Chapter 33:

12 months later, (Alice's first birthday):
Today was the day our precious baby turned one.

Since Carlton and I got back together we moved back into the cottage on the palace grounds. The media went into a frenzy when we got back together. Again and Stephanie Lota went crawling back to George, Stephanie was not welcome in the palace anymore according to the Queen. I really disliked Stephanie as the only reason Carlton broke up with me is because she blackmailed him.

But the world was quite happy with the newest royal member Princess Alice. It's hard to believe the child I bought into the world is fifth in line for the throne and that one day she could be Queen Alice Cosmia Victoria Myers. Meanwhile I now was known as the Duchess of Cambridge

I walked in to check on her and sure enough she was up staring at me, revealing a smile as she put her hands out.

I run up to the cot "Happy Birthday Angel" I pick her up and tickle her. "We made it this far, Ali!"

She starts giggling, I change her into a nice blue dress for her birthday. "Want to go wake Daddy up?" I ask

I put her on his stomach and she squeals to wake him up, I quickly capture a photo, because it's cute.

He groans opens his eyes and smiles when he see's it's Alice. "Happy birthday Ali belly" he says grabbing her and chucking her in the air before catching her.

It was her favorite thing, I was scared she was going to fall. But Carlton tells me it's fine.

There's a ring of the door bell I gasp "is that Uncle Jacob and Auntie Dani?" I say to Alice. 

Scooping her up and walking down stairs. Jacob and Dani recently got engaged and were set to be married next year.

It was awfully fast, but I've never seen two people so in love. Jacob proposed and Dani said yes, they hadn't set a exact date but apparently they wanted at least 12 months to enjoy being engaged. Before tying the knot. So when I opened the door Alice wanted to go straight to Jacob I almost dropped her.

She loved Jacob and Dani, which was the only people we could leave her with without screaming and crying. Not even the nannies in the palace could calm her down.

Jacob soon got over his fear when he realized how much Alice loved him and his ego inflated.

"Happy birthday!" Jacob says "Carlton up yet?"

"Yes" I say "go ahead"

Jacob walks upstairs to Carlton handing me Alice I put her into harness swing and watch her jump up and down.

"I need to tell you something" Dani says dragging me into the kitchen "I'm pregnant"

"What?!" I say giving her a hug "Congratulations that's wonderful"

Dani smiles but I know something isn't right. I check on Alice who is still happily playing. "You haven't told Jacob have you?" I ask

She shakes her head "Amy, I love your brother to death but I feel everything is happening awfully fast"

I grab her hands "You don't have to rush into marriage, Dani- in fact Jacob came and told me he was hoping you didn't want to get married really soon"
I say

She looks relieved "he really said that?"

I nod "just enjoy being engaged get married when you both are ready" I tell her

She nods "I don't know how to tell Jacob, I love how he is with Alice- but what if he doesn't want his own kids?"

"He will! Trust me but that's not what you're really worried about, is it?"

"What if I have another miscarriage?"

"Dani, you were sixteen! Your 27 now and I think things will work out" I smile at her

"I just- no! You're right Amy. Thank you"
She says hugging me

"You're welcome. Now let's walk over to the palace and start Alice's Birthday

Alice's party went off with a bang to say the least. Her grandmother, buying her a electric car, a new teddy bear, and a tiny charm bracelet as well as a tiara that Alice only wanted to put in her mouth.

My dad has started seeing Bernadette. I guess the whole her helping him struck some kind of spark and they're together. So far Bernadette has been a lot easier to get along with and Alice loved her.

They got her, a gorgeous new dress and a new pair of shoes.

When everyone went home I picked Alice up and sat on the floor on the rug in the palace dining room playing with her toys.

"I can't believe my baby girl is one" he says sitting beside me on the floor kissing Alice's head.

"This time one year ago I was holding Alice and you came home to see her and we weren't together."

"But we are and we have little Ali belly"

"It's time to make plans for our future" Carlton announced.

"Our future?" I ask

"Our future" he confirms "Now would you like a house?"

"A house?" I ask "We already have a house

"Our own home a place where we can raise Alice" he says "In the countryside?"

"You want to move to the countryside?" I ask

"If that's what you want!" He says "The media and the press I think we need a break and the countryside could just do that for us!"

"This place is perfect for that" I argue "it's in a very safe environment 24-7 protection and she has a big bedroom"

"It's no place for a child to grow up, I grew up in the palace and I hated it. I want Alice to grow up around animals a big backyard"

"Well I guess we might need a bit of extra space" I say

"Extra space?" He asks

"I'm pregnant again" I admit

He scoops me up with Alice and kisses me on the mouth "That is the best news I could ever have hoped for"

Carlton has been nagging for another baby, he got his wish, I on the other hand don't know what I think about it. I feel like I'm cheating on Alice, because this time this baby has a dad that has always wanted it. Alice had a dad who didn't fall in love with her till he met her.

Alice starts crying I stand up to rock her. Kissing her forehead "you don't want another one do you?" He asks

"I never said that" I said rubbing her back

"But?" He asks

"But, how do I know you're not going to back out?" I said, watching him flinch. "I don't want to be single with two children"

"Because I made a promise to not break your trust again, haven't I been a good dad and husband?"

He had been really great. Looking after Alice when I had to work late, making dinner when I was tired, running baths taking Alice out so I could have some peace and quiet.

"You've been amazing" I say "I'm just hormonal" I say admittedly.

Four months flew by and the chances of a miscarriage had gone. This time we didn't want to know the sex. We spent heaps of time with Alice. I knew we were having twins which was quite exciting but I was feeling overwhelmed.

I was trying to help her build blocks when she stood up "CARLTON SHE IS ABOUT TO WALK"

Carlton hurries down as she takes her first step! "Come on baby girl" Carlton said "come to Daddy"

She walked the four steps to Carlton before Carlton picked her up and kissed her.

He got it all on video which all his Instagram follows (30.6 million) became the most liked video Ever.

At exactly 7:00pm that night we had our gorgeous babies, two twin boys.

Xavier Louis Myers
9 ounces 8 lbs
25cm

Brice Alexander Myers
8 ounces 7lbs
24 cm

Our friends and family all seemed to be having babies and growing up quickly.

Chloe and her triplets became two very quickly and were bouncing around. Alice has been walking and enjoying life. Dani and Jacob had a beautiful baby boy, Elliot Finch Richards.

Arriving home I look at Carlton and the three kids in the back, "that is all you're getting" I tell him.

Getting out of the car, I take, the two twins inside giving them each a kiss and smelling their baby smell and Carlton grabs Alice. I'm so tired I walk in the house in a complete daze, I don't even realize this isn't our cottage on the palace grounds. House keepers must have cleaned the house because when I walk through the door the scent of lemon and disinfectant hit my nostrils. A casserole is on the bench- probably from the chef!

The twins are out of it. That's when I notice that this isn't my apartment. "Carlton?" I ask turning around

Alice is in his arms "surprise!" He says

"Are we staying here for a few days?" I ask "you did remember to get the babies room properly set up didn't you?" I ask on the verge of a anger

"I did. In our new house?" He says

"Our new house?" I ask I look outside we're in the country side.

I was being a bitch because I loved the cottage, the one I had Alice in- the one that I started my new life in. The one I wanted to raise Xavier  and Brice in.

"Five bedrooms, one each for Xavier and Brice  when they are ready for them a master bedroom for us and a spare for visitors, a pool, three bathrooms, state of the art kitchen, galore" he says smiling "and we have the rolling green hills"

The house is beautiful and the cottage isn't exactly a place to raise three kids.

After putting the three kids to bed Carlton and I open up a bottle of juice and put it in wine glasses because I can't drink- when I'm needed to breast feed.

"I'm sorry for being a bitch. I really appreciate you. I love you too, giving our family a home that's amazing. And now we have three children. Alice Xavier and Brice.

He smiles and we clink glasses.

Authors Note:
Now all we have is a epilogue and then Our Fake Royal Wedding is completed and will go under serious editing. The plot won't change. Just going to make it less boring.
