The world seems so beautiful around me,
With all the beauty I desire to see...
Mesmerising me every time, making me fall in love one more time...
I finally feel home,
For all I truly desire I truly have received...

If only it were true...
Deep within the small cracks of this beauty lies the dark dark sky...
The fate of which always comes through...
Seeping through the beauty so unnoticed,
That when it touches you,
you don't even try to resist...

I wonder how the twist happens,
Every single time I come closer to happiness....
Every time I think I'm near but all I am is covered in darkness...
Just as always it reaches me again,
Holding me in it's cold embrace...

I want to move away so bad,
To run away for my dear life...
But the coldness still feels so dear, then the truth which makes me shiver..
I hope to come out of it soon,
But the darkness seems to be so soothing...

Waiting again with hopeful eyes,
I look at the beauty up high..
Wanting it close so badly,
I keep struggling with all my might...

I try to push and pull away,
With all my might and all my strength...
But I seem to be sinking even lower,
Helpless and tired I shiver...

I stop to fight and look up high,
Pleading for a helpful hand to come and save my life...

Just when it felt like no one was coming I saw a smile...
Pulling me closer and taking me away,
I fly..
With the smile still in my head I open my eyes...
I see the beauty around me again,
All that I truly wanted,
All that I truly desired surrounded me again..
