Brawnz: What is happening?!
The SCP Foundation logo started to spin around in the middle of the screen as sound waves appeared in front of it.
Voice: So, you've decided to mention us.
Soviet: Fuuuuuuuuuuuck!
Voice: Today, we will be going over information pertaining to the S.C.P Foundation.
Nadir: What have I done?!
Voice: The basics. "Operating clandestine and worldwide, the Foundation operates beyond jurisdiction, empowered and entrusted by every major national government with the task of containing anomalous objects, entities, and phenomena."
Ruby: W-what is happening...
Soviet: This is the S.C.P Foundation, or in full terms. The Secure. Contain. Protect Foundation, and they do what is being said.
Ironwood: Containing anomalies?
Soviet: Yes, for example. Faunus'
Blake and the other Faunus' looked nervous as Soviet continued and the voice waited.
Soviet: On Earth, as you know. Faunus don't exist, and if they were to appear on Earth. The S.C.P Foundation would contain you permanently.
Velvet: W-what...
Soviet: That and would experiment you to figure out why you're Faunus's and such.
Blake: E-experiment?!
Voice: Yes, we do this for the sake of humanity.
Ruby: Y-you can hear us?!
Voice: Of course, this isn't a recording Ms. Rose.
Ruby then sunk in her seat a bit, trying to not give any more information to the voice.
Blake: But we're almost the exact same as humans!
Voice: To you and others. But you're anomalies. You don't belong on Earth, you aren't real humans.
Blake felt a pang in her heart with fear as the voice echoed in the theater.
Brawnz: But why!
Voice: These anomalies. All of you, with the exception of a few, pose a significant threat to global security by threatening either physical or psychological harm to humans.
Ruby: But most of us are humans!
Soviet stayed quiet allowing the voice to continue for the rest of the showing.
Voice: Yes, but you have Aura and Semblances. Super human strength, speed, durability and more. What happens when you go rogue and decide that you should run things, such as the Queen of Grimm? Nobody could stop you. But that is where we come in. We prevent that from happening before even a glimpse of that is shown.
Ruby tried to speak out but couldn't he was right. Who could stop those with Aura besides others with Aura. They were faster, stronger, more durable not including their Semblances. If everyone with Aura joined together, they could rule all the Kingdoms without question.
Voice: We at the Foundation are a scientific and military organization that seeks to protect humanity and the status quo by locating and containing anomalies, objects, lifeforms, events, locations, concepts, creations, and phenomena that- in one way or another- violate natural law.
Glynda: Wait, if you can do all of these then-
Voice: It means we are everywhere. No matter where you go, we will find you, one way or another. And we are always watching, listening, making sure you don't break the status quo.
Winter: What in the name of Oum...
Voice: But of course, you're not threatening our Earth or others where our Foundation lies. So be glad. We cannot affect you, but we do know of the existence of this theater and its connections to other Earths.
Soviet: Yeah, yeah.
The theater then looked to Soviet worried.
Soviet: Can you continue?
Voice: If you wish, 8306.
Soviet: Can we, like not. I've never been contained by the Foundation.
Voice then gave a soft chuckle frightening some of the audience.
Voice: Yes, but if we did contain you, that would be a number you would receive.
Soviet: Whatever...
Voice: Anyways, as we continue, the Foundation currently has 9 Series listed. One series contains 999 SCP's. As such Series I contains SCP-001's to SCP-999, meanwhile Series II contains SCP-1000 to SCP-1999.
Clover: There's... there's nine series...
The entire theater looked almost afraid considering they had thousands of anomalies under their containment.
Voice: Haha, yes. But Series IX isn't completed yet, but it will be soon. We at the Foundation find more anomalies every single day.
Ozpin: Then... how do you-
Voice: Don't worry, Ozma. We'll get to it.
Ozpin was then taken aback, the man from another universe, possibly multiverse knew his real name, despite meeting him for the first time.
Voice: Each SCP is given an object class based on the degree of containment difficulty. Here are the primary object class.
Jaune: Here we go...
Voice: Safe. The anomaly can be contained by simply leaving it alone. No special contain procedures, methods, or events are necessary to keep it from damaging the world.
Oobleck: That is good to hear!
Voice: This does not necessarily mean it is not dangerous- a safe-class object can be world-threatening if not contained, but it's just really easy to contain them.
Port: That, not so much.
Voice: Some examples of Safe Class SCP's are SCP-1981, SCP-999, SCP-500, SCP-343 and SCP-387. Next up, Euclid Class.
Soon pictures of all 5 SCP's appeared, an old video cut of former U.S President Ronald Reagan, a small plastic pill bottle, a translucent orange slime blob which was looking at the camera smiling, looking happy. An old gentleman who had different pictures with varying looks, and finally a box of plastic building blocks.
Ruby: Look at those SCP's...
Pyrrha: Are... are those building blocks?
Whitley: And a pill bottle?
Ciel: And there's an old man with different looks?
Qrow: And another man who's on a stage giving a speech?
Weiss: Aw, look at that little blob!
Nora meanwhile was having... a different thought process.
Nora: I wonder if there is an anomalous pancake?
Sun: Is that all you think about?
Nora: Depends, is Blake all that you think about?
Sun then slowly turned red as Blake turned her head to Sun who sputtered out an answer.
Sun: No comment.
Blake squinted her eyes to back on screen.
Voice: The Euclid Class. Anomalies are inherently unpredictable, or requires some amount of special effort to be contained. With a random possibility occurring when left alone, and it might be a little more complex than a Safe-Class entity, object, or phenomenon.
Glynda: Interesting...
Ironwood: So these are essentially more dangerous to contain or they will try to escape containment?
Voice: You would be correct, this includes SCP-3008, SCP-294, SCP-096, and SCP-049.
The pictures of an IKEA store was then shown alongside a coffee vending machine, a tall extremely slender white figure with his face entirely scratched out with the final picture being a medieval plague doctor.
Weiss: A coffee machine?
Mercury: An entire, massive store?
Nebula: And... whatever that last picture is? A man with a bird beak?
Penny: And what is that tall slender figure?
Soviet: That tall figure is, the Shy Guy.
Arslan: The Shy Guy?
Cinder: That is a stupid name for a creepy individual.
Soviet: Ahem.
Everyone then turned to Soviet.
Soviet: That, individual, is The Shy Guy or SCP-096, who can kill everyone on Remnant if everyone saw his face. Well, everyone except Salem? She's immortal, so those two would be fighting forever?
Cinder then paled at the fact that the creepy figure could in fact kill everyone.
Ozpin: Everyone... except for her...?
Soviet: Yup, because sooner or later you can't reincarnate, since you need a body, and if only those to remain. Bob's you Uncle, no body to reincarnate into!
Ozpin: Oh...
Penny: But why is he called Shy Guy?
Soviet: Because if you saw his face, whether it be directly, via video recording, or even a photograph. Nothing will stop him from killing you.
The theater then paled.
Soviet: He's survived anti-tank weapons, miniguns, and more... and he kept killing the people who saw it's face... I've seen him tear through 100 of layers of steel, travel the planet in minutes, and even go into the deepest parts of the planet and killed the person who even saw a glimpse of it's face.
Bolin: W-what the hell...
Soviet: And when you do see his face, he will leave no trace of your body behind. And remember you could see 4, fucking, pixels... of his face and that will occur.
The entire theater was now afraid of the Shy Guy, 4 pixels of his face could get you killed, and there's nothing that could stop it from happening?
Ciel: H-he's a monster...!
Elm: A freak of nature! Like how could that even be possible!
Voice: It's not.
Everyone then looked to the sound waves on the screen.
Voice: He is one of the exact reasons why the SCP Foundation exists. We contain these anomalies, freaks of nature, the people, objects, and places that don't make sense. From harming or exterminating the entirety of mankind.
The theater started to understand the SCP Foundation's goal seeing they stopping something like The Shy Guy from destroying the world.
Marrow: It all makes sense...
Voice: Yes it does, now then. The next class. Keter Class. These SCPs are extremely difficult to contain, requiring huge expenditures of resources or extensive, complex containment procedures. Keter Classed SCPs, are often but not always pose an existential threat to humanity, the world, or universal structure itself.
Peach: AND YOU JUST CONTAIN THESE THINGS THAT CAN DESTROY THE UNIVERSE?!
Voice: You would be correct.
The entire theater was now in shock, the humans of another universe, possibly multiverse.
Voice: Some of examples of the Keter Class would be SCP-682, SCP-3199, SCP-610, SCP-231-7 and SCP-939.
Unlike the past two classes, only 4 out of the 5 SCP's had pictures.
Ruby: I'm afraid to ask this... but why is there only 4 pictures.
Voice: SCP-231. Any and all pictures related to the SCP is expunged by the order of... I can't say who.
Ruby: O-ok...
Mercury: Ugh! What the hell is that?!
Mercury then pointed to the first clear recorded picture of SCP-3199 in disgust.
Emerald: That?! What about that damn thing!
Emerald then pointed to SCP-610 from the picture pulled from the SCP file.
Nebula: I'm interested in that?
Nebula then pointed to SCP-682 as it laid on a beach recovering from the acid immersion after breaching containment.
Voice: Yes, but there are more secondary classes but I can... simplify it more if you wish.
Ozpin: It would be appreciated.
Voice: Hm, if that's so. I will use the Locked Box Test.
Glynda: Locked Box Test?
Voice: The Locked Box Test is an informal guideline used to determine an object's most appropriate Object Class. It goes like this. If you lock a box, leave it alone, and nothing bad will happen it's Safe-Class. But if you leave it alone and you're not sure what will happen, it's Euclid.
Port: And if it tries to escape or does escape, it's Keter. Correct?
Voice: Precisely. Now then, we'll go over the secondary or non-standard classes.
Soon 7 names appeared on screen.
Voice: If it's the box it is a Thaumiel Class. If it used to need a box but doesn't no more, it's now a part of the Neutralized Class. If you never needed a box in the first place, it's a part of the Explained Class. If you can't put it in the box and it's about to end the world it's Apollyon.
Harriet: There's a class for that?!
Willow: This Foundation really has a class for everything...
Voice: Yes, to both. Anyways, continuing the explanations. If you can put it in the box but chose not to, then it's Archon. If you can't fit it inside the box but there will be no issue to it, then it's Ticonderoga. And finally, if you aren't sure what box to put it in yet, then the SCP is Pending.
Salem: Hm, what class would we all fit into then?
Voice: For most in this room. Euclid Class. As for you Ms. Salem. You would fit into Keter Class due to your magic and immortality and that fact you will try to escape knowing how you operate.
Salem then slowly nodded as the voice continued.
Voice: Now then, the structure of the Foundation. For the standard basis of clearance Level 2 and Level 3, the Containment Specialists, Researchers, Security/Tactical Response Officers, Field Agents, and Mobile Task Forces or MTF's. We will go over MTF's in the future. But not today.
Ruby: S-so you'll come back...?
Voice: of course.
Ruby then shuddered to imagine what they could learn in the future.
Voice: Now then, to continue in learning our level of clearances. You must understand that the SCP Foundation has sites and areas everywhere across the globe including off the globe.
Clover: You have sites in space?!
Voice: Yes, we have Areas on the Moon, and the planet Venus.
Robyn: That sounds... interesting...
Voice: Continuing on, Level 4. Personnel with Level 4 are held by Site Directors, Security Directors, or Mobile Task Force Commanders.
Whitley: And those are the highest levels?
Voice: No, we have one more level, Level 5, given to the Overseer Council, shortened to the O5 Council. The leaders of the entire SCP Foundation.
Everyone then listened in with interest considering these were the LEADERS of the SCP Foundation.
Voice: The O5 Council is made up of 13 people who manage all Foundation Operations worldwide and have access to any and all information, redacted or not and all resources of the Foundation. With such power, their identities are hidden and they are only referred to by their O5-1 to O5-13. As such Level 5 Clearance is only given to them and select staff.
Coco: Whoa... access to all the resources and information in the world...
Everyone in the theater imagined the type of power the O5 Council held, the resources, money, weapons, information. Anything at the tip of their fingers.
Ciel: I can only imagine what they have at their disposal...
Voice: Now then, the lowest part of the Foundation beside E-Class Personnel.
Port: What's E-Class?
Voice: Class-E are personnel that have been exposed to potentially dangerous effects during the course of securing and establishing initial containment over a newly-designated anomalous object, entity, or phenomenon.
Glynda: Interesting... so what are these class personnel?
Voice: D Class or Class D's are expendable personnel used to handle extremely hazardous anomalies and are not allowed to come into contact with Class A or Class B personnel. Class D personnel are typically drawn worldwide from the ranks of prison inmates convicted of violent crimes, especially those on death row.
The criminals the paled at the fact they just take the violent criminals or those on death row.
Ozpin: So... the Foundation uses these Class D's to experiment with the SCP's...?
Voice: You are correct, why allow the criminals to die a meaningless death, then allow them to take the blow for us to learn more and prevent the world from ending.
Summer: That's still terrible!
Voice: Mrs. Rose. Fret not, we do have our own Ethics Committee. The Foundation protects humanity from SCPs, and the Ethics Committee protects the Foundation from itself. They judge what is and is not acceptable for the Foundation to do. They balance evils so that on the whole, and in the long run, evil is minimized.
Summer: I... this is so much to take in...
Voice: I understand, as such we will end it here for now.
Fiona: You're leaving...?
Voice: For now. When I return we'll go over the Mobile Task Forces, the men who do most of the heavy lifting of the Foundation. After them, we'll be going over the Groups of Interest. After that, who knows. Goodbye for now.
The sound wave and SCP Foundation logo on the massive screen then disappeared as the lights flickered back on with everyone watching Soviet form onto the stage from his smoke.
Soviet: Well... uh... that was the Foundation basics.
Emerald: I don't know how to feel about that...
Most of the theater agreed with Emerald as Soviet sighed.
Soviet: Fair enough. I tried to hold off the Foundation for as long as I could, and lard ass over there just had to fuck it up.
Soviet then pointed to Nadir who looked a little sick.
Nadir: I'm sorry!
Penny: I just received... so much information.
Soviet: Anyways... since he'll be returning sooner or later. Let me check the projector.
Soviet then faded into smoke as he checked the projector.
Soviet: Huh? Well, prepare to see another, new world.
Ruby: What is it this time...?
Blake: Is it going to be more... intense...?
Soviet: Don't worry, it's a more, peaceful world. Well, it starts stressful, but will calm down later on.
Ruby: Really?
Soviet: Yes, this world is based off a video game coming to life, more specifically coming to Earth before their time. Another world that I have created.
Ozpin: May we know this game?
Soviet: Yes, the game is moreover fan-service but has great lore.
Winter: Seriously, a fan-service game?
Soviet: Hey, it has great lore.
Pietro: Then how about you break down the lore for us, Mr. Soviet.
Soviet: Sure. The game takes place in a Post-Apocalyptic World in a dystopian future where Earth has been devastated by an alien species known as the Raptures. These powerful beings decimate human civilization, pushing the remnants of humanity to the brink of extinction. Survivors of the invasion retreat to a massive underground bunker known as the Ark, which becomes humanity's last bastion against the Raptures.
Ruby: Woah... so they're like Grimm?
Soviet: To an extent, they did eliminate most of humanity, and the Ark isn't exactly just a massive bunker.
Ironwood: Please do explain.
Soviet: The Ark has it's own government, locations, currency. The whole shebang.
Salem: Impressive, can we see The Ark?
Soviet: Sure, here's a picture.
