I walked around aimlessly. The mirage of people in the busy road of Shibuya was displayed in front of me. I tried to touch one of the people. Instead of passing through, I felt a feedback of touching someone.

"Huh? Did I hit something?"

The mirage of the person I touched looked around as if he was confused by something. It was as if I was really sent to Shibuya in invisible state. I looked into the whole place. To find two people in this sea of people was indeed not an easy feat.

I walked around aimlessly. I watched each person's expression and gimmick. Everyone looked natural like the Shibuya I knew. There were students walking on the street while chatting with their friends, salaryman rushing to his work, and other people with their purposes in Shibuya.

"This is too difficult normally. My sense of sight, smell, touch, and hearing are affected by the mirage. There's a chance that my taste sensory is affected too but I can't test it by licking someone can i?"

I muttered. I stood still as I observed my surroundings carefully. Cars and buses passed by on the road as the people waited for the traffic light changed color.

"No good, I can't think of a way to find them fast. But, Deet said they will change their location every two hours. Should I wait for that change to find a clue?"

I muttered. I stood still and watched the passersby. This scene gave me bit of nostalgia. I recalled when I was told to meet a client at a certain shop in Shibuya. In the end, I was just sightseeing inside the mirage of Shibuya for 2 hours.

When two hours time was up, the scene of Shibuya disappeared. It was replaced with the scene of nothing but thick fog. I quickly made up my mind and dived into the fog toward the closest presence inside the fog.

But, in midway, the scene changed. This time it was inside a packed train. Moving around was difficult as there was almost no gap to move.

"So, this is what he means by move to other location!!!"

I complained.

I tried to move around inside the train. I watched one by one the expression and behavior of the passengers. Instead of finding my target, I spotted a molester who was rubbing a high school girl's butt. I wanted to affirm myself that this is a mirage but seeing such act right in front of my eyes made me pissed off.

I moved through the gaps of people and caught the hand of the molester.

"I'VE CAUGHT YOU!!"

I shouted as I tried to give him an arm lock. But, the arms of the molester didn't budge. Or rather, I couldn't move it due to the difference of strength.

"Ara? Already?"

A female voice came from the old man molester. His figure distorted and revealed Oliver's appearance.

"Eh?!!"

I leaked a dumbfounded voice.

"What? You're surprised that I am here?"

She asked.

"No, I never expected that the Saint Dragon Emperor is a pervert who likes to molest a young girl."

I said.

"Ugh! That is well, you see..."

Oliver fidgeted.

"Well, this topic aside, shouldn't you search Deet now? He's more adept in hiding in this place than me after all. The ones who slain him used human wave to sweep the whole area to find him."

She said to avert my attention from her. I sighed and looked around.

"Well, that's quite true. I'll let it slide for now."

I said before I resumed my search of Deet. I searched the whole place but no avail. I couldn't find anyone who acted lazily like him till the next location change. The third place used for the hide and seek was an amusement park. I was at lost at the size of the park and the number of people. In two hours I found nobody like Deet.

The fourth was a stadium. Soccer Game was being played there and the spectators seat was full with people. And this time, I found one person who looked like Deet but this time it's a miss. That person wasn't Deet.

The fifth place was Kyoto. The passing by tourists and the locals were vast in numbers. In this place I also ended up doing nothing but sightseeing as I couldn't find Deet.

The sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth ones are also different places with a lot of people starting from a museum till an airport. With 4 hours rest after the sixth, the time consumed for the search was already reaching 28 hours. It means that a day had passed.

The twelfth place was a shrine. The shrine was just like the previous places, full of people. It seems like there was a festival held in here. I walked inside the swarm of people. The stall owners, the passersby, the old, the young, nobody had any resemblance with Deet.

After an hour of searching without avail, I started felt nauseous inside the sea of people. I walked out from the crowd and rested near the main shrine building. There were two fox statues near the stairs which reminded me of Japan.

"Ah, now I kind of missed my hometown in my old world."

I muttered. I recalled that in the past life, I had talked with a statue at a shrine in chuuni style back in middle school. I felt nostalgic somehow from it. I approached the left statue and touched it.

"Kufufufu!! Behold my heavenly eyes. Thou can't fool me anymore. Thou who hide within this mask of falsehood have been found by me. Stop hiding and show your true self!!"

I said the lines I used back there as I pointed my palm at the statue.

"Found out huh?"

A moment later, I heard a voice came from the statue. The mirage disappeared and the grassland scenery I had seen the first time I came here entered my sight. In front of me, Deet was scratching his head while yawning.

"He? HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I screamed.

"What are you screaming out all sudden? You already found me right? With that heavenly eyes or something of yours."

Deet said calmly. I could feel that my face turned red from embarrassment. Behind Deet, I could see Oliver was trying to hold her laughter.

"Well, more importantly, congratulation on passing this trial, Ren Concerto."

Deet said.

"Thank you."

I said. Oliver walked toward us. She was holding a crystal sphere in her hand. When I turned my eyes toward Deet he also had taken out a crystal sphere from who knows where. They handed me the crystal spheres.

"But, before you two are gone, let me ask a question."

I said. Both of them looked at each other and titled their head.

"Question?"

They said in unison.

"Does this trial have any meaning? To me it's just like a high level 'hide and seek' game."

I asked. Both of them looked at each other and laughed.

"Of course there's no meaning in them."

Oliver said.

"I just don't know what kind of trial I should give you or anything to teach to you too."

Deet added.

"Besides, Dragons are free beings. About how to use or for what you supposed to use your power is something you must decide on yourself. Whether it's your holy dragon power or your demonic dragon power, they are still your power. It's up to you if you want to use them or not."

Oliver said.

"But, your dream and illusion power are like mine. If you want to create a mirage like me you can learn it by yourself. I won't teach you about it even if you begged."

Deet said. As soon as he said that, Oliver's and Deet's body was turning into particles.

"Oh, time's up already? Well then, see ya, Boy. Give my regards to my old pals alright?"

Oliver said before completely disappeared along with Deet. I looked at my body which had regained my dragon power. There was no particular changes but I could feel that I had become stronger than before or rather I had regained my lost strength. I found the exit not long afterward as there was a big exit sign in front of it. I took a deep breath before I resumed my journey to the next trial.
