Visions of blood and gore, the burning smell from fire and from lightsaber wounds. There were faces in the visions, but none that Yord was able to recognize off the top of his head as he was looking for the Jedi, who was trapped inside of her own mind.

"Kalna!" Yord called out loudly as he reached for his lightsaber, igniting the yellow blade as he was looking around. "Kal, where are you?!" He shouted as he was spinning in a circle as he walked, with his lightsaber being used as both a weapon and a source of light for himself.

Until finally, Yord recognized a vision that was stretching in front of them. "Oh, no." He murmured as he was walking through the halls of the cargo ship, his eyes blazing and he was looking around for her. "Kal, answer me!" He said and unfortunately, he found her exactly where he remembered her being the first time.

The Jedi Knight was stuck inside and chained to a wall, cowering in the corner of the cargo bay and she was shaking. The slavers were poking at her with weapons and shocking ones, torture weapons and he was ripping the entire room apart with the Force quickly and the slavers were thrown back.

"Kal, you're safe." Yord whispered as he ran over to her and then, she was opening the chains herself. "Kal, you need to wake up."

"Kalna, wake up!"

Kalna woke up with a choked cry and she was yanking her hands away, putting them on either side of her head. "Kal. Kal." Yord murmured as he looked at her. "You're safe, you hear me?" He asked and then, she was closing her eyes as tears streamed down her face. "Hey." He murmured and then, she was rocking back and forth, as she was trying to breathe.

"Why did you help me?" She asked quietly and Yord shrugged at the words, before she was shaking her head as she wiped at her eyes. "I'm not ever getting an answer for that question, am I?" Kalna questioned and Yord was shaking his head with a sad smile, before she nodded. "Thank you." She said.

"Well. It really would not do to have our prodigy Jedi Knight dying from fear. Would it?" Yord asked and she nodded at the words, before he was reaching out and resting one of his hands on top of hers. "You are stronger than the fear, Kal, you have to remember that." He murmured and she was chuckling.

"What happened to the no attachments rules, Yord Fandar?" She wondered and he was shaking his head, before he got up and he walked out of the room.

Kalna sighed as she was leaning forward and resting her arms on her legs, as she was closing her eyes until she was sure that she was fully composed.

Kalna opened her eyes and then, she was walking out of the room and she made her way to the front of the ship.

"Osha told me once, about her twin sister Mae." Kalna stated as she walked into the room and then, Yord looked almost offended by the fact that he hadn't known and she had. "I had a family before I came into the Order as well. I was five years old and just freshly grieving, exactly like she was." Kalna pointed out.

"True. But in time, you eventually learned to let go of those attachments. All of them whereas Osha... She had much more difficulty with the assignments of doing so." Master Sol pointed out and she nodded. "You managed to thrive and be a prodigy, even. You were declared a Jedi knight at 16 years old, Master Kelnacca deemed you ready. You passed the trials and you became one of the youngest Jedi Knights in history." Master Sol pointed out and she was nodding.

The chiming snapped them out of reminiscing and Krilponnia called out from below deck, he was already in the much more compact and smaller ship. "That's Carlac. Prepare for landing." Yord stated as he looked at Kalna, who held out her hand to him and Yord sighed.

Yord returned her lightsaber and then she swiftly took it back from him, as she walked to the other ship and she was leaning against the wall before she climbed down into it. "You know, you could just stay on board up here instead." Yord pointed out and she was looking at him.

"No, I can't." Kalna replied as she was motioning to the ship and Yord waited for her, crossing his arms and now, he was quite prepared to wait for as long as he needed to. "Is that some concern in your eyes?"

"Go." Yord said and she was lifting her eyebrows. "Unless you would prefer me to throw you down the hatch, then I do suggest you go. Now." He said and she was climbing down the hatch, as he followed her and the ship detached quickly.

"Let me..." Krilponnia growled loudly in Yord's face and the Jedi Knight backed away at the growling. "Kalna?" Yord asked hesitantly.

"Let him pilot, Yord." Kalna replied evenly and Yord sighed, before he reluctantly took another seat and Krilponnia was piloting them carefully down to the surface.

When they reached the surface, Kalna shivered as she looked around. "Kril, how do you stand living on wintry planets?" She asked and Krilponnia pointed at his fur. "My bad." Kalna muttered and she was following them through the snow and through the wreck of the crash.

Before Sol managed to find the very, very faint trail that Osha had left behind and she was looking at him. "Emotions are your strength, yes?" Sol questioned and she was nodding, understanding the question and the assignment and she was swiftly taking the lead.

The familiar sound of a lightsaber igniting almost startled her as Yord held up his blade as a light source and she was nodding quickly. Before she led them right to Osha and Sol had barely caught the familiar girl, before she had fallen off of a cliff.

"Kal..." Kalna moved past Yord and Osha hugged her tightly, as Osha was beginning to cry and Kalna returned the hug. "You already knew, didn't you? You always knew that it wasn't me." Osha whispered.

"Yes." Kalna admitted softly and silently now, she was resting her head on top of the former padawan's head and Osha cried. She was walking with Kalna and with Sol, as the three of them walked slowly past the others.

Krilponnia growled softly in greeting to Osha, who smiled very faintly at the new Wookiee Jedi and Krilponnia was making the Wookiee approximation of a smile on his face as they made their way back to the ship all together.
