Finally, it was time to return back to Avaloria after a week in Eldoria. Jieun was much better now.

"Jieun would be on her horse?" Seokjin asked Jungkook as he saw Jieun tying the seat on her horse.

"Yes, hyung but why?"

"Nothing....it's just that she had been stabbed." Seokjin mumbled.

Jungkook scoffed and said

"She isn't going to die from a stab wound."

Jieun was on her horse with the other warriors while her brothers were on a carriage.

"How have you been these days, blossom? You know i missed you a lot. I really, really wanted to bring you with me but you would have been recognized. "

The white colored, beautiful horse, Blossom, neighed.

"You missed me too? Oh, my petal missed me too. I am so happy."

Blossom licked Jieun.

"I know, I have told you this many times but you are the only person who cares about me and loves me, you know."

Blossom neighed again.

"Yeah, it's time to go now. Everybody is ready."

Jieun mounted on her horse and got ready when she heard Jungkook shout.

"Jieun! You will stay with us. I don't want you out of our sight. Who knows what will do behind our backs."

"....Okay."

Even if Jieun didn't said anything to him, many thoughts were revolving in her head.

Is he dumb or what? After all this, after playing with my life, risking my life for them I will go and betray them? What logic-less things he is saying?..........
Or maybe he just thinks I will run away. He just don't want me to run away as he still want me as his punching bag. Whatever, I don't care. He can do whatever he wants. After all, he is just a stranger to me, now.

Jieun was on her horse beside the carriage the brothers were on. They all were proceeding further when Jungkook suddenly jumped out of the carriage.

"M-my soulmate is here, hyung. I can smell him."

Jungkook ran towards where he felt his soulmate was and the others, who had came down from the carriage, and Jieun went after him.

Upon reaching, Jungkook saw a man lying in the pool of his blood and a wild animal was running towards him to attack him. Probably, this animal had only reduced him to this state.

"He's my soulmate. He's mine."

Jungkook whispered and ran to save that man but before he could do anything the animal stopped as Jieun came and stood infront of it.

All of them, except Jin, were shocked as to why the animal was not attacking Jieun.

"Hello, I am sorry to disturb you but please spare him. Please, I request you."

Jieun said slowly and kneeled down infront of the animal.

"I am sorry for intervening but please."

That animal slowly took his steps back and roared. He then moved towards the other direction and went into the forest.

Jungkook, on the other hand, was cradling his soulmate's head in his lap and was trying to wake him up but was unsuccessful. Soon, Hoseok came with some medicines but they were not sufficient in this case.

Jieun, after handling the animal, turned towards the man and ran, yelling.

"Tae oppaa!"

She kneeled down infront of him, looked at his injuries, ignoring the eyes that were upon her now.

"Damn, it's serious."

Saying this, Jieun suddenly got up, called Blossom and went away after mounting on her.

Everyone was trying to save that man when Jieun returned back and while panting gave some herbs to Hoseok.

Seeing the herbs Hoseok looked at her, shocked.

"How..d-did you...-"

"Don't ask questions, Hoseok-ssi. Treat him first."

After Taehyung was made stable, all of them again proceeded towards Aldoria with him.

Jungkook's pov

Finally, I found my mate. Someone whom I can call mine. I just hope for him to be fine. After he is fine, I will cherish him with my every fibre and treat him like a prince.

....... Jieun knows him too. She calls him oppa.

Tae oppa? Why is she calling my mate oppa?
She might have met him during one of her missions. Yeah.
But why call him oppa?

What am i thinking? She is not my sister. She is not good. He had said that.

End of Jungkook's pov

A voice rang in his head.

Are you trying to convince yourself, Jeon Jungkook?

But before he could ponder on it they had already reached Avaloria.

In front of the palace in Avaloria, there was a garden with a pond. Anyone who wished to enter the palace had to cross through the garden.

Jungkook had left with Taehyung and Hoseok leaving behind Jieun, Seokjin, Namjoon, Jimin and Yoongi.

Jieun was going to approach Taehyung when she collided with Jimin and due to the impact Jimin fell down into the pond while Jieun just stumbled a little.

All the people present there started laughing which included some soldiers also. Jimin felt humiliated. Before anyone could have helped him he got up and walked towards Jieun and said.

"Can't you see? Or your eyes have became useless just like you yourself? Are you dum-"

"Jimin, let's not waste our time on this useless being and go to jungkook. He might need us now." Yoongi interrupted Jimin and then took him with himself. The others except Jieun followed.

Jieun looked at their departing backs, then sighed and muttered.

"Everything is my fault only. I was walking straight only, he came and collided with me. Even if they would do mistakes, the blame would be put upon me. Well, it's nothing new....but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt- no..no no no no no, it doesn't hurt me. Why would I be hurt? They all are strangers to me. I don't even know them personally. Yeah."

After this, she went away from there to the infirmary where Taehyung was.

Even though she thinks she had convinced herself, it's clear that's definitely not the case. She still loves them. They are not strangers for her despite her constantly thinking this. She still gets hurt by their comments. The cuts on her hands are a major proof for this. She is still vulnerable in front of them. She still craves them and if she still sometimes cry herself to sleep then who knows?

I was not able to post anything as I got busy in studies and exams. Sorry but I think that I would not be able to post frequently from now on.
I know it's kinda dumb where jk finds tae (the whole chapter, in fact) but right now I couldn't think of anything else.
By the way, it's 1145 words.
And one more thing, should I add something sweet or should I continue with the angst?
