It had been a month since Outcast forces took Northern Aroxia back from the Nether-Sovigonian army. Back then, the city lay in ruins. Now its buildings stood proud and high above the ground. People had gone back to the everyday lives they had enjoyed for the first time in months. Some of the Outcast soldiers even decided to enjoy civilian life for a while. Rain and Abigail had brunch together at a local Smoothie House while Aro washed his brand new Ferrari F40 across the street. "Is it me or does the strawberry smoothie taste less like crap and more like strawberries like it should?" Rain asked Abigail.
"You know, I was thinking the same thing. The vanilla shake also seems to have impr-"
Abigail began to speak, but was interrupted by a bone rattling explosion that shattered windows and knocked people off their feet. The couple ran outside to see Tu-95 bombers dropping hellstorm missiles all over the city. Sirens sounded and the millions of people living in the city began to flee. Abigail was in such shock that she didn't even notice the top part of a skyscraper falling towards her. Rain pushed her aside just as the huge chunk of debris smashed into the spot where she stood. Aro drove up to them and rolled down his window.
   "Get in!"
"Doesn't seem like we have much of a choice," Rain said with a shaky tone. And with that, the three sped down the streets of Aroxia, following the electronic signs that stood above the evacuation route. As they sped past the smoldering and collapsing buildings, Abigail heard a loud bark that sounded similar to the roar of a wildfire.

"Hellhounds," she exclaimed. Just as she said this, a hellhound pounced onto the red supercar and started clawing at the roof.
"Get off my car, wolfie!" Aro sped off at speeds that well exceeded the speed limit. In the mirror, he saw the hellhound roll off the top of the car. "Phew, that was a close one- OH SHIT!" The car flew through the air in flames as an F-4 flew overhead, the pilot successfully hitting his target. Soldiers surrounded the wreckage of the car, closing in to inspect the trashed Ferrari and its passengers. *BRRT* Ten soldiers instantly dropped dead. Several more soon followed. The surviving soldiers looked up to see an F-35B in hover mode slowly descending to the ground, leading a fleet consisting of other VTOL capable aircraft. At the rear of the fleet, a massive airship with modernized gustav cannons on the bottom. The behemoth landed close to the car and troops rushed to get the injured people out. On board the airship, Aro, Rain, and Abigail regained consciousness. They were brought to the captain's quarters. Inside, a man wearing a black uniform with a blue beret stood.
   "General Gilepsi," the man said.
"Admiral Russel," Aro greeted the man back. "What a surprise."
"We had to evacuate the city using every Goliath airship we had. This attack is much larger than any other. Cities around the world are being decimated: Azeria, Sorres Antorito, all of it destroyed in an instant."
"There's still hope for the survival of mankind." Aro pulled his phone from his pocket. He went to his contacts and tapped on Patrick.
