I don't know how but the last part with the image gave me a new story idea.

Summary:
Voltra was once a normal Pikachu until she was captured and used in a lab experiment that gone wrong. Now she has these strange Psychic powers. With her new power she enhances, she is destined to save the world from her evil twin sister Ultra.

Basically there were a group of Pikachu who were captured and used in the lab experiment all of them has gone wrong except for Voltra who gets these Psychic Powers. Ultra gets Psychic powers but she gets a sideffect, she also gets dark powers too.
