Oh, his great, another huge rant, O how I love these. Anyway, to the topic of this chapter, men's rights. Now, I believe in women's rights, there are some ridiculous things out there discriminating women, but men's rights are hardly talked about, so I'm going to talk about them here.
First, I'm going to disprove the pay gap, one of the biggest lies in feminism. Okay, so apparently for every dollar a man has, women have 77 cents, this is absolutely wrong, the answer is closer to 96 cents. This is because of an error in the study, and it's a big error, and I'll explain it to you. The study groups together jobs in the same discipline, such as all the 'social science' jobs, and the 'teaching jobs', and 'medical jobs'. Let's look at social science as an example.
As you know, sose is a very varied subject, containing philosophy, history, geography and economics. Now, most men go for geography and economics, while women tend to go more for philosophy and history. This is okay until you realise philosophy and history can pay up to $100K less than geography and economics, and under the pay gap study, they're counted as the same job! No wonder the pay gap study shows women are paid less.
But medicine is even more ridiculous, as you can see from above, dentistry and radiology would be grouped under medicine. Most dentists are women and most radiologists are men. The problem is, dentists can be paid up to $400 000 less, which further makes the pay gap study incorrect.
After we actually put the exact same jobs together and measure genders in the EXACT SAME JOB, we see the pay gap is about five cents. Since these days a lot of jobs are in business, most good jobs require aggresiveness, which any gender can have, but men are biologically full of testosterone, making them much more aggressive in the workplace, thus earning more money for the same job.
It comes down to human nature and what jobs genders desire. Women decide to go for jobs they actually like more, while men are greedy little pigs who want ALL THE MONEY. But think about it, is an employer realised their women workers were doing really cheap labour, 23% cheaper than men, they would just fire the men, because the women got paid less. Because the pay gap is smaller than you think, men still get to have jobs, it's a win win situation.
