I was quite curious about who he was singing about in Ruby so I just decided to ask. I mean, I don't really mind but I am genuinely curious and would really want to know. Maybe I can give him some advices too if he need it

"To be honest, I wrote Ruby based on one of my closest friends" said Jihoon

"Oh ?? Who ??" I asked curiously

"You" he responded and I stared at him as I couldn't believe my ears

I tilted my head in confusion

"Eh ?" I blurted out

"Yeah, it's about you" he added

Is this a confession ?

"Is... That how you've been viewing me all of these time we've been together ?" I asked

"Yup" he replied shortly

"Oh lord--" I covered my mouth

"You don't have to reply anything you know ? I just wanted to tell you how I really felt" he laughed

I was still trying to process whatever the hell I've just heard and I seriously do not know how to react to this like--- My own best friend. Confessing to me. Well this is something you don't see everyday but here we are.

He's a great guy, I could give it a try right ?

Gosh... I'm still scared though...

"Well um... Can you give me some times ? I promise I'll give you an answer ASAP !" I said to him

"E-eh ?? There's no need to ! Like I said, I just wanted to tell you" said Jihoon

"You're fine with it but I'm not. I promise I'll tell you about it when I've decided on it" I said to him

He just lets out of a sigh and smiled at me

"Whatever your decision is, I'll accept it with an open mind" said Jihoon
