It's been 3 years since everything happened, Choi Mujin was dead, and Captain Cha Giho was better than ever. Jiwoo was happier than ever with Pildo by her side.

The topic of marriage came up quite a bit. Even though they had been dating for 4 years, they still talked about it. Because who knows, maybe marriage was in the cards for them, but who knows. Jiwoo had begun to notice that Pildo was acting more on the nervous side, which to Jiwoo was weird because Pildo was never the nervous type. Jiwoo had also noticed that Pildo was more affectionate than normal, he was always affectionate but this was a whole new level even for him.

One beautiful spring morning, Jiwoo was shaken awake by her boyfriend. "Time to wake up sunshine" Pildo said rubbing her arm. Jiwoo sat up and stretched, "Morning.." Jiwoo said in her raspy morning voice. Pildo sat up in bed next to her and kissed her soundly, "I have a little surprise for you later today." Pildo said caressing the back of her head. "Really? What is it?" Jiwoo asked looking up at him with a perplexed look. "Well if I told it wouldn't be a surprise would it?" Pildo joked. Jiwoo let out a chuckle, "I guess not." Pildo kissed her again and then decided to get everything ready for the 'surprise' he had planned.

They day went on as usual. At around 5pm, around an hour before sunset, Pildo told Jiwoo to dress in something nice, Jiwoo seemed confused by this, but did what she was told. Jiwoo wore a dark navy blue dress, silver heels(even though she never wore heels unless she need to) and had her hair in a twisted half up half down. Pildo wore an off white shirt, and grey jacket, black pants, and black shoes. Pildo was waiting for Jiwoo at the front door, when Jiwoo walked in front of him he was in absolute awe. Damn. Could she be more beautiful? "You look stunning." Pildo said, taking her hand with a smile on his face. "Thank you." Jiwoo responded smiling back at him.

Jiwoo was still wondering what the occasion was for dressing up. Jiwoo noticed Pildo was nervous, but she decided to let it go. They arrive at a parking lot which confuses Jiwoo even more. "What are we doing here?" Jiwoo asked Pildo who opened the door for her, "Just close your eyes and I'll guide you there." Pildo tells her taking her hands. Jiwoo nodded. Pildo guided her to the edge of the shoreline. "What are we doing here?" Jiwoo asks with a slight smile, Pildo knew the beach was her favorite place. Pildo is standing in front of her, holding her hands. "Jiwoo, there's a million things I could say to you.  There are 10 million things I love about you, you're sweet, caring, loving, strong, absolutely beautiful, the list goes on. I really can't imagine myself with anyone else, you mean the world to me and I love you forever." Jiwoo was starting to get emotional at this point. She feels the exact same way. The tears flow even more when Pildo gets down on one knee. "Song Jiwoo...will you marry me?" Pildo finishes holding the ring box. "Yes!" Jiwoo exclaims, flinging her arms around Pildo who wraps his arms securely around her waist. After they pulled away, Pildo placed the ring on her finger. Jiwoo could not believe it. She can't believe she's engaged to the man she loves above everything else.

They got married 4 months later, and they are happier than ever. Jiwoo love this man more than anything else in this world, and she knew her father would be so happy and proud of where she ended up, and Jiwoo hoped she made her dad proud.
