Marinette: Okay. So, months ago, this was when before you and I were "A thing", you already know about my thing for Adrien.

Luka: Yeah.

Marinette: I did the unthinkable thing. I made Adrien a beret on his Fifth Name Day, which was another way to tell him how I felt. But something happened. I transformed into Ladybug, marked my name on his present, and left the room, he must've caught a glimpse of my superhero form. Then, he felt the same way and we became a couple. Only for a short while. Then you know how stubborn his father is telling me to break up with him, which led me to be close to being akumatized, but Cat Noir just happened to cataclysm the Akuma, and then he recognized my hero identity.

Luka: Aww. (Were you always this oblivious, Adrien?)

Marinette: I know. It was messed up. Then of course when my Ladybug form and Cat Noir were face to face with Hawkmoth, we were close to beating him and that's when things turned for the worse. Hawkmoth akumatized him into Cat Blanc, he tried to break free from the Akuma, but Hawkmoth has a way to get into people's heads.

Luka: Just like me when I was Truth and I tried to reject the Akuma, but he has a way to do it.

Marinette: I felt bad that I was the reason for you being akumatize. *Luka lifts up her chin. *

Luka: Marinette, don't blame yourself. I was the one who wanted to know why you ran off all the time, but now I know, I have nothing to worry about. Because you told me the reason why.

Marinette: I know. But thanks to Bunnyx, the hero from the future, she took me back in time to where my mistake happened and erased it, where Adrien doesn't know about my identity. That's what happened.

Luka: Glad that worked out. So, no one has a memory of what happened?

Marinette: No. Thank goodness he nor anyone else mentioned it.

Luka: Yeah. You don't want Adrien to love you and your Ladybug form.

Marinette: Yeah.

Luka: Guess talking about it helps?

Marinette: Yeah. It did. *She hugged him, and he hugged her back. * Thank you for being understanding.

Luka: Anything for you. And don't worry. I have a feeling you won't have that vision again.

Marinette: Let's hope so. *She kissed him on the cheek. * I have to get home. I promised my parents I wouldn't be out long.

Luka: Okay. Thanks for sharing with me what's been going on.

Luka: She's special in her own ways. *He walked back to the Liberty. In Marinette's house, Marinette helped assemble a dessert for after dinner. *

Tom: What'cha making, kiddo?

Marinette: It's a surprise.

Tom: Okay. *Marinette put in a few finishing touches and Tom held the taco salad and brought it to the table as Sabine poured some limeade into their cups Marin fed Tibbles and Angel and gave them fresh water. *

Marin: I'll walk you guys after dinner. *He rubs their heads, washes his hands in the kitchen, and sits down next to Timmy. *

Timmy: Limeade again.

Sabine: Yes. I figured you would like it.

Timmy: I do. *Marin drank some and he licked his lips. *

Marin: Taste good, mom. *Sabine grinned at that. *

Sabine: Hmm. What are we having tonight?

Tom: I'm glad you asked. We're having taco salad, with two sides: guacamole and salsa, garlic bread, and some sweet corn. *He put the dishes down on the table. *

Marinette: My class was playing soccer today. *She tried some taco salad and some sweet corn. *

Tom: That sounds fun.

Marinette: We played against Luka's school.

Sabine: That's nice. Glad you're taking a liking to soccer. *She eats more of the taco salad. *

Marin: Wish I could play soccer with you guys. *He dipped his chip in guacamole, ate it, and picked up a piece of garlic bread. *

Marinette: Well, it was fun, but Chloe complained she didn't want to play, but she ended up being akumatized.

Marin: Again? That girl can't control her emotions for one minute.

Marinette: But in the end, I asked Ms. Bustier to not let Chloe play soccer, and she said it was okay.

Sabine: It's nice of you to suggest it.

Marinette: Well I wouldn't say it was a suggestion. She wanted to in the beginning, so I just thought it was for the best.

Tom: I know, but still. You did what was right.

Marinette: Okay, you're right. *They all chuckled and kept eating. *

Timmy: I returned my class pet today and Mrs. Myers said I did well on taking care of him.

Tom: That's good, Timmy. Marin, what about you?

Marin: Pretty good. Just got done with my college application class. I should be getting an acceptance letter in the mail soon.

Sabine: That's good. We'll be on the lookout for that.

Marin: Thanks. *He eats more of his garlic bread and eats more taco salad. Tom and Sabine looked at each other. *

Tom: So, your game is coming up soon?

Marin: Yep, 2 more days. You're still coming, right?

Sabine: Yes, of course.

Tom: Yes. We'll have to close the bakery early to watch you play.

Marinette: I'll see if I have nothing planned for that day.

Timmy: I'm going.

Marin: Think Bridgette we'll feel better by Wednesday?

Sabine: Well, if her fever goes down from 100, I think we'll allow it.

Marin: Okay. *Sabine looked over at Tom. *

Sabine: Well dear, shall we tell them?

Marin: Tell us what? *Marinette holds her cup and Timmy holds his fork. *

Tom/Sabine: We're planning on adopting a baby!

Marinette: Really?

Timmy: Adopt?

Tom: Yes. Your mom and I thought it would be good to adopt a baby. You're all getting a little brother or sister.

Marinette: Aww.

Marin: So, mom is not pregnant?

Sabine: No. I'm afraid I would experience some... medical complications during the birth process. But thankfully, I didn't when I had all 4 of you. We just thought it would be nice to adopt a baby that's already been born. What do you say to that?

On the Liberty boat, Luka and Juleka are washing the dishes before getting ready for bed, he turns the sink off and drains the sink water.

Luka: Okay. *Anarka walked to the living room, Juleka dried her hands when Luka's phone rang. He picked it up and it's his dad. He answered it. * Hey, Dad.

Jagged Stone: Hey, son. Am I interrupting something?

Luka: No, you're not.

Jagged Stone: Okay. Bob Roth asked if I knew a certain he wanted to sign. And I said Kitty Section. He wants to know if you would be interested.

Luka: Gimme a second. *He covered his hand over the phone speaker. * Juleka?

Juleka: Yeah?

Luka: Dad said Bob Roth said he's gonna sign us. Are you interested?

Juleka: Yeah.

Luka: We are.

Jagged Stone: Perfect. Swing by his office after school tomorrow and he'll talk to you guys.

Tom: Adoption is the action or fact of legally taking another's child and bringing it up as one's own or the fact of being adopted. Since your mom and I thought about having another child, we figured why not adopt one? And you'll be a big brother.

Timmy: You mean when we adopt, I'll get to be a big brother?

Tom: That's right. Some kids become brothers and sisters by birth and some by adoption.

Tom: That's right. We're gonna adopt from China, so it'll probably be a sister.

In Marinette's room, Marinette was done brushing her teeth, she saw the Kwamis huddled together in the air.

Sass: We saw you looking... frantic from earlier.
