(This is gonna be a short one but whatever, I don't have time for a long one right now XD I also just finished reading Book One of TDP: Moon, and it was REALLY GOOD!!)

~(this takes place after the Wonderstorm episode)

Rayla hadn't really imagined her life would turn this dramatically in a few days. She remembered being sent on the mission to kill the King of Katolis, and his son, Prince Ezran, quite clearly. Although it felt like it had happened months ago. Instead of killing the young Prince, Rayla had traveled with him and protected him. The feeling of betrayal still lingered, but she managed to shake it off every time. Now though, she was feeling the pangs in her heart. She regretted nothing. The Dragon Prince was alive, happy and well. The dragonling had torn off Rayla's binding, and she had to admit, only to herself, she felt happier and more free. But I betrayed Runaan... all the Moonshadow elves... kept coming back to her whenever she thought of something positive. She watched Ezran and Ellis play with Zym, a small smile creeping over her face. It's good to see that they're having fun... but staying here is dangerous... I can feel it. She looked around and noticed Callum was sitting away from the others, writing in his book. He seemed to be murmuring the words he was writing out loud. She walked over to him, and listened. He was talking about her...? She shrugged, rolled her eyes, and thought; If He wants to say something nice about me, he can say it to my face. "I'm daring. Also daring." She said, and Callum gave a start. He turned around, looking embarrassed. "Oh... uh.. have you just been... standing there the whole time?" He asked. Rayla rolled her eyes and sat down beside him. "You were looking for another word to describe me, eh? Well, I'd consider myself quite daring!" She placed a hand on her chest and put on her most earnest face. Callum smiled. "Well then, I'll make sure to tell my stepdad how 'quite daring' you are." He said, starting to write in his book again. Dread and shame washed over Rayla like a tsunami. I still haven't told him.....
