Rimuru: You okay?

Fuze: "sigh", you both gotta tell me stuff. Stop blind sighting me left and right...!

Jasper: That's all in the past now, and I'm already planning on sending you a message ahead of time about stuff like this so don't worry.

Fuze: ...Appreciated, but how am I suppose to report this news...?

The meeting was started off with Rimuru revealing his identity as an otherworlder much to everyone's surprise, followed by meeting me and Veldora, the Orc disaster and birth of Tempest, and then leading us up to Falmuth and Hinata.

Fuze: Hold on! You fought Hinata Sakaguchi and won!?

Jasper: Yeah, and comparing her to everyone I know so far. She's definitely no joke. During our fight, she refuse to listen to me at all.

Fuze: Hmm, you're account differs from the information we have on her.

Rimuru: How so?

Fuze: Such as, Hinata always lends a hand to those who depend on her. She also won't waste her time on those who ignore her advise. Still, she's rational and is known to be a reasonable thinker.

Gazel: Ah, of course I heard that Blumund's Guildmaster was an expert on gathering intel. I can testify that their information matches our own.

Erald: It matches the information we have as well. Hinata Sakaguchi is renowned for being a modeled knight, and a true protector of law and order. Not once has she ever violated the teachings of their god Luminous.

Rimuru: If she's that great, then why doesn't she try to stop the summoning rituals?

Jasper: Actually, the summoning ritual is a notion that is publicly condemned and unrecognize by all countries. However, that doesn't mean that nations don't do it secret given the benefits that come from summoning an other-worlder. Therefore, a nation would never readily acknowledge the practice and never admit they have done before.

Rimuru: So, if they say it's not happening. That's it?

Fuze: That would be correct

Erald: To be honest, there's probably a good reason why you never heard of this. The teachings of the god Luminous specifically forbid making deals with a Monster.

Rimuru: Meaning that we have no way of negotiating with the church. That also means that Hinata would just go along with it.

Suddenly, our talk was interrupted.

Diablo: Hehe, then please allow me to handle this opponent in you're place.

Shion: If a weakling like you is thinking of going, perhaps I should finish the job instead. My lords I shall take this task.

Nox: I don't think so, due to my connection with master I have seen the battle and therefore are better prepared for a fight with her. Master Jasper, give me the word and it shall be done.

Diablo: Such a generous offer Ms. Shion and Mr. Nox, and while I do appreciate you're effort for teaching me on being a proper secretary and you're knowledge on dealing with Hinata. Unfortunately, neither of you are capable of defeating this Hinata.

Nox: I do beg to differ, my power is connected directly to my master. Therefore, the chances of her winning against me are slim.

Shion: What a funny thing to say, are you both saying you're stronger then me? Then, shall we find once in for all who is-

Both: NO YOU WILL NOT!!!

The three of them seem startled by our rejections, before hanging their heads in shame. That's when we noticed...

Jasper: Veldora...

Rimuru: Don't tell us...

Veldora: What? Veldora? As in me Veldora!? No, no! I wasn't thinking of jumping in or anything like that!

Rimuru: If Hinata's gonna come here, then there's no reason for us to go to her.

Veldora sat down while grumbling to himself.

Jasper: We don't want to antagonize the church, same for you three.

Trio: Sorry, sir...

Lumen: Don't make such hasty decisions, you must know what can aid you're master... and what cannot.

At least, Lumen understands.

Rimuru (Why did Hinata attack you anyway?)

Jasper (Someone told her we killed Shizue and you ate her body. Henceforth, you're appearance.)

Rimuru (What!?)

Jasper (Yeah, furthermore the person who told her also knew you were Japanese.)

Rimuru (Does that mean that Yuuki...)

Jasper (Most likely, though there is something that confuses men.)

Rimuru (What?)

Jasper (According to Hinata, the person who told her was some kind of merchant. Since they were both students of Shizue, I doubt Hinata couldn't have recognized Yuuki. He probably sent someone who worked for him to give her the info while keeping his identity hidden.)

Rimuru (Then what is he after? To have you and Hinata kill each other? Destroy Tempest?)

Jasper (Or all the above...)

Before the meeting could continue, we heard a thud on the glass panel above us.

Jasper: Uh? Ramiris?

She got down and Gobzo tried to stop from interrupting, but she broke free and flew to us. As Beretta came to help him up. I looked further behind them to see a hurt Gob'emon and a worried Foss.

Rimuru: Why are you here?

Ramiris: Because I heard everything! You're nation of Tempest... is doomed to fall!

Everyone from Tempest: Huh!? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY!?

Before she could continue. she was grabbed by Diablo who had an annoyed look.

Diablo: My lords, would like for me to dispose of this little bug for you?

Ramiris: What did you just call me!? Wait, this is no ordinary Demon!!

Fuze: Sorry to ask, but do either of you recognize this Pixie?

Rimuru: Ramiris is actually a good friend of ours, and despite her looks she's actually a Demon Lord.

Fuze: ...I see, that makes sense...

Ramiris: Hey! I may be travel size, but I'm still one of the 10 great Demon lords!

Fuze: Oh...

Ramiris: At least, act a little surprise! When they say "Ramiris, the Fairy of the Labyrinth", they mean me! Or, are you just one of those guys who's hard to impress...?

Fuze: I'm not. But, they both did already drop the Storm Dragon's return on us. At this point nothing surprises me anymore...

Ramiris: Did you say Veldora?

Everyone nods.

Ramiris: You're not saying the Storm Dragon, Veldora has returned? There's no way that's true! Why I remember back in my days I could beat him in one punch!

Jasper: Worst part is... she's right...

Everyone: Huh!?

Jasper: Believe or not, back in her prime Ramiris was actually quite the powerhouse. I'd easily say she was way above even someone like Veldora in terms of sheer power and Magicules.

Rimuru: Seriously!?

Ramiris: See! If you wanna fear and worship someone it should be me. That Dragon was all bark and no bite-

Jasper: That was back in you're prime when you were the full on Queen of Spirits, but now...

Ramiris: WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY!?

Jasper: Even an ordinary Human could probably kill you without you're tricks and toys to protect you at you're current form.

Ramiris: Why you little-!?

She just continued on arguing while Rimuru held out his hands and Diablo gave her to him.

Rimuru: Hey, Veldora. Can you watch her for us?

Veldora: Hmm? I'm currently busy trying to solve this incredible mystery of the sacred text.

Rimuru: The culprit is {Redacted}. Now can you please?

Veldora looked absolute mortified at being spoiled, while Ramiris was stood completely still after seeing Veldora.

Veldora's mind: H-How cruel, Rimuru! I simply emerged myself in the sacred text...

Ramiris: V-Veldora!?

A brief image of Veldora's dragon form appeared in her mind and she passed out due to shock.

Rimuru: This is our big announcement to the public. I state I'm a Demon lord, but that I haven't awakened yet.

Jasper: The story is that the greedy and selfish king Edmalis, attacked Tempest and started a war with us that they lost. We'll say the army was wiped out by the Jack of Anarchy after the battle since it would be more believable and better accpeted. Plus, this shows are military is nothing to scoff at.

Rimuru: Following that, the casualties from the Falmuth army was enough to break the seal. Thus, reviving the slumbering Storm Dragon Veldora. Who's awakening also cause the prison holding the Jack of Anarchy A.K.A Jasper was destroyed, setting him free as well. Afterwards, I allied with the Champion Youm and after a great deal of sacrifice. I manage to calm the evil dragon and make a deal with the Jack. One would be worshiped as a Guardian and the other as a ruler.

Jasper: The story will help Rimuru's claim of being a Demon Lord, Falmuth takes the blame and we're the good guys.

Fuze seemed skeptical, but Gazel pointed at that it would more acceptable since the people would doubt that a Demon Lord that has the Jack as an ally since the beginning had anything but good intentions. If it was Veldora and I's doing solely and Rimuru had no involvement, then it would be better for us.

Gazel: The Storm Dragon is a mastermind when it comes to catastrophe, and anarchy is in Jasper's title.

Veldora: You must be a man of excellent judgement if you're calling me a mastermind.

It's not a compliment...

Erald: I might be biased, but I agree with this decision. If ever revealed about my daughter's relationship with a Demon Lord and how she's the process of how to become a Demon lord. then it would alot of fear and disdain. If he manage to negotiate with the Strom Dragon and the Jack because of his ascension to Demon lord, it will ultimately be better for us in the long run.

Rimuru: This also provides the advantage in not only reassuring Humans that I'm not dangerous, but it'll also tell the other Demon lords who are weary of me that Jasper and Veldora are the only threats. Which makes it easier for us to take action. The biggest benefit is that when they learn we have the power to negotiate with not just the Storm Dragon, but also the Jack of Anarchy. They'll be hard pressed to find anyone who's dumb enough to challenge us.

Rimuru then asked if it was okay with me and Veldora since it meant putting alot of the blame on us.

Veldora: It's not a problem for me. I've already decided to shoulder you're Karma along side both you and Jasper. So, feel free to use the influence of the Storm Dragon however you like.

Rimuru: Thanks buddy, Jasper?

Jasper: You and I have built this nation from the ground up, and I promised to do all I can to protect this nation and it's people no matter what. So. I'll gladly shoulder the burden if it's needed.

Rimuru smiled, but also looked a little guilty.

Rimuru's mind: I've had to constantly let him deal with our problems all by himself, I've got to start taking things into my own hands from now on and not let him shoulder the burden alone.

Rigurd: I'm also in favor of this plan. It will be beneficial for trade negotiations for the countries that surround us.

Shion: Well done as expected, Lord Rimuru and Prince Jasper!

Jasper: Nah, this time we owe it mainly to King Gazel. We only organized our collective thoughts together.

Suphai: Then you have our gratitude King Gazel. When we finally make our move, we can expect great things from both Lord Rimuru's and Prince Jasper's backing, and you're planning.

Jasper: Next, we'll discuss from where we're gonna go from here. Youm.

Youm: Yes.

Rimuru: Falmuth's gonna need a new king, so we'd like to personally back Youm the champion to founding a new nation.

Fuze: Are you serious!? Youm as a king!?

Rimuru: Our first step will be to free King Edmalis and have him pay war reparations for his invasion of Tempest.

Fuze: I don't think Falmuth would be to keen of paying reparations...

Jasper: By refusing, it'll act as an incentive. Our real goal in the end is to incite a civil war inside of Falmuth. After a decent enough damage, we'll have Youm swoop in to pick up the pieces and build a new nation in the aftermath. Luckily, due to our previous efforts involving the Orc Disaster; Youm is already quite popular with the people.

Gazel: Very well, I can't say I object to the overall idea...

He stood up and faces Youm, before he release his Heroes Youki. The Hero parallel to a Demon Lord's Haki. Gazel then asked if Youm was willing to stand up and potentially suffer for the good of both the nation and it's people.

Youm: ...How should I know?

Gazel: Hmm?

Youm: It's not like I'm becoming a king because I want to. Still thought, this role was handed to me based on trust. What kind of a man would I be to refuse? But, what I don't want is to decided that I can't do it and give up without even giving a chance.

He also admitted that he's mainly doing this to impress Myuran, making her blush and call him an "idiot" out of embarassment. While, me and Suphia just gave them a knowingly smug smile.

Youm: If I'm gonna do this, then I plan to give it all I've got.

Grucius: He's definitely stupid that's for sure. But, please believe what he is saying. King of Dwagon, I give you my word. This man may indeed be truly stupid-

Youm: I think he gets the damn point, thank you!

Grucius: ...But, he's also a good guy. Until, the day comes where he can be called a Hero King like yourself. I Grucius swear I will always watch over him.

Myuran: Yes, I swear to do so as well.

Gazel: ...Hmph, that's good enough for me.

Gazel told them that if they ever need his aid, then to just ask him. While, the group joked about Youm wanting to become a king just to impress a girl making them blush. Phobio also decided to mess with Grucius a bit by commenting on how that joining Falmuth means betraying Carrion much to Grucius anxiety.

Gazel: Alright, Youm. With that being settled, the first thing I would see from you're nation would be agricultural production. Having something that you can specialize with trade wise will make it easier to trade with other nations.

Rimuru: We'll second that request Youm. We'll give you specific details later about the types of crops we want.

Youm: On top of things as always... leave it to me! Falmuth agriculture is pretty advance, so I think they'll accept.

Fuze also offered to have Blumund back Youm and even offered to convince to famous Famluth nobles to join them, since they have a close relationship with Blumund.

Jasper: But, as the Guildmaster. Do you even have the power or authority to make a promise like that.

Fuze: A fair concern. But, please understand that I'm here as both the Guildmaster and the official representative of the state. Along with being the assistant manager to the intelligence Bureau of the Kingdom of Blumund.

Rimuru: You believe that these two nobles are trustworthy, right?

Fuze: I have no reason to suspect otherwise. Marquis Muller is actually related to the King of Blumund, and Count Herman owes the Marquis a tremendous debt so he wouldn't betray him.

RImuru wondered if he should be saying something so secretive, but Fuze pointed out that Dwargon due to it's own agents probably already knew about this. So, we agreed.

Everyone began laugh in joy, during which I briefly looked over to see that Ramiris had awakened.

Veldora: You know, it's you're fault I got spoiled...

Ramiris: Huh? Where am I?

They both then began reading manga as everyone's laugher died down, except for one...

Jasper: Was it really that funny, Sir Elalude?

Erald: Look at all these leaders and representatives of entire nations openly sharing their notions and thoughts with no regard of suspicion what so ever. To be perfectly honest, I almost feel like a fool for having so many reservations about you.

Eren: Come on dad, it's not that funny...

He then stood up and looked directly at Fuze, before asking if the really trusted a Monster like Rimuru. Meaning, even if our Monsters were to start a country; he thought it didn't make much sense for Blumund to immediately recognize it as a nation and quickly enter into diplomatic relations with us.

Erald: If it were me, I would've like to keep my dealings with Tempest a little for unofficial. While, keeping an eye on the Western Holy Church to see their reactions. Then I would feed them confidential reports and let them deal with this, allowing our group to reap fruitful profits without being beholden to one side or the other. It's probably be a safer way for a small nation to handle itself.

Fuze was trying to think of a suitable answer. Before, giving up out of frustration and deciding to give his honest feelings about us.

Fuze: Yes, at first I was of the same opinion as you. I even mentioned as much to my superior before I left for Tempest. But, at the time I was denied and he expressed concern that my actions would lead to war with Tempest. When it was all said and done, it was decided that we would trust them instead. Blumund would find a way for peacefully coexist with this nation.

He then pointed out that due to both Dwargon and Thalion be both more bigger, powerful, and influential nations. That means they had more options, but if a small and relatively weak nation like made a mistake then they were done for. He then stated honestly that if he was going to put the fate of nation in someone's hands, he'd prefer it to be in the hands of the Monster nation then the church.

Erald: And you rushing here to aid Tempest in battle, was that also you're superiors decision?

Fuze: You got it figured out, and since we've entered into a mutual security pact with Tempest. I've been told to uphold our end of the bargain no matter the cost.

Just as I as suspected when we signed the agreement. Blumund is gonna be more dependent on us than other nations and so will do what it can to make sure we're still standing and that they're on our good side.

Surprisingly, Fuze openly admitted that even if his country had not send aid he probably would've still come here since "at the end of the, he's still a free man". He even wondered why he took the job.

Fuze: Basically, the day I agreed become an official member of Blumund's intelligence Bureau. Is also the day my luck ran out...

Jasper: Since you're the assistant manager of the Bureau, I assume that means you answer directly to the king?

Fuze: Pretty much.

Erald apologized for his boldness, but thanks him since he now has a better understanding of Blumund's intentions. Gazel commented that he trusted us as well, so there's no reason to interrogate others just to clear his doubts, But, Erald pointed out he's Thalions representative and had to carefully weigh the idea of entering into diplomatic relations with a nation of Monsters.

Gazel: Please, not like didn't reach you're decision the second you entered this country. And pray tell Erald, what would that decision be?

Erald: You're correct, I have reach my own personal decision. But, before that; may I ask you just one more question?

Eren openly complained about her father being so stuck up much to Erald's embarrassment.

Kaval: Hey Princess, let up a little bit alright?

Gido: Kaval's right, you're father's doing what he can to properly represent his country and stuff.

Gazel: How the mighty tactician has fallen...

Rimuru decided to change the mood a little by releasing his {Lord's Ambition} A.K.A Demon Lord's Haki and asked Erald what his question was.

Erald: Tell me, Demon Lord Rimuru Tempest. What do you intend to do with you're power as a Demon lord.

Rimuru: Seriously? The answers pretty simple. I want to create a world that's comfortable to live in, one that I can enjoy being a part of. A prosperous world where as many people as possible can always be
