PeRcY's POV

Percy was agitated, but tried to keep calm. His hands were cuffed and had a blindfold over his eyes. Through the bottom of the blindfold he could just barely see the strange way the cuffs looked, almost as if they were made of lasers, or light. Percy really did try to summon any kind of water, but there was something in the way...

He reached his hands out, feeling some sort of wall... But not any normal walls he'd felt.

Somewhere around him a girl said something in a language he didn't know.

If I wait long enough, she'll think i'm asleep, and let her guard down. He though, and so he waited.

For quite a while in fact.

Once he was SURE it had been at least an hour and a half, he slowly reached his hands out to feel the wall, which somehow - thinned.

He barely breathed, stepping over the cuffed hands so they were behind his back. He reached to his pockets and got his pen out, and stepped over his hands again, uncapping the pen. Then slowly cutting his blind fold. it fell, not making a sound. There where to girls there, both looking at books and writing things down. One had dark hair and skin, the other was blond and small.

HA! He thought. How dare they underestimate me.

Then he slashed out, cutting the barrier, making it dissolve into nothing.

Both girls gasped, watching him run out of the room and into the hallway

Percy ran up the elegant stairs, having a strong feeling Annabeth was somewhere nea, and when he reached the top, he ran through the people crowded near the door.

"ANNABETH!" He screamed.
