Chapter 22 - found And Lost

The burning burning discomfort of the silver cuffs were gone. How? I still had to figure that out. All I knew the burning discomfort of the silver cuffs was gone and now replaced with the throbbing open cuts I now had.

I guess I blacked out after he started banging my cuffs against the cement floor and after his irritation of them not coming off he lost control and shifted into his wolf; Next thing I know is that I blacked out.

My eye lids were heavy as i slowly lifted them into the dimly lit cell, The werewolf, That I was still to figure out his name was sitting across the cell as he looked at the ceiling. My arms are able to move freely now as well as my legs, But I still didn't have the energy to do so.

"I thought I killed you." The werewolf said with weariness as he met my gaze.

I was silent, I didn't know what to say. I knew he lost control, But most werewolves are able to at least control a little bit better than that, Only turned werewolf's really lost control...

Unless...

Turned were wolfs is were, They were either bit by another werewolf and got the wolfs saliva into their blood stream or Rouge's attacked them when they were human, But they survived which in most cases then turned.

"Your Turned?" I said breaking the silence a into awkward tension.

"Your a smart girl, Aren't yah?"He said with a wink, Confirming my theory. "The name is Lucas. I was attacked by rouges."

"I'm sorry."

"Don't be, It's not your fault besides you have enough problems yourself." He spoke with most seriousness as I nodded my head.

"I was so stupid to trust her." He regretted, sighing as he rubbed his face.

"Who?"

"Angel."

"Wh-"

"Me." My head snapped so fast to the other side of the bars were stood the witch in all her glory. Her names angel? Well that's ironic, Considering she's anything but. "Now your going to help me, Or regret it." She said talking steps towards the bars as she slowly crouched down to my eye level. "Got that?"

"Depends, With what?" A flash of amusement flashed across her face as she stood back up.

"Finding my boyfriend."

"More like Fuck buddy." Lucas muttered, I don't think Angel heard him but I sure did due to werewolf hearing as I held back a giggle.

"Who?" I questioned wondering who we would be talking about and why she would need my help.

"Marty. Using your senses."

"No."

Colten's P.O.V.

"Ready to head out?" Adam asked me, He was dressed in sweats and a baggy t-shirt. Adam and I have been best friends since grade school and he always had my back so it only made sense when i made him my beta.

"I've been ready all morning." I said. I haven't got much sleep as i kept worrying about Ellie, Jake wasn't doing much better he's been at pack training all morning blowing off steam. Today we are going with some of our best tracker's to try and find Ellie's sent anywhere, We are also going to go to the, Now abounded Hunter's village, Where I first found Ellie.

We all stepped out of the pack house into the morning breeze, The grass dry because of the heat wave we have been going through and it hasn't rained in day's, So if there was any chance of Ellie's scent being out there we would need to go as soon as possible before the rain washed it away.

We all stood there and stripped into our wolves, Mine was by far the biggest and probably the scariest.

We ran towards the village, I pushed my wolf to go faster even though i was already going way faster then everybody else, I just needed her; Now.

The village was still a mess Just as we left it, Clearly no one even bothered to try to clean it up again. I guess it just wasn't worth it.

Ellie's P.O.V.

"No."

I was basically challenging her and asking her to throw her fist at my face.

That she did.

With one swift motion her palm was in contact with my cheekbone as I fell from the impact, Her manicured nails graced my cheek after the impact as I winced in pain, Never in my life had I experience a pain like that, It felt like she put more than just all her power into the hit but also a spell.

"Are you gonna help me now?" She said with a smirk on her face, Clearly enjoying my pain.

"No."

I don't know why i was being so stubborn, I was never stubborn as a kid or when i was stuck in this hell whole, Maybe with all this stress i finally just broke and will not let it rule my life anymore.

She grabbed the collar of my shirt and slammed me against the bars, Burning my face was burning because of the silver. I hissed in pain, But she wasn't finished there. She grabbed my chin to make me look her square in the face. Her eye's not only did they creep me out but I would probably have nightmares for weeks.

She grabbed my throat instead of my collar, As she gripped tight on my throat my air was slowly shortening as I gasped for air. She pulled my face into the metal as i burned and was slowly loosing air at the same time.

"That's enough, Angel- Angel stop!" I could hear Lucas in the back round. Finally she dropped her hold on my neck which caused me to drop to the ground as I hunched over, Trying to catch my breath. My whole face burned and my whole body was shaking.

Lucas quickly ran over to me and placed me on his lap as he rubbed soothing circles into my back as i regained my breath. Angel exited the room with out another word and the only thing head in the room was the tapping of her heels on the ground and my attempt to steady my breathing.

Angel reappeared with more silver cuffs, Oh not again! I swallowed the lump in my throat as she walked closer, Lucas was sitting right beside me still rubbing circles on my back, In a friendly matter.

"Okay are you ready, Or do I need to teach you a lesson... Again?" She said standing there as she tapped her foot impatiently.

Hesitantly I stood up and weakly walked over to her, Where she opened the cell door and roughly grabbed my arm as she slapped the cuffs on. I winced from the burning misery that was now stuck on my wrist and no way of getting it off except Lucas, Who was now locked in the cell alone.

"Don't forget to come back for me." Lucas said with a wink.

"How could I forget?" I said slyly back.

Angel roughly walked me up the stairs, It was slow due to how weak I was but eventually we made in outside to the abandoned village.

"Angel?" I asked.

"What?"

"I have to pee."

Coltens P.O.V.

"I Think I got something." One of my best trackers said, Mike. 

"Well Don't just stand there, Come on!" I said enthusiastically, Jeez I've got it bad...

Mike started walking further into the village, My wolf was going mad, I could sense Ellie but I couldn't see her. The village was worse now that we got further into it, suddenly Ellie's scent was mixed with another? And they were getting further and further.

"Come on, We can't lose them now!" I yelled as we all shifted into wolf form and started running.

Ellie's P.O.V.

Angel made me try to sniff all along were we were, She claimed that Marty would for sure come for her, Or at least try.

But I on the other hand, Highly doubt he would come Lucas told me they got together a little bit before I got away and that the only reason he was going for her was he wanted something diffrent, As in sex.

Typical men.

I was starting to believe Lucas of them only being 'Fuck buddies'

Suddenly my head snapped up, A scent overwelmed my nose with the most delightful scent anybody could imagen. Could it be?

Colten?

Angel seemed to notice to because before I knew it she was roughly dragging me down the woods and was mumbling some kind of spell under her breath.

soooooo I have a volleyball tournament this weekend~ wish me luck ;)

and I also have my next book planned out, but i'm not gonna start it until i finish this book only becasue i did that last time and tried to make to books at a time and now i never update my other book + it needs ALOT  of fixing
