Y/N and Kiara had been dating for three months, and they had grown inseparable. They spent all their free time together, and Kiara had become quite clingy. Y/N didn't mind at first, but as time went on, it became a bit overwhelming.

One morning, Kiara was getting ready to leave for work. As she was getting dressed, she kept asking Y/N to come with her.

"Please, just come with me today," Kiara begged. "I don't want to be without you."

"Kiara, I can't come with you," Y/N said, trying to be patient. "I have work too."

"I know, but I just want to spend more time with you," Kiara said, pouting.

Y/N sighed. She knew that Kiara was just being clingy, but it was starting to get frustrating. She loved Kiara, but she also needed her space.

"Kiara, I love you, but I can't be with you all the time," Y/N said, trying to be firm. "I need to go to work, and you need to go to work. We'll see each other later."

Kiara looked down, and Y/N could tell that she was upset. She walked over to her and gave her a hug.

"I'm sorry, Kiara," Y/N said, kissing her on the forehead. "I love you, but I need to go to work. We'll see each other later."

Kiara nodded, and Y/N left for work. As she walked to her car, she couldn't help but feel guilty. She loved Kiara, but she needed her space. She hoped that Kiara would understand that.

Y/N soon got home and had, had a very long day at work, and all she wanted to do was come home and relax. She walked into her apartment and was immediately greeted by Kiara, who was waiting for her.

"Hey, babe," Kiara said, wrapping her arms around Y/N. "How was work?"

"It was fine," Y/N said, trying to pull away. "I'm really tired though. Can we talk later?"

Kiara didn't let go. "No, I want to talk now," she said, tightening her grip around Y/N.

Y/N started to feel frustrated. She needed her space, and Kiara didn't seem to understand that.

"Kiara, please let go," Y/N said, trying to pull away again. "I'm really tired, and I just want to relax."

"No, we need to talk," Kiara said, her voice getting louder.

"We can talk in the morning." Y/n sighed, leaning down to peck her lips.

"You're always pushing me away, and I don't understand why." Kiara sighed.

"Kiara, I'm not pushing you away," Y/N said, starting to get angry. "I just need some space sometimes. I can't be with you all the time."

Kiara looked hurt. "Why don't you want to be with me?" she asked, tears starting to form in her eyes.

"I do want to be with you," Y/N said, trying to be patient. "But I also need my space. I can't be with you all the time."

"You're twisting my words!" Y/N said, frowning and crossing her arms over her chest. "I never said I didn't want to be with you."

"Stop lying!" Kiara yelled, her voice rising. "You just said you didn't want to be with me!"

"That's not what I said," Y/N said, trying to remain calm. "I said I need my space sometimes. That doesn't mean I don't want to be with you."

Kiara looked hurt, and Y/N could tell that she had crossed a line. She walked over to her and tried to hug her, but Kiara pushed her away.

"I can't do this anymore," Kiara said, her voice breaking. "I need someone who wants to be with me all the time."

Y/N felt her heart sink.

Y/N tried to speak, but Kiara pushed past her. Y/N managed to grab hold of Kiara's arm, and the girl tried to pull away but couldn't.

"Look at me," Y/N said gently, trying to get Kiara's attention, but she continued to look down.

"Look at me pretty girl." Y/n repeated.

"What do you want?" Kiara said, lifting her head, her voice cold.

"I love you a lot, Kiara," Y/N said, looking into her eyes. "Please don't ever think that I don't, because I do. I just need some space sometimes."

Kiara looked at Y/N, her eyes softening. "I love you too," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Then let's work things out," Y/N said, smiling at Kiara. "We can get through this together."

Kiara nodded, and Y/N felt a sense of relief wash over her. They had been through a lot lately, but she knew that they could make it work if they worked together.
