You and Marcus have been working together on case for almost three weeks and he drops a bomb on you. (Not an actual bomb lol. Just a surprise you didn't expect)

You yawn as you try to focus on the computer screen in front of you. You glance over at your cell, checking the time.

Almost ten thirty at night. Crap. These last three weeks have been exhausting and crazy and hard. You'd kill for a full day to just sleep.

Once this case is wrapped up, you're planning on staying in bed for at least a good three days. You try not to think about that too much right now, though.

Special Agent Marcus Pike enters the office and you smile. He's very handsome. And sweet and kind is total gentleman. He walks over to where you're seated in front of the computer.

"Find anything?" Marcus asks. You shake your head.

"No. Unfortunately." You lean back in your seat and tiredly rub your eyes. You suddenly feel Marcus' hand on your arm and you look over.

You smile. Marcus smiles, too, and to your surprise, reaching out to gently caress your cheek. Your eyes widen at his bold move.

There'd been some innocent flirting between you two ever since Marcus joined the team on this case, but you didn't think much of it.

"Uh, Marcus? What are you doing?" Your eyes search his beautiful brown ones and you find that you can't look away.

"Stroking your cheek," Marcus replies, his deep voice, low. Your body tingles a little.

You reach out and you gently brush your fingers over Marcus' mustache. Ever since you'd noticed his cute, little mustache, you'd wondered what it'd be like to touch it.

It was so soft and feathery feeling that you just wanted to keep touching it. Marcus grins and each of you pull your hands away.

Marcus clears his throat and you know he's about to launch into some speech. He's done this several times since you've been working together.

"I just wanted to say, Y/N, that I really like you and I was hoping that maybe we could spend some time together, off the case? Like dinner or a movie?"

You hardly know what to think. Marcus likes you?! Talk about a bomb drop! You smile again. You think that would be okay.

"Sure, Marcus. That sounds nice." Marcus grins and leans closer to you. You suddenly realize that he wants to...kiss.. you.

You lean towards him, too, and Marcus' lips gently kiss yours. You feel your face heat up.

You notice that Marcus' face looks a little red, too.

"So, you'll be...mine?" Marcus asks. You smile.

"Yeah. But let's get back to this case, huh? Then that way, well have more time to spend together out of the office."

Marcus laughs and gives you another quick kiss.

"I like the idea of that!"
