Y/n Pov
"...and that's why I believe applying personification to animals can be attributed differently by independent people's point of view -May 2022 (Aka me)," Technoblade closed the history book. I was bored out of my skull, but I couldn't tell him that of course.
"Wow! That's really interesting!" I tried to persuade him I actually liked whatever he had been rambling about.
He laughed a bit evilly, "Alright then... Shall we read another book?" He asked me mischievously.
"NO!" I leaped up from the bench, "I need to go, um, water the potatoes again!" I babbled my excuse.
"It's okay I get it," he a bit sadly replied, "I'm just hurt!" He pretended to sob.
Feeling a bit bad despite knowing of his often complex sarcasm I said, "Oh dear me! It appears Mr. Simp had become upset! What ever will I do?!?" I fell backwards back onto the bench, hoping he would catch me, which he did.
I really liked his way of platonically flirting, it made me feel all bubbly inside yet giggle at the same time. From an outsider standpoint, I suppose you could say it looked like we were actually dating or something. I wonder what it would be like to go on a date with Techno. My mind drifted off and pondered about. Sighing a bit, I knew that he was way out of my league and went outside to actually water the potatoes. It was such a simple lifestyle, farming every day, yet it inspired me to start planning out my own island in my mind. A potato farm there, a horse stable there... My dream was finally becoming a reality! If only it wasn't for those horrible Modded Greifers spawning those utterly dreadful creepers (Anybody else listen to the song) I might have already had a farm of some sort back home.
After I finished watering a few of the final fields I flipped my tangled H/c hair back, it draped over my back. A soft breeze fluttered through the island and caused me to shiver slightly. Stretching my arms, I tiredly wandered back to the guest house.
Unfortunately, after a few hours I found myself restless. Ideas of what had happened to my brother started circling through my imagination, if he had died in an explosion, ran away and was safely in another server, with my parents...
Trembling with fury for the modders who had griefed an entire semi-large server, I decided to go outside and collect myself. Walking down the narrow path, I made my way to the edge of the island and sat down. The pretty stars in the night sky reminded me so much of home...
I sighed in contentment, this was just lovely. But suddenly a rusting sound and a chime disturbed my peace. A message fell from the sky, and I read it aloud over and over again in shock.
"This is L/b (Little brother name) . I have been hiding in a server called Darkwind, unfortunately, it got shut down and I was forced to flee. I found mom and dad and together we found you! I am currently waiting in the lobby, congrats on achieving your dream and meeting your idol! We are all so proud of you," A started sobbing in pure joy, this was finally the end of all the waiting.

Without another thought, I rushed to the portal and went through, the lobby becoming clearer by the second until finally, I was there. With open arms my little brother came running up to me and we embraced in a warm, yet extatic relishment of a hug.
"Y/n! I seriously cannot believe that I found you!" He yelled.
"Y-your alive? We've all looked everywhere for you! This is just amazing!" I could hardly make out anything that was happening at this point, perhaps I was hallucinating?
But no, it wasn't some sort of odd mirage, this was really happening. He told me that our parents would come tomorrow, so I decided to take him back through the portal to Technoblades house. I was sure that he would be just fine with taking him in for a few days.
Thankfully Techno was more than happy to let him stay for however long that he liked and even built a makeshift room in the guest house for him. We chatted a bit and it turns out, not much had happened during his time at Darkwind. He lived a simple and modest life, always on the lookout for his family. Sadly he wasn't able to make enough of an effort because he never had much money, but it was great that he was the one who ended up finding us; instead of the other way around.
The next morning my little brother helped around the farm, harvesting the potatoes and learning so that when our family moved to our own island we would know what to do. L/b always asked us questions, acknowledging the layout of the island and things and I wouldn't have suspected anything if it wasn't for a simple thought to ask Techno a question...
It was late at night and raining heavily, despite this I needed to go to the blades house and ask him if we were going to buy another expansion crystal, as it was very important. I suddenly got distracted by a cute frog and I tripped on my own feet and slipped on some mud, twisting my ankle on the way down the slope, yelping slightly in annoyance and pain. I regrouped myself and limped up, leaning against the wall of a storage building when I heard whispering voices around the corner. It was my brothers and a voice I didn't recognize.
"Yes I have a plan!" My brother's familiar voice rang out, "Technoblade has a family, if we go to the Dream Smp and kill them he will find out and leave Hypixel, leaving the title of Best Player to you. My sister is just going to help me, I will find a way to convince her to help me find the code to the Dsmp, unless she knows already."
"So your sister was part of the plan?" The other person questioned.
"No, she was just an unexpected obstacle that I can easily take to my advantage. Ha! I doubt she even realized I was the one who spawned the creepers and let everyone into the server! So naive," I sharp pained throbbed in my heart, I had no idea this is what he thought of me, "My dumb parents still pick me as the favorite just because I'm younger! I can do anything I want."
"I don't know kid, you're fifteen, she's twenty one, Y/n might be able to outsmart you," The stranger once again spoke.
"I CAN DO THIS JOB BOSS! Just let me, I promise I won't disappoint," he told his boss, "Just give me the money."
I heard some shuffling around and the clang of at least twenty diamonds, I heard a muffled "That's not enough," and some more jingling of the gems before the portal made its usual sound and the boss left. L/b left and went back into the guest house, unaware that I had been listening the entire time.
