Outside of the City Hall building, Rogercop tried to go inside, but Uncanny trapped him inside an energy sphere.

Rogercop: Hey! Get me out of here! It's time I make some changes to the city.

Uncanny: Your way of changing won't make any sense. You're a cop, you need to lead by example.

Rogercop: Never!!! *He blasted the energy sphere, trying to get out as Uncanny strained to keep the energy sphere in place in order not trying to escape. *

Eagle: Think he'll stay in there for long?

Cat Noir: I'm sure nothing will free him. *But then, Rogercop scowled and started beating on the energy sphere until he was able to free himself, Uncanny exclaimed as she fell back and hit the stairsteps. * Of course, I could be wrong. *Eagle rolled her eyes, then Rogercop pointed his fists out and was about to fire out some handcuffs. *

Rogercop: Say goodbye, kitty cat, and bird. *Then when he was about to fire, a lasso bone appeared and wrapped around his wrists, he tried to pull away, but he couldn't. *

Eagle: What is going on? *They looked to the left and saw Miss Hound gripping her bone lasso and Ladybug hovering in midair with her wings. *

Rogercop: Let go of me at once! You're obstructing an officer, I outta arrest you for that! *Miss Hound pulled the lasso towards her, but Rogercop loosened the grip freed one hand, and started firing off at Miss Hound, Ladybug gasped and scowled. *

Ladybug: Good luck punch! *She punches out a pink energy beam fist and strikes Rogercop until he falls back. * Phew. *Miss Hound retrieved her lasso and put it on her left side, and they both leaped down and faced the others. *

Cat Noir: Good thing you made it, or we would've been doing some hard time in prison. *He then looked at Miss Hound. * Oh, hello. I don't believe we met. *He takes a bow in front of Miss Hound. * I am the charming, handsome, and irresistible Cat Noir. And you are?

Miss Hound: Miss Hound.

Cat Noir: (Holding her left hand) Pleasure to meet you, Miss Hound. *He then kissed her hand, Miss Hound looked stunned at him. *

Ladybug: Okay, enough already. We have things to do and some lives to save here.

Cat Noir: S-sorry, Milady. *Then, out of nowhere, Rogercop grabbed Cat Noir from behind. * Hey, let me go! I'm not the one in trouble.

Rogercop: You heroes can't withstand me. I'll arrest you along with taking your miraculous in the process.

Ladybug: Keep dreaming, copper.

Rogercop: You dare defy my order? You're due for some hard time right now. *He points his arms out and starts firing off more red and blue handcuffs at them, but they evade the handcuff blast. *

Cat Noir: What do we do, milady? I don't wanna go to Jail, I'm still young!

Ladybug: Spread out and surround him. We still have to find where the Megakuma's hiding.

Uncanny: I know where it is. It's the Police badge.

Miss Hound: (Police badge? Dad said he would get a promotion to Deputy of Chief.) *Ladybug used her vision and spotted the fountain, streetlamp post and a bench, the Eiffel Tower, Miss Hound, her ball, Cat Noir, Eagle, Uncanny, the book, and Rogercop. *

Ladybug: Okay, we'll listen, but well enough I'm afraid. *Soon, a pair of red and blue handcuffs were shot out, they evaded the handcuff fire which made Rogercop angry. Eagle and Uncanny flew up in the air, Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Miss Hound ran and leaped up to the roof of City Hall. *

Eagle: Talon swipe!

Uncanny: Rocket missiles! *Eagle made talon marks with her feet as Uncanny shot out rocket missiles at Rogercop, but Rogercop flew up and blasted the talon marks and evaded the missiles from exploding towards him. Ladybug twirled her yo-yo, Miss Hound got her ball and twirled it with one finger, and Cat Noir extended his stick. Rogercop whistled for his car, and it came. *

Eagle: He has a car now? *Rogercop gets in the car, and he scowls. *

Rogercop: I'm gonna get you all and show everyone what should a real city be like, without any heroes interfering with the law. *He starts flying in his car. *

Miss Hound: He's getting away! How do we catch him now?

Ladybug: Cat Noir and I will try to bring him down here. Get your power ready on my signal.

Miss Hound: Okay.

Ladybug: Let's go, Kitty. *Ladybug picked up Cat Noir. * Hold on tight.

Cat Noir: Way ahead of you. *He nuzzled close to her. *

Ladybug: Hey! What did I just say?

Cat Noir: Right. You have a boyfriend. Sorry. *Ladybug started flying up in the air and after Rogercop's car. In the air, Rogercop is driving his car, when the roof thuds. He sees Cat Noir and Ladybug, getting in his car, he then sets his car to aerial mode. *

Ladybug: I bet you missed me. *But suddenly, the car started spinning and they both gasped. * Ugh, forgot about that. *Rogercop felt a thud again, he looked through the side view mirror, he scowled at Ladybug and Cat Noir still in the car, he then hit the brakes, and activated the Auto Pilot. *

Computer: Auto Pilot engaged. *He stepped out of the driver seat and walked onto the roof of his car, Ladybug and Cat Noir scowled at Rogercop. *

Rogercop: Get off of my vehicle or I'll arrest you for attempted Grand Theft Auto.

Cat Noir: You'll have to catch us first. *They start fighting off Rogercop, but he dodges their attacks. Rogercop pounds the car, making it spin. Ladybug and Cat Noir try not to fall. *

Cat Noir: Where'd you get those shoes? I could use a pair like that! *Rogercop knocks Ladybug, and she falls. *

Ladybug: Grab on to me! *But the yo-yo misses him. *

Cat Noir: No! Ladybug! (To Rogercop) What have you done?! *Then, the Megakuma symbol appeared on Rogercop's eyes again. *

Hawk Moth: Snatch his Miraculous! His ring! *The Megakuma disappeared from his eyes, Rogercop tries to take off Cat Noir's ring, but Cat Noir throws his staff inside the exhaust pipe using his legs. This causes a small explosion that fires away the staff and makes Rogercop lose his grip on Cat Noir, who then falls. *

Cat Noir: (tries to grab his staff) Ugh! Unn, uh... nice day for a swim! *He grabs his staff. He is about to fall, and he whimpers then he sighs but Ladybug grabs him with her yo-yo. * Well, hey. I'm head over heels to see you, my lady. *He tries to kiss her, but Ladybug makes him fall and he hurts himself. * Ow.

Ladybug: You're welcome. You owe me one. *She holds out her hand to help Cat Noir up. *

Cat Noir: Sure thing. But I'll take the credit for that. *Then, they saw Rogercop's car land on the ground and start following them. Ladybug twirled her yo-yo up, which made a Ladybug symbol appear, Uncanny and Eagle looked up and spotted the symbol. *

Eagle: It's Ladybug. *She, Uncanny, and Miss Hound started charging. Miss Hound scowled and she growled. *

Miss Hound: Super Bark! *She barked loudly once and sent out a loud soundwave towards Rogercop, Rogercop gasped and tried to avoid the griddle and rocks on the road, but he stopped his car, flew out, and looked around. *

Rogercop: Where are they? *Behind a wall, they were hiding from Rogercop. *

Eagle: He doesn't know where we are.

Uncanny: How can we stop him without getting handcuffed? *Ladybug holds the book, and she uses her vision and spots Cat Noir, Eagle, Uncanny, Miss Hound, the law book, and Rogercop. *

Ladybug: I have an idea of how to catch him. So, now we know where the Megakuma is hiding, we need to think of a way to get it from him without getting handcuffed and in his laser cage.

Cat Noir: Where is the Megakuma hiding?

Ladybug: In the Police Badge.

Cat Noir: Okay.

Ladybug: We'll use this to break a few laws until we get a chance to get the badge from him. We're counting on you, Miss Hound to get the badge with your ball.

Miss Hound: Okay.

Ladybug: Ready? *They nodded yes, and they poked their heads up from the wall and saw Rogercop looking for them. * Rogercop. *Rogercop turned his head and spotted them, he pointed his fists out, getting ready to fire out the handcuffs. * Wait, you win. We forfeit.

Rogercop: Huh, okay. *He lowered his fists at the moment. * So, ready to be law-abiding citizens?

Ladybug: Yes, but there's one thing we want to say to you before you handcuff and prison us.

Rogercop: What is that?

Ladybug: This. Now! *Miss Hound threw the ball out and touched the badge. *

Rogercop: Hey! No throwing balls at a uniformed Officer! *Miss Hound giggled. *

Miss Houn: Sorry, I just wanted to play catch, that's all.

Rogercop: Well... *He points his fist out and is about to fire handcuffs at Miss Hound and the others. * You're under arrest for throwing a blunt object at an officer! *He starts firing out handcuff blasts, they evade and dodge the handcuff blast from Rogercop. Ladybug twirled her yo-yo and deflected the blast; she opened the book and saw a page that said "#1 No Littering." *

Ladybug: Cat Noir! Tip that trash can over. *Cat Noir looked at a trash can full of garbage and he tipped it over, which made the trash hit the ground. *

Cat Noir: Oops. Clumsy me. *Rogercop turned his head and saw Cat Noir next to the tipped trash can. *

Rogercop: Cat Noir, you're under arrest for littering. Hands where I can see them.

Cat Noir: (Raising his arms) Bummer. You caught me. *Ladybug showed Eagle a rule she can break, she nodded at law #2: No Jaywalking. *

Eagle: Hey, Rogercop. I'm jaywalking and there's nothing you can do about it. *She jay walks across the street. *

Rogercop: Hey, you feather fiend. No jaywalking in my streets! You're under arrest too. *He starts blasting her, but she flies up and avoids Rogercop's handcuff blast. *

Ladybug: Uncanny, try to distract him and Miss Hound, get the badge when he's not looking. *They both nodded and Uncanny flew up and fired off light purple fireballs at Rogercop, he scowled at Uncanny. *

Rogercop: Dealing with arson? You're under arrest for dealing with arson.

Miss Hound: (No, your days of ruling the law are over. Sorry, Dad.) Fetch! *The badge disappeared from Rogercop and Miss Hound holds it. *

Rogercop: No! My badge!

Ladybug: Nice job. *Miss Hound hands her the badge. * You may do the honors.

Cat Noir: Cataclysm! *He touched the badge until it was all rusty and started falling apart which led to falling to the ground and the Megakuma flew out. *

Ladybug: (swiping open her yo-yo) No more evil-doing for you, Megakuma. *She starts twirling her yo-yo around. * Time to de-evilize! *She threw it out, caught the Megakuma, and closed her yo-yo. * Gotcha! *She opened her yo-yo and freed the Butterfly. * Bye-bye, little Butterfly. *She picked up the law book. * Miraculous Ladybug! *She threw the book up in the air, which made the people who were imprisoned by Rogercop free, the road destruction was repaired, Rogercop's car turned back into a regular Police car, and Rogercocp changed back to Roger. *

Roger: What happened?

Ladybug: (Helping Roger up from the ground) You were akumatized, sir. Something about trying to be a better cop.

Roger: Oh. Well, I was supposed to be promoted to Deputy of Chief, that was the spot I wanted to get, but instead... I got promoted to Police Commander, which I'm always at. Just wanna show them I'm the better cop, but I guess my anger took the better of me. *Miss Hound looked sad after hearing that. Ladybug swiped open her yo-yo and pulled out a magical charm for Roger. *

Ladybug: (Handing Roger a magical charm and closing his hands) Roger, this magical charm is a reminder to never stop doing what you do the most. Your position of being Deputy of Chief will come to you. Just remind yourself to do what you do best and that possibility will happen. *Roger looked at the magical charm and Ladybug and the others. *

Roger: Thank you, Ladybug. I'll remember that. *He got into his car and drove back to the Police Station. *

Cat Noir: You can't find good cops like him these days.
