Since Atsushi was an idol, there were many people who loved him and fangirl over him. So when he came out telling the media that he had a girlfriend. Not many of his fans were happy about it. Sending hate comments under everyone of your instagram posts. Saying, 'Naji-Kun deserves better!!' Or, 'Really..her??'

Atsushi was very aware of the comments that were going on, and told you not to listen to any of them. And that he only had eyes for you.

But these comments had been getting worse and worse over the months, and you had really begun to question yourself. And recently while Atsushi had been on tour, you had been looking through the comments.

You began to scroll and scroll, tears forming in your eyes. You turned off your phone and looked in the mirror. You looked at your arms tracing over the scars, you hadn't told Atsushi about the fact that you used to self harm. I mean your scars were very faded, but could still be noticed. So you saw no point in telling him. You hadn't cut it in about a year since you began dating Atsushi.

That though sadly changed today.

After Atsushi had returned from his tour, he had invited you to go shopping with his group. You gladly agreed, you were happy to spend time with your boyfriend.

"You're really wearing a hoodie in this 90 degree weather?!" Dazai said. You laughed, "It's fine Dazai, I'm not that hot. Plus it's quite cold here." You lied. "Are you sure?! I don't want you to overheat babe.." Atsushi said, placing a kiss on your forehead. "Groosss, get a room!" Chuuya said, covering Kenji's eyes. Atsushi sucked his teeth, "Whatever!" He said pulling you by your hand.

"Hey can we stop here? I need some new clothes." Kenji asked. "I don't see a problem." Akutagawa shrugged.

For about 20 minutes Kenji, Chuuya, and Dazai looked for clothes. You weren't really planning on buying anything. You just wanted to look at some clothes, so you went up to reach some clothes. Since you were wearing a baggy hoodie, the sleeve fell down. Exposing the recent cuts are his arms. You quickly pulled your arm down, and turned to see Atsushi stared at you with wide eyes. Though he didn't say anything, "Atsushi-" you said, "Here let me get that for you." He said, giving you a sad smile. He pulled the shirt down you were looking for and gave it to you. "Oh um.." You mumbled. "Thanks." You knew he was trying his hardest to not pull you into his arms.

You and Atsushi entered the apartment. He placed some shopping bags onto the table. Tears slipped from his eyes, and you quickly turned to him, "Atsushi.." You mumbled. "How long...?" He questioned. You froze, "Oh.." He shook his head, "Sorry..You don't have to answer that love it just hurts me to realize you do this to yourself." He said looking down.

"During your tour..." You admitted. You began to sob, "S-sorry I know you told me not to pay attention to those comments..but I just couldn't.." You said. Atsushi hated seeing you like this and pulled you into a hug. "I know this is hard love, but you can't do this to yourself. Please..anytime you're feeling like this..please call me." He said softly, running his hands through your hair. "But.." You began, Atsushi nodded. "This isn't the first time.." You mumbled. Atsushi's eyes widened, "No don't worry...it was before we started dating I just never got the confidence to tell you." You sniffled. "I'm sorry I'm burdening you with this stuff...you really do deserve someone better." You mumbled, loud enough for Atsushi to hear.

Atsushi frowned, "Don't say that...I don't want anyone else (Y/N)!!" He said cupping your face. "Plus, if stuff like this is going on, if you're feeling this way I wanna know. You shouldn't be going through this alone." He said, placing a reassuring kiss on your forehead. These words made you cry even harder, "I-I love you..." you cried. Atsushi let out a small laugh, "I love you too."
