(Y/N) stood in front of Weiss, growling at the Beowolf in front of them.

Weiss looked around, panicking as she saw more Beowolves closing in.

"We have more!" she said.

(Y/N) looked around. "I can take them."

"You don't even have a weapon!" Weiss said, stepping away from (Y/N), and pulling out Myrtenaster.

(Y/N) watched, trying his best not to laugh as he saw Weiss setting herself up in a perfect pose, even adjusting her foot to the right position.

Then, she dashed forward with her weapon, straight towards a Beowolf, only for Ruby to dash in and kill it herself.

"Gotcha!" she yelled.

"Oh perfect," (Y/N) said, rolling his eyes.

Panicking, Weiss staggered forward, swinging her weapon aside, accidentally lighting a nearby tree on fire. Distracted by Weiss' mistake, Ruby was barely able to defend herself as a Beowolf smacked her weapon, sending her flying into Weiss.

"Hey, watch it!" Ruby said.

"Excuse me!" Weiss yelled. "You attacked out of turn! I could have killed you!"

"You'll have to try a lot harder than that..." Ruby mumbled.

(Y/N) noticed the fire starting to spread, causing even the Beowolves to howl in frustration as they ran off.

"Girls, girls!" (Y/N) called. "You're both pretty! Now quit arguing so we can get out of here!"

Weiss and Ruby became aware of the spreading fire, and quickly ran off with (Y/N) to escape the flames.

It wasn't long before they were up on a hill, far from the flames that were created earlier.

"What was that?!" Ruby said to Weiss. "That should've been easy!"

"Uh... guys?" (Y/N) said.

"Well perhaps if you had exercised even the slightest amount of caution with the placement of your strikes, I wouldn't have set the forest on fire!" Weiss said.

"Guys, come on!" (Y/N) said.

Ruby scoffed. "What's that supposed to mean?!"

"Guys, let's just--"

"I'm just surprised someone who talks so much would communicate so little during an encounter!" Weiss said.

"Can't we all just--"

"Well, I'm sorry you need my help to win a fight!" Ruby said. "I'm just fine on my own!"

"Guys, now's really not--"

"Well, congratulations on being the strongest child to sneak your way into Beacon!" Weiss said, walking off. "Bravo!"

Ruby's jaw dropped, and she turned to (Y/N) with an offended look.

He sighed. "Just... ignore her. She's an asshole."

Ruby sighed as he walked off, before letting all her anger out through a scream, and swinging her scythe against a tree, slicing it off its stump.

As they walked off, they didn't notice the feather of a Nevermore slowly descending to the ground behind them.

As (Y/N) expected, they got lost. Weiss was walking back and forth, trying to figure out where to go, while he and Ruby sat down, playing Rock, Paper, Scissors.

"It's definitely this way," Weiss said.

"How much you wanna bet she's gonna say it's the other way?" Ruby said.

"I mean... this way!" Weiss said, walking the other way. "It's definitely this way."

"You're a wizard, Harry," (Y/N) said.

Weiss stopped in front of them. "Alright, it's official. We passed it."

Ruby stood up, annoyed. "Weiss, why can't you just admit that you have no idea where we're going?"

"Because I know exactly where we're going!" Weiss said. "We're going... to... the forest temple!"

Ruby groaned in frustration.

"Oh, stop it!" Weiss said. "You don't know where we are, either!"

"Well, at least I'm not pretending like I know everything!" Ruby said.

"What is that supposed to mean?!"

"It means you're a big, stupid jerk and I hate you!"

Weiss sighed, and walked off. "Just keep moving!"

(Y/N) rubbed his ears in frustration as the argument continued.

"Oh, just keep moving! Hurry up! Waaaah! Watch where you're going! Why are you so bossy?!"

Weiss turned to Ruby in anger. "I'm not bossy! Don't say things like that!"

"Stop treating me like a kid!"

"Stop acting like a kid!"

"Well, stop acting like you're perfect!"

"I'm! Not! Perfect! Not yet... But I'm still leagues better than you."

And with that, she walked off.

Ruby lowered her head. "You don't even know me..."

(Y/N) sighed. He was sick of these arguments. He just wished Weiss would get out of his life already.

"Look," he said to Ruby, "I'll go talk to her."

Ruby sighed. "Don't. You'll just make it worse."

"I doubt it," (Y/N) said, walking up to Weiss.

Weiss heard his footsteps, and glanced at (Y/N) as he stepped up beside her.

"Hey," he said.

"Hi," Weiss grumbled, crossing her arms.

"Rough initiation?" (Y/N) said.

"What do you think?" Weiss asked. "I come here, expecting great things for the future! And, instead, I have a child as a teammate!"

"Well, try and think about things here," (Y/N) said. "I find it a little odd that someone so young would be in this academy myself, but think about it. Obviously she has to be skilled for Ozpin to allow her here early. More skilled than you were at her age."

Weiss turned to him. "Excuse me?!"

(Y/N) sighed. "Listen, Weiss... You... You really need to get your act together."

"I need to get my act together?" Weiss said.

"Yes," (Y/N) said. "Ruby isn't the problem. You are. Haven't you noticed that, wherever you go, there is always someone angry with you?"

Weiss opened her mouth to retort, only to stop as she realized how right he was.

"Yeah," (Y/N) said. "And you know why? Because you're a self-entitled prick."

"Excuse me?!" Weiss said. "How dare--"

"I'm not finished!" (Y/N) said. "I'm not gonna act like I know you. We've only known each other for a day. But if you have any sense hidden underneath your Schnee qualities, you'll learn to get your act together, and start putting yourself in other people's shoes, instead of only thinking about your own inconveniences."

Weiss stopped dead in her tracks as (Y/N)'s words started sinking in. She slowly turned back to Ruby, and (Y/N) could see a guilty expression on her face.

Weiss slowly looked back to (Y/N).

"(Y/N)... I--"

Suddenly, she was cut off as something large landed behind them.

They spun to the source of the noise, and their eyes widened as they saw a Giant Nevermore standing over them, letting out a screeching roar.

"Oh, perfect!" Weiss said. "(Y/N), I think we could use one of those blue rings!"

"I'm on it!" (Y/N) said, his dorsal fins beginning to glow blue.

"Wait!" Ruby said, stepping in front of (Y/N) and Weiss.

"What?!" Weiss said.

"I've got a plan!"
