She was speechless with eyes widened by fear.

"Honey, are you alright?"

"Daddy please don't go .I had a dream that you didn't come back"

She was in tears now and Dad doesn't like to see us cry.

"Honey, I'll be fine. Nothing's going to happen to me .Ok, I promise I'll call you immediately i get off the plane and I'll also buy that new bicycle you wanted."'

"Really?!"

She stopped crying immediately. I think she does this on purpose to get whatever she wants and it get me in trouble sometimes. What a brat!

"Really, that's if you get good grades"

"Ok daddy, I promise"

He dropped her with a huge smile on his face before I heard a car horn; it must be Bryan, Today's our best friend anniversary

"That must be Bryan, what a sweet boy."

Mum thinks he's an angel, dad thinks he's a gentleman, Britney thinks he's my boyfriend.

"Don't you mean dela's boy............."

I gave her a killer glare before she could say 'boyfriend' as I quickly picked my bag and left

Bryan shouted as he held up a poster saying "HAPPY BESTFRIENDVESARY".

His short chestnut hair is still as messy as I can remember, We actually hated each other in preschool.

I called him a 'geek' because of his big glasses while he called me 'peanut brain' because of my short attention span until Our teacher got pissed one day and made us partners for the whole semester.

From then on, we became inseparable. Some people even think we're dating now, Life's so strange .

"Hy Brainny, what's the plan today?"

"Well, we could stay at my place and play some games or we could go see that new movie you always wanted to see."

I gaped at the two tickets in his hands surprised. They we're sold out when I checked on line so I'm wondering why I'm staring at them in Bryan's hands.

"How did you get them? They were sold out"

"I know a friend"

"Sure, you always do"

I'm starting to think he's a hacker now because he's a braniac or he might have forged them, just pray we don't get in trouble. With a wide smile on his face he asked

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!"

He started the car and we were on our way.

The movie ended two hours later, He wanted to go for a snack but I just wanted go to his crib and relax so we played rock, paper and scissors three times before he agreed cause I won, this guy's so stubborn.

When we finally got there, we played cards in his room until I beat him twice, again.

He was a little pissed because he got beat by a girl twice but it's not my fault I'm better than him in games .

After that, I got bored and read a book while he had his headphones but before I could finish the third chapter, I slept off.

By the time I woke up, it was 6 in the evening (an hour before dad leaves).

I had to remove Bryan's headphones and pour a bowl of water on him before he could wake up and agree to take me home but unfortunately for me,water still got on them.
