(Magical Halfa: D/n x Lilith)

It would seem things got a little better for Y/n and Luz, why? Simple Y/n and Luz learned that D/n was the first home to the Boiling Isles, and has a way to come here of his own free will. Which he did after getting an odd letter from 'Y/n', it confused him. Because the writing in the letter did match his Y/n's at all. When the camp was supposed to be over with neither Y/n nor Luz returned. The Camp told them they never got on the bus, let's just say that camp got sued for losing some children that summer. D/n thought of one place where both of them could go off too, the Boiling Isles. 

So he asked Camila to stay in the human realm because it was too dangerous to let her come with him. That didn't stop her, so after getting ready for their trip they both left Earth and appeared in the Boiling Isles. Then D/n and Camila went off to find Eda which wasn't very hard, what they didn't know he would find is his son and Luz living with Eda.

D/n: "Let me get this straight instead of going to the camp we signed you up for. You followed Owlbert to an abandoned house and ended up in the Boiling Isles, where you not only didn't return after helping Eda. You two thought it would be great to keep it hidden from us!"

Y/n and Luz were on the couch inside the Owl House, getting scolded by both of their parents. Camila and Luz had an argument in Spanish which Y/n couldn't translate for how fast they were speaking. Then it was D/n turn to scold his child, it took a good couple of minutes of talking back and forth, but after a few minutes things calmed down.

Camila: "Luz you had me worried about the roof when you didn't return, and you lied to me about being at camp."

Luz: "I know Mama, but I couldn't go back where you wanted me to go is a place where I can't be me. I love magic, I love fantasy, I love being in the Boiling Isles and the chance of returning to a place where it would be taken was scary."

Camila: "Mija."

She looked down at her daughter and gave her a hug, Luz hugged backed with some tears in her eyes.

Camila: "I did that cause I thought it would make your life better. You didn't have many other friends other than Y/n, and seemed to only live in a world that didn't exist until...now."

Hooty: "You get used to it."

Camilla: "¡Por el amor de Dios, deja de hacer eso!"

She yelled as Hooty stretched his face over to her, he has been doing that since she passed out he could talk. Y/n signed before bringing out a roll of ducktape and taped Hooty's mouth shut he then walked over to his dad.

Y/n: "I agree with Luz, Dad back at Earth I'm not like everyone and I don't even like half the people there. This is where I belong, in one day I found out more about myself here than anywhere else. I even found Mom for crying out loud!"

D/n: "Lilith? Where and when did you meet your mother!?"

Y/n: "After some events I rather not explain, but right now she is moving into the Owl House. She went against Emperor Belos and helped us free Eda. She even lifted the curse of Eda' but at a price where neither of them can do magic."

D/n looked at Y/n before looking over to his sister-in-law, who was sitting in the armchair with a cup of coffee. This was like Tv, but in your, living room and she was loving every second of it.

D/n: "Don't think I forgot about you, Eda."

Eda: "What are you looking at me for?"

D/n: "You know what I am looking at you for! Eda could've I don't know to find me in the human realm to tell me they were here!"

Eda looks at D/n before simply taking a sip from her drink, she stands up before walking over to him.

Eda: "Look I will take the blame for that, but you were the one who bought the fake letters for some time. But D/n you should've known you couldn't hide this any longer from Y/n, he's too smart for his own good sometimes."

D/n looks at Eda for a couple of seconds before looking over to Y/n who is now sitting next to Luz. They are both looking guilty mostly Luz, but Y/n is holding her hand making her feel a little better about lying to her mom.

D/n: "You are right about that, but we better be going."

Y/n: "Wait what!? Don't you want to see mom?"

D/n: "Yes, I do but I got to get Camila, Luz, and Us back to the human realm."

Camila: "We can stay."

Everyone and I do mean everyone in the rooms looks over to Camilla with a confused look on their faces. She was looking at them with a serious look on her face Camilla walked over to D/n.

Camila: "D/n you been my friend ever since Luz wanted me to let her stay the night with Y/n as kids. I will stay in this ....world for you to see your wife again, it's what friends are for."

D/n looked at Camila for a second and then smiled, he looked over to Y/n and Luz the two of them were talking about something and it was either good or bad.

D/n: "Alright you too what's the plan?"

Y/n: "Huh, thought it would take longer to convince him."

Luz: "Yeah same. Well, we were thinking something romantic! Eda you still have that guitar you found?"

Eda simply summons the guitar, and by the sight of it, D/n's eyes widen at the thing. He knows what they plan on using that for, and he is worried.

D/n: "A guitar?"

Luz: "Yeah! Mr.L/n you are awesome on guitar at the parent-kid talent show! So this will be easy for you."

D/n: "Luz I haven't touched a guitar in seven years."

Y/n: "Well you got to nightfall to remember how, while I distract mom. You, Luz, Eda, and Camila will get the place ready."

Eda, Camila, D/n: "Wait what?"

Before Y/n could explain the door was slowly opening and in a rush, Y/n ran out the front door tackling his mom in a hug before shutting the door with his foot.

Lilith: "Y/n! What's with the hug?"

Y/n: "Well after not seeing you in so many years I wanted to make up for a time. So I thought we could spend the day together."

Lilith: "Y/n you know I can't stay out for long and if we are spotted."

Y/n: "Don't worry I have been living with Eda for the past couple of months, sneaking around is nothing new. Now let's be on our way!"

That alone was the queue for Luz to get things in action, she grabs some paper, wooden poles, and tools. She then looks at the group in front of her with a determined smile on her face.

Luz: "Alright team, we got to nightfall for plan "Second Meeting" to be perfect! Mr. L/n you need to start practicing and chose a song that is special between you and Lilith. Eda I need you to get the best and shinest things for the party! And Mom I need help putting these poles in the ground, and hanging these banners."

The adults in the room look confused at Luz before she gives them a look saying "Move it!" with that they start to work. Eda was pulling out every shiny and fancy plate she would give which was not much, she needs help with that shiny addiction. 

King: "Just use them all it's not like someone is going to steal them."

Eda: "You're stealing something right!"

King is wearing multiple rings, a necklace, and even a new collar. He looks at her for a few seconds before putting everything he is wearing back on the ground.

King: "That's not the point! Let's just use these!"

He picked up a random plate and fork, Eda looked at them for a second before nodding. They grab all the matching plates, as many as there were. Meanwhile, D/n was sitting outside on a stool with the guitar in his lap.

D/n: "Alright let's see if I remember this...."

He tunes up the guitar, checks the strings, then pulls out a piece of wood he filled down to make a pick. With a couple of deep breathes, he strums a single tune and it sounds terrible. He messes with the tuning pegs and gives it another go only for two of the strings to break.

D/n: "This is not going to be easy, kind of knew that from the beginning. Kids what are you getting me into."

He puts the guitar down and pulls out his wallet, inside were multiple pictures of him and Y/n when he was younger. He then pulls out a hidden picture of a younger him and Lilith, who was wearing a ragged t-shirt, cargo pants, sneakers, and a cape. While Lilith was in her Hexisde uniform they were on their first date, D/n was hanging upside down while Lilith had her head against his.

D/n: "Even after we got married she never stop bring that day up, either because it was a great date or because I got stuck in a tree."

He kept looking at the photo and when he went to put it back in, he felt something on the back of the photo. He turned it over to see it was his old lucky guitar pick taped to the back of it this shocked him. Carefully removing it from the photo D/n got a good look at the old thing, with a smile on his face.

D/n: "I thought I lost this thing or that Y/n ate it as a baby. It looks amazing just like the day my dad gave it to me."

He held the pick up to the sky to see the old thing in all its glory, D/n smiled at the guitar pick. It may be damaged but it always brought good memories from when he was younger.

(Magical Halfa: This is D/n's lucky guitar pick, yeah it may cliche but it's a monument to someone.)

D/n: "Praise the sun the old man said, now let's try this again."

He got the guitar back on his lap and after fixing the two broken strings, D/n starts to practice slowly getting better. And the back of the lucky guitar pick was a phrase his old man used to say a lot.

(Magical Halfa: Sorry I just had to do it.)

D/n: "Alright let's try this one more time......The sun goes down, the stars come out, And all that counts is here and now, My universe will never be the same, I'm glad you came."

Then finally with Luz and Camila the mother-daughter team was fixing the whole place to look nice. Luz was measuring where to put the poles, while Camila started getting the banners ready to be hung.

Camila: "Luz where and when did you and Y/n have the time to plan this."

Luz: "Well we were watching this romance show, and lovers who have been separated for so long were thrown a party for renting. Y/n then said "This is dumb I bet we could do better" which I, of course, agreed to. So we had this in the book of plans for a year or two now."

Camila: "You and Y/n always thinking of something, still surprised you two aren't a thing."

At that comment Luz goes silent, Camila looks over to her daughter to see her embarrassed. She smiles before walking over to her daughter and giving her a nice tight hug.

Camila: "¡Cariño, finalmente le confesó! ¡Qué increíble fue esto hace mucho tiempo!"

(Translation: "Sweetie you finally confessed to him! How amazing this was a long time coming!")

Luz: "Mama please stop!"

She was pleading with her mother, though she doesn't want to bring up Amity yet. Telling your mother you are dating two people at the same time is not a topic you want to bring up in most conversations most definitely about love.

Luz: "Yeah, well talk about it later the sun is almost down."

Camila puts down her daughter and starts to work again. Lilith was being dragged around by her son trying to buy time for the others back home. That's when an idea pops in his head, a not-so-good one but an idea.

Y/n: Uh mom you know how I'm with Luz?"

Lilith: "Yes it is quite obvious how you two are at home. Or how you keep me awake when you two are talking about your 'theories' or 'shows'."

Y/n: "Well what would you say both of us are dating another person."

Lilith: "What did you just say?"

Y/n had a bead of sweat going down his forehead, he knew this was a risky move but he has to keep going with it.

Y/n: "Let me explain! You see when me and Luz started first appeared we bumped into Amity."

Lilith: "My student!"

Y/n: "Yes, Amity Blight after our first meeting we started to bump into her more and more. Then one day she told us her true feelings and after me and Luz talked it out we agreed to date her."

Lilith: "We are going to talk more about this when we return home."

Y/n: "Saw that coming, but look we're at Blight Manor! I need to get Amity soo, be back before you know it!"

He yelled at his mother, while he slides under the gate where Amity put a hole under. Sneaking around the area trying not to get spotted by her family, he goes to where her bedroom is and picks up a rock.

Y/n: "Now do I want to do the movie cliche or a magic way? Why not both."

He aimed the rock at her window before tossing it, AMity who was in her room heard the rock hit the window. She rolled her eyes knowing it was either Luz or Y/n, when she got to the window and opened it she spoke.

Amity: "You know you don't have to keep throwing rocks at my window you two!"

She yelled only to see no one, this confused her she closed the window and when she turned around. She saw Y/n on her bed reading a book, she got flustered in the face.

Amity: "Y/n! How did you?"

Y/n: "Magic my sweet gem, but I came over to ask you something."

Amity: "And that is?"

Y/n: "Well my father came to the Boiling Isles and wants to take me and Luz home."

And like that Amity's world is shattered, Y/n could just feel the heartbreak and before she could start crying. Y/n hugs her and starts to explain further.

Y/n: "No need to cry! Me and Luz have a plan, we are going to reunite my parents! We hope after some romance they will want to stay though convincing Ms. Noceda will be hard. Also, you will be meeting our parents today."

Amity: "W-what! You could've started with that I was worried you would leave me."

Y/n: "If they try I will grab Luz and run right back here. So how about you join us in this lover reunion?"

Amity: "Of course, now let's go before Emira or Edric come by to bother me." 

And like that, they are climbing out Amity's bedroom window and back a break for it. Going under the gate, and meeting Lilith on the other side. Amity was surprised that her teacher and her boyfriend's mother were waiting there.

Amity: "Mrs. Clawthorne!"

Lilith: "Amity how great it is to see you again, though I wish it was under better circumstances."

Amity: "You and me both, so Y/n told you about me and him and Luz?"

Amity asked her teacher nervously, Lilith looks down at Amity and gives her a gentle smile. This does calm her down.

Lilith: "Yes he has, I wished he had a better way of telling me but I am glad he is with someone like you. And if he is happy then I am happy."

Meanwhile, Y/n got a text from Luz saying everything was ready, so with this, it was time to rush over to the Owl House.

Y/n: "Alright we should be getting back home, Mom, Amity will be joining us for dinner."

Lilith: "The more for us to talk."

Amity smiled at her before all of them started walking back to the Owl House, Amity was on Y/n's right and trying to grab his hand. Every time she went to grab it his hand moved while he swayed his arms, and from the corner of his eye,  he saw this. He thought it was cute, so to surprise her, Y/n grabbed her hand and intertwined their fingers. Lilith was watching this and a loving smile on her face.

Lilith: 'Just like with me and D/n, but not having to pull him out of a hole or getting him out a tree.' 

She starts to remember the days where it was her and him walking and running around the Boiling Isles. Days where they could be together and didn't have to worry about much until D/n got in trouble with Eda or stuck somewhere. While walking to the Owl House the Sun had fallen and the moon started to rise, and when Lilith looked over to Y/n and Amity they were gone.

Lilith: Y/n! Amity?! Where have you two run off too!"

She yelled out only to hear silence, she started to run towards the Owl House. It looked dead on the inside, when she went to open the door Hooty went let it open.

Lilith: "Hooty let me in."

Hooty: "Nope, Hoot!"

After that he went silent, frustrated Lilith tried to open the door with force. After giving it force a couple of tires she went to use magic only for a magic orb to float by her. She turned her head to see more and more magic orbs come behind the Owl House. Confused, Lilith slowly starts to walk over to where the lights are coming from, and when she turned the corner she saw Luz, Y/n, Amity, Eda, King, and Camila sitting at a table.

Y/n: "Surprise!"

Lilith: "What is this?"

Luz: "What can't we throw a party for you and Y/n reuniting? NOw come take a seat we got a show!"

Lilith walks over to the table and sits down across from Y/n, he smiles at her and she smiles back. Light Orbs start to appear and suddenly a stage made from extra wood is shown and sitting on a stool holding the guitar on his lap. Lilith's eyes widen at the sight of her husband and before she could start he starts to play a song.

D/n: "Wise men say
Only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you"

He sings softly, this was the way he was able to confess his love to Lilith. If he couldn't speak the words then why not sing them. And if it worked once It can work again...

D/n: "Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin?
If I can't help
Falling in love with you.."

Lilith watches with tears in her eyes, she watches him get up from the stool before slowly walking over to her.

D/n: "Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be.."

Handing over the guitar to Y/n, he starts to play the song his father was, this doesn't confuse Lilith at all. The smile on her face gets bigger and bigger the closer, D/n got to her.

D/n: "Take my hand
Take my whole life too
For I can't help
Falling in love with you"

He held out his hand to her, and without a second thought, she grabs it. Gently pulling her from her seat and into his arms. Putting her arms around his neck, and his around her waist they began to slow dance.

She started to sing, Y/n looks over to his mother with a shocked look on his face. he gets jabbed in the ribcage by Eda to keep playing. He does, but listens and watches closely to his parent's dance and sing. While swaying back and forth, the two lovers start to forget the outside world, and into their own little world. With a
