In my heart is an endless void
Next to me is a space waiting to be filled

On rainy days I fumble upon weighted blankets

Long hot baths so fire can seep under my skin and into my bones
This to add a pinkish glow in pallid skin
To have a flush on the cheeks to imitate a healthy glow
A temporary cure for the hollowness I feel within
