In the Cinema, Marinette holds a bag of popcorn when she talks on the phone with Luka.

Marinette: He invited me to the Cinema. Kinda like the time we saw Crocodile Heart.

Luka: Yeah. Too bad you had an emergency and missed it.

Marinette: I still feel bad about that.

Luka: It's okay. Have fun seeing the movie.

Marinette: I will. I love you.

Luka: I love you too. *They both hang up and then her phone buzzes, she looks at it and sees a message from Bridgette. *

🦚: Hey, you don't mind if I feed the Kwamis, do you?

🐞: Sure. Not sure if I forgot to do it.

🦚: I'll ask them.

🐞: Okay. *Soon, she waits for Adrien. *

Marinette: Hmm... wonder where he could be. *She sits in the front row. Shadownoir enters in the back. Thinking that it was Adrien who entered, Marinette looks back in delight, before realizing it was Shadownoir. *

Shadownoir: Hello, Ladybug.

Marinette: Tikki, spots on! *She transforms into Ladybug. *

Ladybug: Lucky Charm! *She throws her yo-yo up and receives a watch with the time at 1:00. *

Shadownoir: (laughs) Could this be the hour of your defeat?

Ephemeral: (touches Ladybug) I'm sorry, I promise this won't take long. *He inserts the energy into his chest, speeding up Ladybug's de-transformation. *

Shadownoir: Time flies when we're having fun! *Ladybug runs away from him. * Running is pointless! In just a few seconds you'll be a simple young girl without powers again! *She takes a picture of the watch and sends it to Luka right before she de-transforms. In Luka's room, Luka receives a notification while playing his guitar. *

Luka: "Sass is in my sewing box"? *He gasps. * Marinette! *He runs to Marinette's home. Juleka and Rose saw him running out. *

Juleka: Hey, where are you going?

Luka: Marinette needs me, can't talk. *He puts on his helmet, elbow, and knee pads, and he starts pedaling to Marinette's house fast. *

In the Cinema, Shadownoir grabs Marinette.

Shadownoir: Those earrings are MINE!!!

Marinette: NO! NO! ADRIEN, HELP! *Shadownoir gets ahold of her earrings. *

Shadownoir: Ah! *He throws Marinette away. * Yes! My greatest wish will finally come true! *At the Dupain-Cheng residence, Luka crashes into the door with his bicycle.

Luka: Sorry! Marinette sent me. *He went up to her room and opened the trapdoor. * Sass!*Bridgette exclaimed, Marin fell off of the chair, and Timmy looked up at Luka. *

Bridgette: You scared us.

Luka: Guys, Marinette sent me this. I think she wants me to go back to this exact moment. But she knows I can no longer do that.

Marin: What moment was that?

Sass: You can't, but I can. I can go back to any temporal marker that has been placed in the past.

Barkk: But when a Kwami uses their power without a holder it always has disastrous consequences!

Wayzz: The situation must be desperate for the guardian to suggest that! *A harsh red light flashes from outside, along with a loud bang. *

Bridgette: What is that? *Luka opens the window and sees a bright red light all over Paris. *

Kwamis: Oh no! Not that, not again! It's the end of the world!

Marin: Wait what?

Timmy: What is that? *He covered his eyes as Marin picked him up. *

Luka: What's going on?

Sass: Shadow Moth must have taken control of Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculous, and he made a wish!

Luka: But what has that got to do with the end of the world?

Sass: Imagine the world as your school notebook. Everything inside is written in blue, but now you want it to be red instead. Before you can rewrite anything in the color you'd like, you have to erase everything that's already been written in blue!

Slippi: That's what happens when someone makes a wish! The universe is destroyed, and then entirely rebuilt! But who knows how... *The light from outside flashes more intensely, along with another loud bang. *

Marin: Something tells me it's not gonna be good.

Luka: Sass, hurry!

Sass: Second Chance! *He uses his power to revert time. *

On top of the Eiffel Tower, time is reverted to when Ladybug starts the countdown while waiting for Cat Noir.

Ladybug: The countdown has begun. It's 1 a.m., and we've got just five minutes before you transform back. So, we've got to be done by 1:05. You'll rewind on my signal.

Cat Noir: (upon landing on top of the Eiffel Tower) I'm sorry, but I really couldn't make it— *Out of nowhere, the lights are flashing alternately, while the malfunctioning cars are making a lot of noise. *

Ladybug: What on earth is happening? *Multiple time anomalies are showing up. * It's like history's all jumbled up! *Soon, Jeanne d'Arc appears behind them. *

Jeanne d'Arc: Hark, what are those voices I hear? Bertrand? Gilles? My, what sorcery is this? *She groans and Jeanne d'Arc tries to tackle them but disappears in time. *

Cat Noir: Time has gone crazy! Or maybe I have...

Ladybug: I have a bad feeling about this. Viperion! Viperion, can you hear me? Follow me! *In the sewers, Viperion is having trouble communicating with Ladybug. *

Viperion: Ladybug, can you hear me? Melody?

Ladybug: Viperion! I've gotta talk to Sass!

Viperion: Scales rest! *He de-transforms into Luka. *

Sass: I'm so sorry, Ladybug, I had no choice!

Ladybug: What happened?

Sass: I'm not sure. I just saw a photo of a lucky charm, a watch showing 1 a.m.

Cat Noir: Do you understand any of this?

Ladybug: When Kwamis use their power without a holder, it always has magical and disastrous consequences. And Sass's power is to turn back time!

Cat Noir: So, time has gotten all mixed up!

Ladybug: Stay here, Luka! *She and Cat Noir climb up the ladder to the streets, and multiple time anomalies appear everywhere. *

Captain Hardrock: Liberty! Next stop, city hall! *Near the Eiffel Tower, Gamer appears, and on the Montparnasse Tower, Gorizilla appears to be surrounded by helicopters. In the air, Eagle and Uncanny landed and saw what was going on. *

Cat Noir: You guys seeing this too?

Eagle: Yeah.

Uncanny: What happened?

Ladybug: Sass' power is to reverse time.

Eagle: Kinda like time traveling?

Ladybug: Something like that.

Uncanny: Wow.

Ladybug: I'm getting major Déjà vu right now!

Cat Noir: It's time to have a genius idea, m'lady!

Ladybug: Lucky Charm! *She uses her power to summon a Lucky Charm, and a scale weight appears. *

Cat Noir: Do you think this will be enough to tip the balance of time?

Ladybug: Oh, the International Bureau of Weights and Measures! This organization coordinates the hours of the whole world with its satellite! It's right near Paris!

Cat Noir: This means the satellite is just above our heads! We fix it, we fix all the connected devices that depend on time to function! How are we going to know the exact time to program into the satellite?

Ladybug: Thanks to this countdown, I still have a way to know what time it is for real. When it gets to the end, that means that it's exactly 1:05 a.m. That's what we'll program into the satellite. Time to suit up!

Cat Noir: Mmm. But, what's the plan with all the apparitions?

Ladybug: Leave them to my magical ladybugs.

Cat Noir: Power up! *He eats a purple camembert, and he transforms into an Astro Cat. *

Ladybug: Let's sync up our stopwatches. *She, Eagle, Uncanny, and Astro Cat sync up their
stopwatches. *

Astro Cat: Now I have the same countdown as you.

Ladybug: Power up! *She eats a purple macaron, and she transforms into Cosmobug. *

Eagle: Power up! *She eats a purple pecan nut, and she transforms into Solar Eagle. *

Astro Cat: Whoa.

Cosmobug: You have power-ups?

Solar Eagle: Yeah. The guardian from New York made them for me. I'll get into more later, let's go.

Cosmobug: Okay, take off! *She, Astro Cat, Solar Eagle, and Uncanny fly up to outer space. Solar Eagle spotted the satellite and Astro Cat opened the compartment, then Cosmobug put in the time 1:05. Solar Eagle showed her the time on her bullroarer, then she pressed the green button, and everything turned back to normal. * Miraculous Ladybug! *She uses her power, and everything returns to normal. *

Cosmobug, Astro Cat, Solar Eagle, and Uncanny: Pound it! *They start to fly back to Paris. *

Astro Cat: ♪ Meow, meow, meow... Meow-meow! ♪

Cosmobug: That's a pretty tune, what is it?

Astro Cat: A classical piece. Thus spoke Catathustra. By the way, what did you wanna talk about earlier, up on the Eiffel Tower?

Cosmobug: Oh, nothing important. Forget about it.

Astro Cat: Hmm. Atta blast! *Astro Cat, Solar Eagle, and Uncanny fly away and Cosmobug flies down to the sewers. *

In the sewers, Luka waits for Ladybug to come back.

Cosmobug: Hey.

Luka: Hey. *He got up and hugged her. * So, what happened?

Cosmobug: I was able to fix time and undo Sass' power.

Luka: That's good. *He felt a little sad. *

Cosmobug: What's wrong?

Luka: It's a shame that I know your and Cat Noir's identities. I know Su-Han wants you to know who Cat Noir is too.

Cosmobug: Honestly, I don't even know how I feel about Su-Han knowing. I'd rather only you knew and leave it at that. *She sighs. * It's all so confusing... *She puts her head in her hands as Luka comforts her, she sighs and hugs him. * I may have something for you. In case Shadow Moth tries akumatizing you. Might need something. Can I see your ring?

Luka: Sure. *He looked at his family heirloom ring. *

{Flashback moment}

Fergus: Luka, now that you're 10, I am giving you something very special.

Luka: What is it, Pop-Pop?

Fergus: This is the Couffaine family ring, passed down from generation to generation. It's always given to the eldest male offspring. A symbol of family, protection, and love. Something I know someday you'll experience with someone very special.

Luka: Thank you Pop-Pop. I'll treasure it always.

Fergus: Aye, wear it proudly, lad. And never be afraid to fight for family.

Luka: How come you didn't give it to Uncle Dave?

Fergus: Between you and me lad, he was forever losing stuff as a kid so I figured it would go missing. And even he agreed. So he said for me to give it to the eldest male grandson, which turned out to be you. *He rubbed Luka's head and they both hugged. *

Luka: This is a family heirloom. And I took my grandpa's word for it. *He takes his ring off and hands it to her. She opened the yo-yo and put the ring inside, then pulled it out which turned into a glistening sea foam green ring, she handed it to him. *
