Months have passed by and I finally released a mixtape called "Ruby". This song itself is just about falling for someone. Well, in my case, you know who I've fallen for. We've been quite close but I don't really have the guts to tell her how I feel so... Yeah, Ruby existed.

I'm just surprised how dense she is.

"Ruby sounds AMAZING Jihoon ah !" said Soonyoung

"Thank you" I chuckled

"A song about her ?" Soonyoung asked and I nodded, laughing to myself

"You sure know a lot" I turned to him

"She's the only girl that you've talked about A LOT, and on top of that you did mention about how pretty she is in red" said Soonyoung

"Besides, the moment you fell for her when she was wearing a red shirt right ? That's just too obvious" he added, followed by a chuckle

"Geez, you're exposing me too much" I rolled my eyes playfully

"When are you confessing to her ?" he asked

I looked down as I let out of a sigh

"You see, I don't know. I've been wanting to tell her, but I'm just scared..." I pursed my lips

"It's okay Jihoon ah. Take your time" he pats my back

It was then a notification entered. I checked it and it was from Sooyoung

"Speak of the devil" I uttered

I viewed the message that she sent

"What did she say ??" Soonyoung asked

"She wanted to hang out with me. I guess I'll see you after that" I replied to him as I got off of the couch

"Okay okay ~ Have fun ~" said Soonyoung as he waved

I was about to leave to wait downstairs but my movements came to a halt due to Soonyoung suddenly calling me

"Jihoon ah !" he called out

I turned around to see him, humming as a response

"Why don't you try confessing today ?? It'll lift off the burden off of your shoulders" Soonyoung suggested and I thought about it.

I mean, it doesn't matter if she rejects me or not, I genuinely wants her to know that I like her that's all... Maybe I should

"We'll see" I responded to him and left shortly after
