Marshall: I woke up early before the rest of the pups. I looked over at the where the sun was and it was just peaking over the horizon. I saw something reflective through the dense trees. It looked like I would have enough time, but I was not certain. After maybe a minute, I decided that if I ran I would have enough time. I ran through the forest dodging trees and jumping, but mostly tripping, over rocks. When I got there I realized that it was the beginning of the natural spring that we were camping at before. I could barley see our camp because of how far down the spring it was. I went to go closer to see if we left anything, but I saw a lot of things moving around. I didn't even have to take a closer look to know who it was. I ran back to where the other pups were sleeping. Lavender, Rocky, and Everest were up while Chase and Skye were still asleep. I walked up to Lavender.

Lavender: "Marshall, were have you been! I have been worried about you."

Marshall: I blushed at the fact that she said she cared about me. "Well I am here know, so there is nothing to worry about." 

Everest: "Marshall, where did you even go?"

Marshall: "I went to a object that was reflecting light in the forest. It turned out to be the natural spring that was by our old camp. I could see that the pups that Ryder replaced us with were looking around the camp for us."

Everest: "That means that if Duke was not already caught, he is now."

Rocky: "Just to be honest, I did not really like Duke. It is not because he almost killed me. It is just the way he acts like he wants to always be in charge."

Everest: "That was one of the reasons why I broke up with him."

Lavender: "Guys the sun is fully up. I am going to wake the two love birds now. Marshall, you should come help me."

Marshall: I practically sprinted to her. "O.K." I said with the most enthusiastic voice ever.

Everest: "They are totally going to hook up."

Rocky: "Ya think?" I said with a sarcastic tone.

Chase: "Good morning pups."

Rocky: "It is about time, Chase. You normally never sleep in that late. You normally have to wake us up."

Chase: "Sorry, that has been the best I have ever slept in my entire life."

Lavender: I had already started walking ahead with Marshall. "Hey Marshall, I want to talk to you"

Marshall: "Go ahead Lavender. You can tell me anything."

Lavender: "Marshall, I don't know how you feel, but I have certain feelings for you that I hope that you have for me. I'm sorry if I am coming off as desperate and to tell the truth, I sort of am. If I am not getting the message through to you for some reason I was wondering if you would want to be girlfriend and boyfriend."

(LCD's comment: Yup. Marshall's found a new love.)

Marshall: I was so surprised at the question she gave to me. I had always liked her, but I did not know she liked me back. "Lavender even when you were tending for me when I was sick. Even through all the meds you gave me, I could still tell that you were the one for me. If my message is not getting through to you for some reason, the answer is yes I would love to be your boyfriend."

Lavender: Instead of screaming like a girl at a concert for whatever boy band is popular right now, I just stared at him and gave him a hug.

Marshall: "After she released her arms from around me, I grabbed her paw and said "Lets keep going." We continued to walk with our paws together, without a care in the world.

Chase: "It has been sometime now since Marshall has asked Lavender out and since then, we have been continuing on our journey. "Hey guys it looks like we are about to get to Foggy Bottom. Maybe about ten more minutes."

Skye: "Sounds good, sweetie."

Rocky: "When we get to the outskirts of the town, we should split in to our different groups."

Chase: "Good plan, Rocky."

Rocky "Thanks, now lets get going we should get to the outskirts in about five minutes." 

Summit: We finally got to the outskirts of the town and split into our groups. I went with Lavender and Marshall. We went toward the town hall where the mayor would probably be while Chase and his group went to the opposite side of town to go find some materials to make a shelter out of. 

Chase: As Skye, Rocky, Everest, and I went to look for something to build a shelter out of, we realized that this town is a wreck compared to our town. There was trash all along the street. The fountain in the center of town was covered in bird poo and was not working. "It is no wonder why the Mayor of this town is always so grumpy. " 

Skye: "Ya, this place is a dump. How can anyone even live here?"

Everest: "Guys I think we should stop complaining about this town and start to find materials because by the way this town looks. I don't think the street lamps are going to be working."

Rocky: "First lets find a spot to place our shelter. I suggest a corner in a alleyway so we can reinforce the structure better." We can make the foundation out of cardboard and put trash bags over it so the rain can't destroy our house."

Chase: "How do you know all this Rocky?'

Rocky: "Well I am the recycle pup and I know how to use recycled objects."

Chase: "I think that we all underestimated you Rocky. Is this why you ran away?"

Rocky: "Its part of it, but we have to start building now if we want to sleep in a place tonight."

Everest: "Then lets get to it."
