring daggers into anyone who was even admiring Kestueki's beauty, "Ms. Hina?" She mumbled.

The woman turned to her, glaring at her now, "I told you not to call me that!"

"What else am I supposed to call you?" She replied nonchalantly, tilting her head cluelessly. One thing the Commission didn't teach her was social skills.

"You remind me of a student... hmmm... what was his name?" The hero from before bumped into the conversation, tapping her chin and wondering to herself. But the announcements came on before she could continue, "10 more minutes, you excited?!" An excited voice shouted through the mic, and the crowd shouted in excitement. Kestu covered her ears, cringing slightly.

"That's my cue," The hero said, standing up and leaving.

Kestu scrolled through her phone, waiting patiently, "Oh, and write notes down in that notebook," Hinana said, handing her a notepad and a pen. Kestu nodded and sat them in her lap, scrolling through her phone before.

"What school is she from?" Whispers were heard from behind them, "No clue... I've never seen that uniform before, it looks rather fancy!"

She turned slightly to look at them innocently, her Ocean Blues more intimidating on accident. The heroes talking shivered and cowered in their seats. Immediately shutting up, but were grateful when the mic came on again before Kestu could ask.

"Alright! You ready to get it on?!" The voice shouted again, somehow louder, she covered her ears again, grunting. The crowd shouted again and announced the hero classes.

"Class-1A!" Blue eyes were now searching for her half-in-half brother she hadn't seen in weeks. She was so high above the stands she couldn't spot him, it upset her and made her frown. The hero from before stepped onto a podium and started speaking. Kestu sighed and asked Hinana to use the restroom, who nodded.

She made her way through the halls to the restroom. Struggling slightly to find it she hummed a melody that helped calm her in stressful situations.

She calmed a bit and started searching again, as she was walking she felt a massive hand on her shoulder. Startled she squeaked and turned around, getting in a perfect fighting stance even with the boots and skirt, preparing to throw her gloves off.

A booming laugh was heard, "My apologies young one! I had no intent to scare you!" There stood the #1 hero. All might. Her Father hated him, she could see it though, he was loud...

She didn't leave her position, narrowing her eyes, "What do you want?"

All might tilt his head, "Oh? I see. I'm not trying to bother you, but I have a question. You're Endeavor's youngest correct? So why aren't you with him?"

"So it hasn't reached anyone? I'm owned by the Commission now, he sold me to them," She mumbled, glaring at the big hero, not afraid.

This caught All Might off guard, "Sold? Huh... I guess that seems like a thing he'd do... Anyway! I just passed by him! Wanna talk to him?" Was this man crazy? Did he have a brain? Suddenly an idea popped into her brain, "Where's Shoto? Can I talk to him instead?"

"Hm? My he's already out on the field! Bummer-"

"Take me somewhere to wait for him then," She slipped off a single glove, creating a golden fireball that somehow levitated off her hand, "Or else."

All Might, now slightly afraid of the eleven-year-old nodded, leading her to the locker where the class had been gathered before. Kestu sitting down at a table, scrolling through her phone. All Might got away as fast as he could, beads of sweat falling down his forehead. 'Jeez... I hope Midoriya doesn't need to go against her anytime soon...' He thought.

Kestueki watched the first game through the TV in the locker room, admiring the ice slab her brother made, silently cheering for him in her mind. She was holding her breath when he was trying with an explosive teen but then ended up second due to a cute-looking broccoli boi.

'I need to go against him some time...' She thought, reading his name on the TV, 'Midoriya Izuku.'

She went back to scrolling on her phone, unsure of what to do while waiting. Little did she know, Class-1A was heading back to the lockers for a little break.

The doors opened, and squeals were heard as soon as they did. The teenage girls surrounded themselves Kestu, startling her and blocking any view for the boys.

"Hi! Im Mina Ashido! You're that girl everyone's been whispering about! You're like a mystery to them!" A pink girl with horns shouted excitedly. Kestueki stood up and bowed 90 degrees, "Pleased to meet someone from UA," The Commission made sure to teach her manners because they'd be damned if their best Trainee was gonna be rude.

The girls froze in shock, "H-heh?! No need to be so formal! Just like Iida too..." A girl with short brunette hair and pink cheeks said softly, waving her hands around. A girl with long green hair nodded, "Yeah. There's no need to be so formal with us, kero," Kestueki looked up to look at them, nodding.

"Im Tsuyu Asui, but you can call me Tsu. My friend here is Ochako Uraraka," She pointed to herself and the other girl.

"Nice to meet you..." The other girls started to introduce themselves.

"I'm Jirou."

"Momo Yaoyorozu. You're so pretty!"

"Toru Hagakure."

Then the boys started, "Izuku Midoriya! Can you tell me about your quirk?!"

"Ejirou Kirishima!"

"Hanta Sero!"

"Fumikage Tokoyami."

"Mezo Shouji."

"Minoru Mineta, can I get you're number??"

"Masharoa Ojiro."

"Yuuga Aoyama, despite your scar your beauty certainly shines brighter, mon ami!"

"Tenya Iida! Pleased to meet you."

"Denki Kaminari! This thing next to me is Kastuki Bakugou!"

"Shut it you damned charger!"

"Aikido Sato."

"Koji Koda..." One mumbled.

Kestueki processed everyone's names and looked around, smiling a small smile once her eyes landed on a shocked person. His eyes were wide, and he looked confused, shocked, and about to cry all at once.

"Todoroki, don't be rude to UA's guest! Introduce yourself!" Iida scolded him, unaware of the situation at hand.

"No need, but thanks, Iida. His name is Shoto Todoroki," She smiled fully now, running to hug her elder brother, who immediately hugged him back, not caring about the confused class who was watching.

"How...?" Shoto immediately asked, pulling away slightly.

"Feild trip."

"Hah?! How does damne Icy Hot know this extra?!" She thinks it was Bakugou who said that, she just stared at him, pulling away from her hug. Everyone in the room besides her noticed the drop of temapture in the locker room as the two glared at each other. Anyone especially close to Kestu feeling the coldest.

"Why are you glaring at me like that dammit?!"

She suddenly snapped out of it, doing a 360. She turned to the rest of the group as they noticed the room went back to normal as well, Kestu smiled slightly taking a step forward and crossing her arms, "My apologies, I forgot to introduce myself."

She continued, "I'm Kestueki Todoroki. I'm 11! My quirk name has been recently updated to 'Fire glare'. Due to the fact I can change basically anything about the fire I'm controlling."

Midoriya's eyes sparkled, "No way! That's so cool! How come I've never heard of you before?! I thought it was just Shoto and the others!"

"Father always kept me in the shadows. In fact this is the most I've ever been out, I was also kept from the media. And Shoto was believed to be the youngest due to that," She explained quietly. Feeling comfortable enough around the group to tell them. They seemed sweet, well mostly, Bakugou seemed like a meanie and Mineta was weird she wanted to burn him to ashes.

She suddenly felt a vibration in her jacket pocket, she hummed and turned her phone off. Not feeling like dealing with Hinana at the moment, another student asked a question, "Where's that uniform from? It looks super fancy but I've never seen it before..." Momo questioned, tapping her chin.

"It's secret unfortunately, sorry," She rubbed her neck, Momo nodded in understanding.

Midoriya was about to ask more questions about her quirk when break ended, she sighed and was about to leave when someone tugged her arm, waiting until everyone was gone to stop talking.

"How are you?" Shoto asked, refraining from bursting out.

"Huh? Honestly? I'm still adjusting... how are you and the other two...?" She questioned hesitantly, feeling slightly bad regardless even if it wasn't her fault.

Shoto shrugged, pulling her in for a gentle hug, "Nastuo's gone silent, rarely eating, Fuyumi's eyes are always red and swolen and she's tired constantly, and me... I'm just a ball of emotions like them as well."

Kestu nodded, hugging her brother back, she spoke as her voice cracked, she could feel her face warming in preparation for a fresh set of tears, "I-I'm sorry... I miss y-you guys so much..."

Shoto hugged her tighter, "It's not you're fault, it's our Dad's. He shouldn't have done that," Shoto sighed, "I'll find a way to tell Mom."

Kestu looked up sniffling, "Huh?"

Shoto nodded, "Yeah. I've been planning on visiting her for awhile, I guess you being taken was a sign to do it. Now I have to."

Little did the two know a principle was listening in, "Shoto and Kestu Todoroki, what a sight," The two siblings shot up, the little girl squeaking from the shock.

"Ya'know, when a child under the age of 12 is admitted to the PSHC Trainee ward, they make both parents sign a form giving them custody. And I'm more than positive, knowing you're father, faked you're mothers signature," The chimera smiled mischievously, "Do with that what you will, and Shoto, you should get going, don't want to hold everyone up hm?"

Shoto nodded, "Right," Shoto knew what to do to get her back now.

And with that Kestu wished her elder brother good luck as he kissed her forehead and left.
