A few months later

[y/n]'s POV.

You walk to your home slowly. The weather's nice and you don't have anything important to do, so you're simply not in rush. You found yourself thinking back about the moment when you texted Ben by an accident. Accident, and yet it probably changed your life. Now you knew two amazing guys. You smiled when you remembered that you were going to meet Ben in person tomorrow. You just couldn't wait to be able to talk to him for real, not only by the messages.

You got home and made sure all your homework was done. Then you sat down on your bed. It hit you that you're going to seriously meet Ben within about 20 hours. It wasn't a long time since you were planning this meeting for a week now. It was going to happen soon and you were ready. At least you thought you were. Suddenly a message came to your phone, so you picked it up.

You kinda hoped it would be Ben, but it was Scarlet. He finally let you call him that.

Hi his message was saying

Hi

Do you need anything?

I need to tell you something but I'm not sure if that's a good idea

Go on

Tell me

I feel like you'll get mad or something

I won't, I promise

If you don't want to tell me, then why do you say you need to?

You found yourself staring at your phone's screen. Was he really saying this? Honestly, he seemed nice for some time, but you, well, you did like him a lot, maybe even a little this way, but there already was someone else you had a crush on. And yet a hero, a guy with super powers just told you he liked you, that was just crazy.

You couldn't believe you were telling him that. You hoped he wouldn't make anything stupid.

Long silence. It probably kinda hit him.

And suddenly you got a message from Ben. He just had to text now, didn't he?

So, will you go out with me?

The hell? God. God. God. What the hell just happened? How does he know? Maybe they are in the same room? That could be, but was it? Or was it something else? Maybe they were texting. But would Scarlet tell him that? And how could he do this that fast?

Are you both in the same room, or...

Well, yeah, it's probably the 'or'

And can you tell me what the 'or' actually is?

You were still sitting on your bed and blankly stared at the wall. The hell just happened? You wish you could've said it didn't make any sense, but it was making a lot of sense, so you just felt stupid that you didn't realize it yourself. You needed to calm yourself down and think through it.

The next day

You nervously looked around, trying to find Ben. He was supposed to be here a minute ago and you knew it was nothing, but yet you were so nervous and every second was making it even worse. Your favorite blouse was getting tighter and you could feel that it was something like an anexity attack. You just wanted Ben to show up. What if his plans changed? Or if something happened to him? Or if- God, you were more nervous then ever before. Why was that? Because a "friend met online meeting" was about to turn out to be a date if you got stuff right?

You felt a pat on your shoulder and turned around. It was him, you recognized him within a few seconds. He was wearing a grey hoodie and he smiled when he made sure it was you. "Hi." he said and by his voice, you could tell he was nervous, which made you a little more confident. "Hi. Nice to finally meet YOU." you said. "So... what now?" "I don't know, maybe let's go to the cinema, just like we planned on doing?" "Uh, sure!" he said and with a moment of hesitation, he offered you his hand. You gladly took it and you both went to the cinema, just like it was planned. Luckily, the conversation soon appeared and wasn't as awkward as you expected it to be.

Thank you all for being here with me and reading this book. Even though I'm no more interested in Ultimate Spider-Man that much, those 2 last chapters were actually fun to write and I can't believe I wrote them both this fast. I'm very grateful for every single vote and comment, because every single one of them was making my day. It was an amazing journey, but just like it was said in the last chapter, it's over. I kinda didn't know what to write about their meeting, but I think it's fine.
