At the next day, I opened my eyes and felt something was restraining my body. I turned my gaze downward and saw a surprising spectacle.

"Ren-sama... munya munya."

Alicia sleep talked as she was sleeping peacefully. She had her arms and legs above my body and used it as a hug pillow. The fact that she slept with me last night was already surprising but the thing that made me drenched in cold sweat was her attire. Alicia was wearing a semi transparent night gown.

"Mu?"

Alicia slowly opened her eyes. Our eyes met and she just smiled mischievously.

"Good morning, Ren-sama."

She greeted me as if it was a normal thing to do. I couldn't process the current situation. My head was getting overheated from trying to understand the current state.

"It seems like you're not fully awake yet. In that case..."

Chu!

Her tender lips touched mine. At that instant my thinking process stopped. My eyes widened. I couldn't cope with Alicia's advances.

"It seems like you're wide awake now."

Alicia giggled. She got off from the bed and headed to a small chamber near the wardrobe. I raised my body from the bed.

"She got me off guard."

I muttered as I touched my lips.

Kacha!

The door opened and Anastasia entered the room.

"Ara? Good morning, Ren-sama."

She greeted. I nodded at her absentmindedly. She proceeded to the wardrobe and picked up my change clothes as if it was something normal.

"Ren-sama, how long are you going to stay like that?"

Anastasia asked. I came to my senses. I got off from the bed and took the change of clothes from her.

"The changing room is over there, Ren-sama."

Anastasia pointed to the small chamber near the wardrobe. I nodded and walked there.

Before I finally regretted it.

"Mu! Ren-sama no ecchi!"

Alicia said when she saw me entering when she was in the middle of changing clothes. My thought process replayed every scene I got since when I woke up earlier and remembered that she got in first and hasn't come out from the changing room.

I quickly turned around and got out from the changing room.

"How is it? Did you awake yet, Ren-sama?"

Anastasia teased.

"Y-You!!"

I glared at her with my body trembling from shame and anger.

After the hectic morning, Alicia and I went to the dining hall to have breakfast. I sat beside Alicia on the royal family area. The Alliance leaders looked at me strangely.

"Ren, I have something to discuss."

The king of Maximillian said.

"Yes"

"About your assault last night..."

"I'm just doing a self-defense."

I said.

"Self-defense?"

The king was dumfounded by my wording.

"Otou-sama, Hero Sakakimoto was the one who attacked first using a divine art. If Ren-sama was a normal person and received that, he definitely will die. In other word, Sakakimoto-sama is trying to MURDER Ren-sama for being my fiancé."

Alicia explained. She even emphasized the word murder on purpose. She looked at each Alliance leader.

"Everyone, please think rationally before cornering Ren-sama. If the hero wished to take your wife just like how he asked Ren-sama to hand me to him, what will you do?"

Alicia said. Every important people in the room looked dejected.

"But, you're not married to her and you're not even a human, Baron Concerto."

The annoying voice came from the entrance. The Pope entered the room with arrogant demeanor.

"Is that mean that Ren-sama doesn't have right to marry because he has dragonification?"

Alicia asked.

"That's right. Furthermore, with his assault the hero might refuse to help us now. Are you willing to take responsibility?"

The Pope said. I sighed and stood up.

"Then, if he insisted that he won't help, I don't mind taking his place."

I declared.

"Nonsense!! You're just a mere half-lizard dare to claim you will take the sacred duty? Don't joke with me!!"

The Pope said. I glanced at the demi-human alliance. A dragonoid leader was trembling from anger.

"I was told to hide this but, at this rate I will fail my mission if I didn't reveal this."

I said.

"Hou, finally you show your true color."

The Pope was delighted.

"Holy Insignia: Harmony"

I muttered. I felt my mana was being drained. From my back, a golden crest glow brightly.

"I was chosen by Volt-sama as one of the Awakened Heroes. In the name this insignia of Harmony, I declare that I'm willing to act as the substitute of the Hero of Justice."

I said resolutely.

"I-Im-Impossible. Fo-Fo-For a mere transformed lizard to receive Volt-sama's."

The Pope was losing his calm.

"My current level is 150. After I was awakened as a hero, my third class was automatically decided as hero and will take my fourth class soon. Besides that, I also received the blessing of the Dragon God, Pascal-sama. My condition for fighting for the human side is 'Don't ever bother with my family'."
