Nora POV

Months have passed since Alex and dad fought. Everyone in the family is still shocked for what Alex has become, including me. Each member of team Flash has been looking for him, especially dad...he torments himself everyday for what happened. I tried comforting him, we all tried...but he keeps blaming himself for everything.

I wish I could help more, but mom and dad told me to focus on my training for the entrance exam of U.A., so here I am...training at the S.T.A.R. labs. In a way, it's a nice remedy for keeping me busy, so that I can stop crying for a few hours.

Caitlin: "Nora! Hey, Nora!"

Nora: *stops running* " *panting* What is it?"

Caitlin: "You've been training for hours, you need to take a break" *handing her a bottle of water*

Nora: *drinks* "I can't stop, not with the exams incoming."

Caitlin: "You sure it is for the exams?"

Nora: "...I have to find him Caitlin, I have to find him and bring him home."

Caitlin: "Look, we've all been searching for him everywhere for the past 4 months: it's evident that he doesn't want to be found right now. I think you should hang out with someone."

Nora: "Yeah sure, with who?" *starts drinking*

Caitlin: "Well...maybe with a certain Izuku Midoriya~"

Nora: *almost chokes* "What?!"

Caitlin: *chuckles* "C'mon, it's obvious that he likes you~"

Nora: "He doesn't like me..."

Caitlin: "I bet if you call him now and ask him to go to the cinema, he'll accept rightaway!"

Nora: "Fine. If I win, you wash my clothes for a week."

Caitlin: "And if I win, you'll have to say 'Caitlin, you're a genious!' "

Nora: "Deal." *starts calling Midorya*

(Like if he could like me...)

Midoriya: "Hello?"

Nora: "H-Hi, Midoriya!"

Midoriya: "N-N-N-NORA?! H-Hi..."

Nora: "Hey, I wanted to ask you something..."

Midoriya: "S-Sure..."

Nora: "Do you wanna hang out with me?"

Midoriya: "H-H-H-H-HANG OUT???"

Nora: "Yeah...we could go to the cinema...but if you don't want to I get it."

Midoriya: "N-N-NO...I MEAN YES...I MEAN..."

Nora: "Yes or no?"

Midoriya: "YES! I WOULD LOVE TO!"

Nora: "... (damn you, woman) R-Really?"

Midoriya: "Y-Yes...I actually was thinking to ask you one of these days..."

Nora: *blushing* "O-Oh, I get it...sooo, is it good maybe..."

Caitlin: *whispering* "Tonight! Tonight!"

Nora: "... *hears Caitlin and asks her* tonight?"

Midoriya: "Oh yeah, it's perfect!"

Nora: *realizes* "What?"

Midoriya: "Meet me at my place at 7, see you there!" *hungs up*

Nora: "..."

Caitlin: "Sooo~"

Nora: "What happened?"

(Did I just...no...I mean, I did but...am I really hanging out with Midoriya? But it's okay: it's not a date...right?)

Later, at 6

Nora: "Damn you Caitlin! What the hell am I supposed to wear?! I am a speedster and I've spent an hour thinking only about what I should put on!"

*knock knock*

Nora: "Who is it?"

Caitlin: "It's Caitlin, I came to check on you-"

Nora: *opens the door, drags her inside and shuts the door at super-speed* "Good, because I need your help!"

Caitlin: *sees all the clothes on the bed* "Yeah, I can see that." *chuckles*

After 10 minutes

(A/N she ends up wearing the same clothes we see in the series when she introduces herself as the daughter of the Flash)

Caitlin: "Perfect, you're good to go."

Nora: "Thank you, Caitlin. Imma go now."

Caitlin: "Okay. Enjoy you're daaaate~"

Nora: *from afar* "It's not a date!"

Caitlin: "Yeah, sure~"

Later, at 6:50, near Midorya's house

(Ok Nora, stay calm. It's not a date. It's a simple hang out.)

*arrives at Midoriya's place at 7*

(A/N she didn't use her speed, it's illegal without a hero license. Just a reminder)

*rings the bell*

Midoriya: *opens door*

Nora: "Hi, Midoriya!" (He looks good, he's got a nice taste with clothing)

Midoriya: "H-Hi N-Nora!" (Man she's so beautiful!!! I should say it to her) "N-Nora?"

Nora: "Yeah?"

Midoriya: "Y-You l-look cute..." *blushing*

Nora: *blushing a bit* "Th-Thanks...you too..."

Midoriya: *blushing like crazy* "S-Should we go?"

Nora: "Yes, of course."

Then we started walking to the cinema to watch the new Spider-man movie. I don't know why, but I always had the strange feeling that someone was constantly watching us...

Midoriya: "So, how is your training going?"

Nora: "Uh? Oh um...yeah it's...good, I think."

Midoriya: "Are you alright?"

Nora: "Yeah, it's just...a lot of things in my head..."

Midoriya: "It's about Alex, isn't it?"

I nooded

Nora: "It's been 4 months and still nothing, not a clue, a sign...I miss him very much (why did you leave me, Alex?)" *starts tearing a bit* "I'm sorry: I shouldn't think about this right now..."

Midoriya: "Hey hey, it's okay" *cups her face and wipes tears* "I'm sure you'll soon find him." *smiles at her*

Nora: (cute) "T-Thank you" *hugs him*

Midoriya: *hugs back*

Nora: "Well..." *breaks hug* "...let's go to the cinema or we'll be late."

Midoriya: "Right, the cinema."

After 10 minutes of walking

Nora: "Oh, Midoriya, and your training? How's it going?"

Midoriya: "Oh well..." *scratches the back of his head* "it's pretty wild: I'm slowly cleaning the beach."

Nora: "It's great! It was about time someone did it!"

Midoriya: "Yeah...thanks!"

Nora: "Well then, let's go inside or we'll miss the movie. Whoever gets last pays everything!" *starts running with her speed inside the cinema*

Midoriya: "Hey Nora wai-...guess I'm paying tonight...hehe."

After the movie they walked at Midorya's place

Midoriya: "Well, here we are!"

Nora: "Wow, I didn't notice we were already here!"

Midorya: "Yeah...I guess time flies during a dat-HANG OUT!"

Nora: "..."

Midoriya: "..." *blushing mess*

Nora/Midoriya: *start laughing together*

Midoriya: "Hey Nora..."

Nora: "Yeah?"

Midoriya: "I k-kinda wanted to tell you something..."

Nora: "Oookay? Tell me."

Midoriya: "..." *blushing*

Nora: "Midoriya?"

Midoriya: "Since I met you I-I felt s-something...and I've felt it until now...I think you're really awesome, intelligent, funny and...g-gorgeous...w-what I'm trying to say is...isthatIlikeyou!"

Nora: "What?"

Midoriya: *blushing* "I l-like you...a lot..."

Nora: *shocked* (did he just p-propose to me? I can't believe it...the most cute, gentil and caring boy I know just proposed to me...how could I refuse someone like him?)

Midoriya: "Umm...N-Nora?"

Nora: "...I'm sorry..." (what? what am I saying?) "Look, you're a wonderful boy: you're caring, loving and cute, every girl would be lucky to have you..."

Midoriya: "...but you don't feel the same..."

I took his hand

Nora: "Believe me, I'm so sorry...I'm happy to be your friend but...I can't give you what you're asking..."

Midoriya: "It's okay...at least I got to tell you..."

I hugged him

Nora: *whispers* "I will always be here for you, remember that.*

Midoriya: "Thank you, Nora. I hope you find someone to love."

Nora: "I wish you to find a person who loves you the way you love me."

Then we broke the hug, still holding hands

Midoriya: "Well then, I should go now..."

Nora: "Yeah, goodnight Midoriya."

Midoriya: "Goodnight Nora."

He then went inside and I left

A few seconds before, on a rooftop in front of the house

Alexander: *sees with sadness* "I'm really happy for you, Nora..."
