Sasuke overwhelmed himself with jealously throughout the boat ride to the island that inhabited the Land of Waves, glaring at [Name] & Naruto the whole way as Sasuke exaggerated and believed that she 'pampered' the Uzumaki too much. "He's stupid." he had told the girl moments before, rolling his eyes at how she held him within her grasp. "But he's going to be fine." he grumbled out, knowing that Kakashi had aided him well when Naruto fainted from the poison.

He watched as the girl mumbled out something incoherently to Naruto, and his eyes began to slowly flutter open, a small smile displaying on his face. Sasuke wasn't sure why the scene before him bothered him so much, why he even reacted the way he did initially. "Kakashi..! he's waking up.." he felt the urge of rolling his eyes again but detached himself from it, looking about the other way as a distraction. "What..happened..?"

"You fainted from being poisoned..—" Naruto shrieked upon hearing 'poison' "Poisoned?!" he yelled out, being quickly hushed afterward due to his loudness. Looking up from his slumped position and squinting and looking around confusingly. "How..—Where are we.." finding himself in the middle of the water on a boat was the last thing he was expecting. Kakashi sighed out as he placed a hand on his face before moving it away, explaining to the Uzumaki what happened.

Sasuke watched on as the Uzumaki looked dumbfounded from the revelations before he looked over at [Name] with a flustered expression and frantic apologies for making her worried. Sasuke looked away, out into the body of water they swayed through from the boat to release his mind from what he saw. And he thought to himself.., this was going to be a long mission if Naruto kept being reckless..

Shortly afterward, the team set foot on the Land of the Waves, setting off to Tazuna's residence with a new mission of protecting Tazuna until the bridge would be finish. Sasuke thought to himself how easy it would seem to be. Taking down the other attackers earlier was easy to him, so of course, he thought no one could match his ability for the rest of the mission — Well. He was wrong. "How strange of a snow rabbit to be out here..In such nice conditions.." Kakashi commented suddenly, noting that it had been early spring, precisely the end of March — which was unseasoned for such. A Kunai went flying towards the frontal direction of the rabbit before Naruto screamed out "Someone's following us..!"

Tazuna looked around frantically at the forestry, before looking at the Uzumaki. "You..fool..! Are you trying to send me into cardiac arrest..?!" Sasuke sighed out as he looked over at the blonde and [Name] stood in a defensive position in front of Tazuna. "Naruto..no more false alarms.." Sternly said Kakashi to the boy, before he kept walking before suddenly stopping again.

"Duck." Kakashi said in a monotone tone, leaving little to no questions to be asked before suddenly a large silver sword came swinging towards the team & Tazuna. Naruto yelped at the sudden weapon being thrown, the silver ending of the sword landed into a tree behind the Genin's. A chunk of bark from the tree deforested to the ground as Naruto watched on with confusion yet horror at the sudden event.

A flash encountered in their eyes before a man landed on top of the sword. He menacingly stared among the team, his monotones expression even more frightening than Kakashi's. Without a word, Kakashi held up his arm towards them to signal them into a Manji formation. The fog within the area becoming thicker quickly, "Zabuza of the Hidden Mist..." Kakashi stated to the man standing on top of the sword, "Kakashi of the Sharingan.."

"Huh.." [Name] questioned out from her Manji stance, her eyes squinting as she saw Kakashi lift his headband from over his eye and suddenly activating a Sharingan. Activating her Byakugan, she surveyed the Jonin more than she did the enemy himself. She noticed the differing color of Chakra within his Sharingan eye, it was more off tone than the rest of his chakra throughout his body. Quickly her vision shifted to the mist rogue, analyzing his chakra and chakra demeanor. It was devilish, evil.., almost frightening to her.

"Focus." She heard Sasuke say from her left, she shook out of her trance towards the Rogue mist before looking over to the Uchiha with a blank stare, her Byakugan still activated vividly. "You focus too." she replied to him, though it wasn't as serious in tone as Sasuke's command. [Name] shivered as she looked back at the ensuing fight between Kakashi & Zabuza, she overwhelmed herself with worry as it seemed that the rogue was getting more of an upper hand in the battle.

The sounds of weapons clattered, hands colliding in hand to hand combat surrounded the mist-filled area as the team watched on before suddenly Kakashi found himself trapped within a water prison a few moments later. A gasp escaped [Name]'s mouth at the scene before her eyes. Naruto cursed under his breath while Sasuke tsked at the Jonin's lack of noticeability of the clone. Naruto began to run towards the man, screaming incoherently as Sasuke yelled out to him for being reckless once again.

[Name] noticed the flaring chakra building up within Naruto, the Uzumaki summoning multiple shadow clones towards the rogue. In one swing, the man rid of all the clones. He looked mysteriously on as he didn't notice the real Naruto within the crowd of them. Before having a chance to make a remark or anything of such, Sasuke threw two large shurikens at the rogue. Zabuza's eyes widen as he caught the first one, and dodged the second one. [Name]'s enhanced eyes schemed the second shuriken as she noticed Naruto's chakra within it.

She gasped as the second one transformed into Naruto, landing a kick to the rogue and forcing him to stop the usage of his technique that captured Kakashi. Sasuke smirked at the success of the teamed attack. "Didn't see that one coming." [Name] commented to the Uchiha who stood next to her. Sasuke felt the urge to smile at the compliment but pursed his lips together out of restorable. He only returned a knowing look at her as they looked onward.

The Uzumaki lied within the pool of water, struggling to exit the pool of water as Kakashi and Zabuza resumed their fight. [Name] stepped forward, Sasuke looking over to her as he noticed she wanted to go in the direction of the Uzumaki. He swiftly latched his hand onto her wrist. "Let him be. The last thing you want to do is get caught up in their attacks..trying to get to that idiot.." he mumbled out, noticing Naruto in the distance as he struggled to get to

"He'll survive.." he mumbled out, [Name] side-eyeing the boy at his change in demeanor. Sighing out, [Name] got back into the position of guarding Tazuna before suddenly hearing the agitated voice of Zabuza echo within the area. [Name]'s eyes swiftly and quickly looked around the area as she sensed another chakra presence in the area but couldn't identify from where exactly.

A loud crashing sound of waves rumbled closely by as the heavy pools of water crashed nearby the team, the rogue mist found himself slammed into a tear and groaned out in defeat. "Are you able to see the future..?" Zabuza questioned, Naruto shivered as he lied damp in water. "Yes..and this is your last fight.." Kakashi held a Kunai in his hand, aiming to throw it at Zabuza before suddenly a whisking noise entered the atmosphere and Zabuza fell to the ground.

Two needles punctured within Zabuza's neck "What.." Kakashi mumbled out as he cautiously stepped towards the fallen rogue. The team and Tazuna looked on shockingly at the turn of events before them. "You were right..It was his last battle." A newly mysterious voice spoke from above, possibly the chakra signature [Name] had felt a few moments earlier. They displayed in a red and white mask with a Kirigakure symbol embedded in the mask. Naruto found himself back on the surface, standing next to Kakashi as everyone examined the scene before them.

The Kiri-nin jumped down from the trees and to Zabuza, checking his pulse as the Kiri-nin then looked up to the team. "Thank you. I have been on an enduring mission to capture this rogue." [Name] noted that the Kiri-nin was a tracker-nin, deactivating her Byakugan as she looked to the frustrated Naruto. He bursted into a rant at the scene before them, Kakashi placed a hand on the boy's shoulder as everyone watched as the tracker-nin once again thanked the team before disappearing off with Zabuza's corpse.

It was a confusing and interesting encounter to [Name]. Something in her mind itched that it wasn't what it seemed and just for everything to simply end like that was just too easy. Kakashi stepped forth to the team, walking slowly as he mumbled out something before suddenly fainting and dropping to the ground. "What the hell..?" Naruto yelled out in confusion, looking down at the Jonin and shock as the team ran up to him, shaking him viciously.

He extorted himself of exhaustion from the usage of the Sharingan.

Night had fallen upon the team, they quietly enjoyed dinner that was made by Tazuna's daughter and chatted among themselves quietly. Tazuna's grandson looked angrily onto the team without a word, Naruto taking more notice of it than the others in the room. "I want to thank you guys again for saving for my father..So much crime and blood has riddled our country..." Tazuna's daughter, Tsunami praised the team, smiling in their direction.

A rumble echoed through the table, [Name]'s eyebrow raised as she looked over at Naruto who stood up and menacingly looked at Inari. "What's your problem kid?!" Naruto yelled out to the boy, the two bickered back and forth before Inari ran up the stairs, [Name] side-eyeing the family before Tazuna spoke up. "Sorry about that. The kid has been through a lot.." Tazuna looked sadly onwards to the stairs, Naruto who still stood up slowly calmed down and sat back down.

"It's ok." [Name] responded with a soft smile, "We're going to make sure you finish that bridge and hopefully turn this country around." she then said, before mumbles of encouragement poured the table. Dinner finished shortly after, Tsunami lead the team to their guest room that they would use for the remainder of their mission. "What are you two doing?" [Name] questioned her two teammates who scrambled to get a futon next to hers.

"This idiot won't move..!" Naruto whined, Sasuke lied in the futon next to [Name]'s nonchalantly. He blinked in response before looking over at [Name] with a sleepy look. [Name] sighed out as she got up from her futon, the Uchiha's eyebrow quirked in response as she took the middle futon in between the Uzumaki & Uchiha and sat back down. "Happy?" she asked the two, Sasuke groaned in response as Naruto cheered happily and sat to her left.

Without little to no complaints, [Name] closed her eyes shortly and fell into a deep sleep. The silence within the room ringed through her ears as she seen the fruition of fuzzy images enter her deep state of mind. She began to hear the voice once again that she had heard before, "Indra.., your brother Asura wants to speak with you—" flickers of images flashed through her mind before she suddenly awoke and found morning light entering the room and the two boys still asleep before her.

[Name] lifted her hand to the side of her face, feeling the protruding veins of her Byakugan activated and a sore headache spiking within her head. This was going to be a long and confusing day ahead of [Name]...
