"I heard our mid term exams are coming soon.

"Ya I know I can't believe time went so fast we only started a month ago."

Leona sighed hearing the gossips about the exams since it was most people can think of as it was getting closer.

"Hhhh I can't believe I have to sit beside Kim during the exam."

"Why are you complaining at lest you don't have to sit beside Demetrius." She said glaring at her friend still a bit bitter after being placed beside Demetrius of all people.

"Ya but at least his not talking to you Kim talks every minute he can."

"O well not my problem."

"Ya your problem is Demetrius." Leona said dreamily.

"Don't tell me you have a crush on him." Mei looked to her side to see her staring into the distance.

She didn't respond.

She heard someone walking up the stairs and when she looked she saw that it was just him she turned her head saying a small "good morning." As he sat down.

The bell rang after a few more painful quiet minutes. Leona staring at no where trying to keep her eyes of Demetrius, not doing anything but stare into his fists since he felt Leona's gaze, and Mei not noticing the awkwardness at all.

"Good morning class today instead of studying let us rest our eyes for a bit and check the artworks of the year ones." The teacher who seemed more happier than usual said.

After they all lined up at the door. They started walking to Cecil hall where the artworks were being held, it was quite a long walk and she felt as though her head was burning like a frying pan since she forgot to bring her hat that day, so when they finally arrived to Cecil hall the line was no longer a line since everyone was scattered around the place, mostly in front of an air-con.

Wasting no time she started looking around at all the paper machetes'. The ones that really caught her eye though were the ones that had nothing on her name tag and the human one even it specifically said animal but she guessed that the person who had made it probably told the homeroom teacher that people were animals too, which good for her....

She strolled around till she finally reached the end, till she realized that she never saw the first runner ups origami. she looked around even across the hall till she spotted it.

she didn't know if she was seeing things or not though cause it looked like something that looked like it was strait from the trash and placed back  if it was up to her it would not even be displayed right now.

'I wonder what the judge thought about it.'

But once she saw the name she really thought she was dreaming or at least seeing things.

'Theirs o way that thing is Damians.' she thought sweatdropping at the so called 'origami' in front of her.

she looked beside her to se Demitrius with the same look of disbelief in his face.

'Theirs no way that's Damians he thought looking at the crumpled piece of paper with tape and glue all over it. Apparently it was was apparent that he was thinking about it as well because the next thing that he knew someone was asking the same thing he was thinking.

"That's your brothers right." Mei asked trying to confirm whether or nor she was seeing the same thing as him.

"Ya apparently." still not looking at her but at the so called 'origami'. "You know I told myself  for my new years resolution 2 years ago I won't lie to my brother that much but i think this is a fair time to break it for once." He Demetrius said whispering so that no one will be able to hear them. 

"Well at least your telling the truth." she whispered back.

"hey what are you whispering about." Leona said suddenly coming-out of no where looking at the both of them.

"Nothing." they both said at the same time.

But Leona was not listening and instead was looking at the so called origami. 

Soon tears started forming and started sliding through her face.

"Eh what happened to you!!" Demitrius said yelling taking a few steps back incase he got in trouble.

"Its just so beautiful." Leona answered back tears still cascading trough her cheeks.

'Beautiful.' they thought looking at her strangely. 

"You see the griffin is still standing despite its wings being ripped apart and that reminded me of our countries future recovery from war. Above all, I could not help but cry at the sight of the pitiful sight of the small griffin placed on the side." she said wiping her tears with the hanker ship that the school requires to bring at all times.

'What the fuck.' 'how is she friends with her.' They thought at the same time.
