Without thinking twice, pulled him near and smashed my lips on his to shut him up.

His eyes went wide as a fish's eyes. It just lasted for two or three seconds and then I pulled away.

"Y-y/n.." He shuttered not able to process what just happened.

"Now can you shut up and listen to me?" I murmured.

"First I am sorry that I yelled at you and second I was not daydreaming about him nor did he refuse to go on a date with me and I am not here making you a second option!" I said.

"I was thinking of a way to reject him kindly, and you were not letting me think that's why I wanted you to be quite for a while, but it came out a little harsh..." I spat out at once.

"Alright... bu-but what was that for..." He asked, not believing his ear while giving me a surprised look.

THEN IT HIT ME! HE ALREADY HAD SOMEONE HE LIKED!!! WHAT DO I DO NOW?!?!

"Th-that was because you were not listening to me... and making your own as-assumtions." I whispered the last part looking down.

"Y/n but that is not the only way-"

"I know, I am sorry! I forgot you had someone you like... It was just a mistake.." I cut him off and tried to walk away. I was too embarrassed to face him.

I must have been out of my mind.

I turned to walk away but he reached behind me and caught my wrist.

"What's the problem? I told you I'm sorry! Now let me go..." I said trying to loose his grip on my hand. I did not dare to look at his eyes.

"Was it just a mistake?" He asked which made my head shoot up. He was looking at me with a serious expression.

"Y-yes..." I shuttered. 'Actually NO, IT WAS NOT! but I did not have guts to say no cause I was scared of rejection.'

"Y/n don't try me..." He said as he came closer to my face.

"It's difficult for me to hold back when you are acting like this..."
He looked down.

'Difficult to hold back?' what is that suppose to mean. He slowly loosened his grip on my wrist and finally let it go.

"Then don't.." I whispered as I quickly grabbed his wrist which made him shook.

"Y-y/n.." He shuttered...

"I like you.." I clarified. "I was just scared to confess as I thought you already had a crush on some-"

Before I could complete he pulled me close to him and slowly connected our foreheads while looking at my eyes.

"Ji-jimin..." I whispered.

Without uttering a word he creased my cheek, he leaned and kissed me. As he moved his lips slowly my cheeks started to heat up and a strange feeling in my stomach started to grow as every second passed.

He pulled away and we stared at each other's eyes.

He finally spoke, "The one I was talking about that day was you..."

He slid his hand from my cheek down the neck. I stared at his lips and then back to his eyes.

A smile crept my lips and I wrapped my hands around his neck and crashed my lips on his. He replied me back with a smrik as our lips connected.

I got chills down my back as he held my waist and started moving his lips in sync with mine. It was the best feeling... Being with someone who you actually want to be with.

I pulled away from a long passionate first kiss. We both started crackling staring at each other while panting heavily. I enjoyed it in every way possible. I guess finally even I have a story about my first kiss.

We later left the hideout and headed to the convenience store as usual but two things were different today... Our hands were intertwined and the... of course, the vibe.

We got in and I headed to our usual seat. I was excited to drink Banana milk but to my surprise, he holding two bowls of instant ramen with a pair of chopsticks above each of them walking towards me.

'CHOPSTICKS!!!' I was mentally crying. 'Wouldn't he find me weird if he found out I don't know how to eat with chopsticks?'

"Didn't we come here to get Banana milk?" I inquired.

"Umm... Today is a happy day... let's save banana milk for the sad days..." He smiled at me. A stroke of a wonderment hit me.

He placed the bowls on the table and took a seat beside me.
"We have to wait for 4 more minutes..." He picked up his chopsticks.

"Till then... give me your hand." I was confused later he grabbed my hand and placed the chopsticks between my fingers.

"You hold one stick with your thumb and index finger and the other with your middle and ring finger.." He placed the chopsticks in the right position. I was star-struck...

"Ji-jimin?" I asked looking at him with an unsure expression. I mean how did he know?

"I know you don't know how to use chopsticks... Don't need to be embarrassed because of that." He was staring at my soul with a smile while patting my head.

He really is full of surprises today.

I gave him an awkward smile and wanted to change the topic. The first question that flashed my mind was

"What are we?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Umm... We were friends I guess?" he replied opening the lid of the bowl.

"Just friends?"

"And... Each other's safe place as well." He replied turning to me.

We were blankly stared at each other for a minute.

"We looked at each other a little too long to be 'just friends' " I broke the silence.

He gripped my chair and pulled it closer to his.

"I know..." He licked his lower lip.

"That's why I said 'we were friends'."

Our faces were just inches apart... at that point, I almost forgot how to breathe. If this keeps on going... I'll die of panic attacks.

"Someone is blushing hard.." He chuckled as he sat back straight.

"Eat it before it turns soggy." he exclaimed eyeing my bowl.

"Umm... yeah." I quickly picked up my chopstick and started digging my bowl.

Why is he acting like this... Just an hour ago he was an angry jealous bird. But damn he's attractive.

"Here we are..." I tightened my grip, we were about to let go of our hands as we reached my house's gate.

"Umm.." He smiled.

"So, for real what are we now?" I asked as I stood in front of him.

He let out a laugh. "Whatever you want us to be..." He replied tilting his head.

I was not sure what to reply...

"So, should we count today as our day one?" He leaned closer and whispered into my ear. A smile crept my lips making me blush.

"Okay then good night and don't be up all night overthinking..." He winked and started to walk backwards.

How on earth does read my mind so effortlessly.

"You too." I turned around and walk into the house feeling excited.

I click open my house door. The two words 'day one' kept playing in repeat inside my head. I happily shoved off my shoes and was gonna walk up the stairs but something caught my attention...

Dad's office room's light was on...

And the scariest part was that I have not entered that room since the day dad left for his business trip...
