Continuing on from last chapter, even though women are soon to make up sixty percent of university students, they are the only ones receiving privileges, such as female only scholarships and grant programs for women in science, engineering, technology or mathematics. There is nothing of this sort for any men.

Back to the jury now, in the developed world, if a woman robs a bank at gunpoint and is found guilty, she may be sentenced to eighteen months in prison. If a man were to commit THE EXACT SAME CRIME in THE EXACT SAME WAY, he would be sentenced to fifty months in prison. Why is this? Because, judges are asked to show more mercy on female criminals. Why is this, I mean, it's okay to be less harsh on a regular female, but all criminals are evil regardless of gender. But still, men are still sentenced to about three times as long for committing the exact same crime.

You know what else is happening in the legal system? I'll tell you what, in the past forty years in the US, one of the only developed nations still using capital punishment, there have only been twelve females killed by legal execution. That may seem like a lot, but that only makes up 3% of people killed by legal execution. Logically, if three per cent of the executed are women, than only 3% of murderers are women. No, 10% of murderers are women, which means, in the US, if you are a woman and you murder someone, there is a 70% chance you won't get executed. Pretty good chance eh? By the way, men aren't allowed any of this leniency.

Anyway, men are domestically abused about as much as women, so they should be allowed to go to Domestic Violence shelters right? Mostly not. When a man tried to enter a DV shelter, only eight percent were allowed entrance, the others were told there were no men allowed, because apparently men can't be abused? 76% were told to leave because they weren't women, but the other 16% were ridiculed and then told to leave. At a place designed to help people, you were twice as likely to be RIDICULED than actually helped.

One man was told, "Sorry, women can't commit domestic violence, you did something wrong." Another was just laughed at, by several people, and was insulted, before shooting himself in the head. WTF!
